I know a lot of people are irked at the "privileged" feel of Logan having a driver and Rory borrowing him to drive her to SH and everything, but I really love how Logan just snapped into action for her when he saw that she was upset. (Didn't he do that again sometime later in the series? I don't remember when or why. Other than the newspaper deadline thing, but I was thinking there was something else.) And I guarantee you that driver gets paid a pretty penny to drive attractive college students around LOL. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was when Rory came back and said, "I fed Frank." Just made him sound like a pet. At least, I don't hear people say that about other adults.) And see I just think of this as one more chapter in the Richie Rich saga. Did he offer to drive her? Mr. Big Bucks had a limo on standby so it was no effort or inconvenience to him to order the hired hand to do his bidding while he stayed behind to play with his pals. When Richard was in the hospital, the first time, Luke was right there for Lorelai and during the second crisis cooked and delivered a meal. Logan just used his money to "help".
