S9.E7: Toeing the Line

Recommended Posts

If you spend the weekend complaining to anyone who will listen that your boyfriend dared asked for reassurance that he was still a priority in your life, you're 100% over it.

Paige should've been honest & ended things months earlier. She wasn't felling it & that's ok. The attempts to justify her (lack of) feelings by villiainizing him to her friends is not ok.

Craig was incredibly proud of her. I remember him talking about the success of the tour on WWHL, mentioning how they'd added even more dates. He showed up for her events to support her (something she rarely did for him). He was the exact opposite of a hater, Ciara.

Fully believe Jesse would've made a move on Ciara had West not called dibs. Too bad, because they're much better suited, IMHO.

Similar to the above comments re: Paige, Lindsey needs to let the Carl thing go. The constant digs just make her look mean & petty.

I think  Imrul is kind of pathetic,  why is he even  on the show.

I don't  know what was going  on in Imruls room, when Jessie  walked in, but it all feels  very tacky this season.

I thought we'd  have a Lindsay  free weekend,  but no, there she was, sageing her apartment.

Paige and Ciara spend more time in bed this season. I feel sorry  for Craig, but he'll  find someone to love and that loves him.

I'm not saying this season  is boring,  but I decided  to start wordle  after 30 minutes..lol.

I don't hold Ciara's feet to the fire for calling Craig a hater.  She's just supporting her best friend in a difficult situation.  At times like that you basically become a sounding board and yes man for your friend.

For someone who claims to be totally over her ex, Lindsay sure talks about Carl a lot.  And it looks like in the previews she's even having a problem with Carl's new lady friend.

I just don't think Jesse is a good match for Lexi.  He's way too outwardly flirty with other females and Lexi has already let him know that she has a jealous nature.

I hope Ciara sticks to her guns and doesn't get with anymore men on Bravo.

West, you broke Ciara's heart after she just got out of a relationship where her heart was broken.  Stop trying to make her be your friend.  It's not going to happen.  She has a right to hate you right now.

I haven't seen the show yet, but if it's to "girlfriends," that's what they do.  Sometimes they regret it when it's brought up much later.  I wonder if I'll consider it villainizing.

Craig is a liar (Andy Cohen demonstrated by showing a few video clips). He has lied to his parents, to his closest friends, to colleagues...to women.  He continued to tell Paige what kind of wife he expected; she continued to say (in so many words), "That's not me."

I truly believe he thinks that when a man and woman get married, the woman settles down and is happiest being that wife and mother who's "hopelessly devoted" to homemaking, decorating, taking care of the kids and leaping with joy when the husband comes home from work.

He might not find his ideal.  BUT..now that many ladies (viewers) know what he wants, they might just recreate themselves--for as long as they can.

Likewise for Carl. "That baby was conceived in a bed that I bought." How the hell does he know? But I give them both grace, because they're in an incredibly weird situation and they're at least being honest about their lives. I thought that scene of Paige whispering to Ciara was telling of how much she's tried to conceal over the years (while complaining about Carl and Lindsay putting up a front).

A lot of people on Reddit and Twitter seem to think Jesse's toe was not the body part that got sucked...

It was not just Jesse's toe that got sucked. Imrul is covering for him too I bet. Why would someone go into a room with a threesome for over a half hour just to lay there & get his toe sucked there's no way especially with how much of a ho Jesse is.

Ciara & Jesse is bleh. If Ciara gets with him she's an idiot.

I'm starting to believe Paige's side more in the breakup. I'm not team anyone because that's stupid & I don't know these ppl but Craig does seem to be needy & a liar.

Carl's lady friend was so weird.

And why the hell was he telling his date that?  Dude you're at a summer party, have fun, be silly and flirt.  Don't have these heavy ass convos so early on.  I get it needs to be discussed on camera but does it have to be done right now??

ITA!  And Imrul is giving me the ick.  Someone on Twitter (I think) said he would have done better on a show like Jersey Shore and if it was 2015 again 😄.  This revolving bedroom door storyline is getting old quick 👎

Sounds like something Lindsay would have MADE SURE he knew--via social media.  I hope Andy Cohen gets over his obsession with her.  Lindsay's cruelties shouldn't be encouraged.  I worry that motherhood won't be her "everything,"  and she'll be pissed off about THAT too!

How successful was that comedy show that Paige and Hannah did?

Via the 'net:  The tour has been extended due to demand, with dates in various cities, including Tacoma, Portland, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City.

The "Club Giggly Tour" is a live show tour by the Giggly Squad podcast hosts, Hannah Berner and Paige DeSorbo, where they perform their podcast content in front of a live audience, with interactive elements and a focus on humor and audience engagement.

Imrul is absolutely disgusting. I don’t know who is interested in seeing a 36 year-old man constantly bring back women to have casual sex with including multiple women at the same time. Why would the producers think that this guy would be a good fit? These trashy little fame whore women are coming over because they think that the guy is on a show, but the jokes on them because they don’t even get to be on camera. The way that he acts is frankly disrespectful and weird, I didn’t tune in to see a polyamorous lifestyle. And that Jesse Solomon took part in one of these sessions makes me look at him completely sideways now. He absolutely got his rocks off in there. He is fraudulent in the way that he acts regarding Lexi, he just likes a pretty face and that she’s into him, but he is incapable of being faithful. It’s also weird seeing him crawl all over Ciara, and I think she’s probably letting it happen so that she can get under West’s skin. Imrul is the worst addition to this franchise in many years and I truly hope he has not asked back. Jesse Solomon gives all men a bad name and is the number one reason why women do not trust men.
Attached is IG Drunkdrawn’s artist rendition of the episode.

The viewers on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live voted overwhelming yes for Jessie having sex with the unknown woman. I vote yes, as well. I also suspect that Imrul (who is disgusting, but he gets women because he is on a reality show, and they hope they can be on too if they hook up with him) met the women with Jessie at the bar, but he brought them in the house, so that Jessie would go supposedly innocently to his room to "check" on him, and have sex. This way he could claim it was nothing (like he did), and that he didn't cheat on Lexi. Jesse is on a show, he is a D list celebrity now, and he doesn't want to miss the opportunities of connecting with women.

West's behavior is identical, and he played Ciera last season to remain on the show. It worked.

It's normal for Paige's friends to take her side after her breakup with Craig. It was also obvious Paige was tired of him toward the end. I don't think too many women in our times would be happy to be housewives only.

I agree about Imrul and Jesse’s behavior is giving me the icks too.  Maybe his cancer scares have given him a “live life to the fullest” attitude, but when it affects others it’s not good.

Jessie's behavior was the same before his cancer scare. He tried to hook up with any woman possible. I think he had more opportunities as a reality "star", and he wanted to take advantage of them.

Re IMRUL.   Perhaps the male producers are nerdy guys who never had much of a social life.  They think THIS GUY is the epitome of success.  That's the only reason I can come up with.

84yr-old woman here.  I was on her side long before any signs of a break-up.  Craig's a needy liar who wants a mommy-wife devoted to his every wish and whim.  I know Andy's in love with him, so he'll be on these shows forever.

Oh...long before that.  She had to mold him to be able to stand him. She probably got tired of making him into a successful, sociable-when-sober boyfriend.

And especially one who tells her boyfriend that over and over.  He doesn't hear anything but what melds with his wishes and fantasies.  Can you tell I'm not a Craig Fan?
