Not to go off-topic from the episode, but how was Zeke used by Jeff? Varner acted like a dick and outed Zeke during tribal council and Zeke was okay with the tribal council airing as is. And Varner spent months after trying to rewrite history that absolved him of being the asshole that he was.

Yeah, Jeffy loves it when he can turn the show into The Jeff Probst talk show    (cancelled after one season), complete with emotional breakdowns.

I think Bianca is asking a lot of Cedrek.  She would have had to do damage control when she got back, but maybe she could have lied and said when she went to vote she found out her vote was blocked and blamed it on someone who went on a journey.

They didn't have to air all of that. Zeke was put on the spot and had to do the "go along to get along" crap. It turned into the Zeke Outing Show, whether they wanted it to be or not.

My guess is either all votes go on Bianca, or Cedrek tells Sai to vote Bianca and it causes a tie, and they try to get her out on the re-vote (which would ultimately come down to Mitch/Chrissy having to decide that).

Also didn't Bianca want their to be a tie vote initially between Sai and Chrissy?  What changed?

Oh, Varner sucks and his anti-trans tweets these past few years confirms it.

But did Zeke really have a choice in production airing that outing? Varner outed him to 5 other people, which in itself is a big problem. But production kind of outed him to millions of viewers, and the show won a GLAAD award for it. That never sat well with me.

I'm curious why she wouldn't think that Cedrek was just telling them what they wanted to hear.  Isn't that part of Survivor, lying to people about your vote (especially to the person you are going to vote for, which in this case was going to be Chrissy).

I have a love/hate relationship with her but honestly it'd be kind of dull losing her.  And basically Cedrek is losing someone that he might be able to work with in the future (we'll see), whereas the other 3 lose nothing.  Plus, Sai might be a bigger target at the merge.

Just realized that all of Civa will be going to the merge intact, with 4 Lagi and 3 Vula.  Wonder if this will mean anything, since Civa wasn't exactly a unified tribe.  Frankly, I'm not sure whose going to go where, outside of some of the established duos like Kamilla/Kyle and Joe/Eva probably sticking together.

Mary and Sai could also reunite, but Sai would be dumb to stick with Cedrek again after this.  Mitch and Charity also established a duo in episode two or three, as did David and Chrissy, though David's close with Eva, too.  But then, so is Star now.
