I remember LuAnn making a comment in S3 that she'd "never been cheated on…that I know of." It was an odd thing to say since this is the season that her divorce was finalized, and I thought the Count's carrying-on with an Ethiopian princess (?) was well-known tabloid fodder.

 

Then it hit me: maybe LuAnn didn't consider it "cheating" because they had an arrangement, and she knew he had someone else?

Last night I was in my pool-

Paddling around on a noodle, my hair in a ponytail.

Then it hit me- OMG, I'm Ramona   :)

LOL Yikes!

 

Bethy was raised by wolves and I think it is clear Ramona was raised by frogs.

It explains the bug eyed look, the frog leggy squats and the constant croaking.  The noodles are just a replacement for lilypads.

Ribbit!  ;)

Lu seems to enjoy open relationships. Wasn't it always implied she and the Count had one? I mean more power to her if she can handle it.

I'm not sure they had an arrangement. I think it was that they were separated and each of them dated. They pretended they were married for the show.

Way back, first or second show, she collared a guy to take her coat. He was black and not an employee, but a customer. It lit up the board for a hot minute.

Ok, I remember now.  I had thought this was referring to something more recent so I wasn't thinking that far back.

The Beth conversation with Sonja only got so crazy because Sonja doesn't LISTEN. But what else i new.

 

 

Totally agree that Sonja is delusional and unable to process the reality of what anyone is saying to her. Having said that, she's under no obligation to have a conversation that she doesn't want to have. Beth, OTOH, seems to think she has the imperial right to start or stop any conversation.

Bethenny slaps her SG label on anything anymore, to the detriment of her brand IMO. It seems she has no focus on her own products, their quality, just their mass marketing as a whole and that "brand" has been declining in sales and the reason she is back on the HW show. Heather, on the other hand, developed her shape wear line and had it in major retailers/stores and on HSN long before she joined the show and her business has continued to grow despite how many viewers dislike her on the show. IMO, just mine, Heather is far better at PR for her product/brand than Bethenny has ever been but I do agree with you that Bethenny THINKS/PICTURES herself as some kind of marketing wiz but IMO, that is only in HER mind. LOL

 

 

One good thing about this episode is that it reminded me to shop for more Yummy Tummy! Her stuff is amazing and I didn't know she was doing jeans.

 

I would have to watch it again, but didn't Beth make it sound like Heather should move her focus away from what she is doing now and concentrate on active wear? I wonder if it hit Heather wrong because she is competing with Beth in the shape wear market? While Heather's business might be smaller than Beth's combined businesses, I think that YT is far outselling SG in the lines they directly compete in, which is shape wear.

 

 

I took Heather's reaction as, "Oh really? You think I should do something I'm already doing? And doing very fucking well, I might add? You seem smart."

 

And then the epic SHADE Heather threw at Beth when Beth instructed Heather on the finer points of putting ice into a glass. "Oh, that's something a fashion designer wouldn't know." Burn!
