And maybe slip in a hint it will be a Tell All season? That would certainly draw back all the people that literally gave up on the show, to see how it all ends. The bad side of that coin could be it could draw back so many viewers TLC might decide on a spin off of some sort...... hmmm.......ugh! I think very few of us would watch a DABSARK spin-off. Yecch. Boring as hell. 5 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/3425-small-talk-the-polygamous-cul-de-sac/page/132/#findComment-8577931

Very few of us....but those that left in frustration might view it differently and be interested ....... there is no accounting for taste after all..... 😸 2 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/3425-small-talk-the-polygamous-cul-de-sac/page/132/#findComment-8577938

If audiences detest the Baldwins, Sisterwives may be back sooner. I wonder which accent Hillary will use - her Boston or her Charo accent? Sounds like the Boston accent on the commercials. I agree the idea of the SHOOTER of a person has their WIFE complaining about TRAGEDY. You'd think the family of the SHOOTING VICTIM might have a touch more tragedy with which to deal. I'm passing on this ration of horseshit. Edited February 11 by goofygirl 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/3425-small-talk-the-polygamous-cul-de-sac/page/132/#findComment-8577988
Denize March 10 Share March 10 Is it weird to have withdrawal symptoms when Sister Wives is on hiatus? I really miss watching the car wreck that is Sister Wives every Sunday and having new stuff to snark about with you all! 6 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/3425-small-talk-the-polygamous-cul-de-sac/page/132/#findComment-8603085
Gramto6 March 10 Share March 10 (edited) I miss the train wreck too. I poked around YouTube a bit and found this gal commenting on the episodes. It doesn't show much actual content but her interpretations have had me laughing out loud several times. She has these little cut ins that comment on her talk that are really funny too. It might not be everyone's cup of tea but it is fun to see someone react so much like we do to all the shenanigans that go on. I thought they were pretty funny and a little dose of SW in the down time. laurakaye March 13 Share March 13 I picked up a new fiction book at my library called "Death in the Downline" by Maria Abrams. The fictional MLM in the book strongly resembles Plexus and LuLaRoe. In fact, one of the MLM leaders in the story owns a Victorian fainting couch, making me wonder if one Ms. Abrams is a watcher of Sister Wives. 😄 1 5 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/3425-small-talk-the-polygamous-cul-de-sac/page/132/#findComment-8606346

laurakaye March 19 Share March 19 (edited) Death in the Downline went down like a frosty cold beer on a hot summer night, lol. It was a fun read (would have been a perfect beach read if it wasn't still March) with parts that made me laugh out loud but also cringe pretty hard, given what we know of Lularoe, Plexus, etc., and how these women are supposed to post pictures of themselves all the time, filter the hell out of them, and them tell us it's all #BecauseofLuLaRoe or whatever...not to mention the money they have to put into it themselves to have any chance of success. Also of note, it talks about the kind of women targeted by MLM's and how they end up under water quickly. And the name of this fictional MLM cracked me up. The way our main character brings down the murderer is one of the funniest things I have ever read in a murder mystery. :) Has anyone else read it? Should I send a copy to Lizzie's Heritage Inn, do you think? 😇 Edited March 19 by laurakaye 1 7 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/3425-small-talk-the-polygamous-cul-de-sac/page/132/#findComment-8611221
