It’s also his mannerisms. There was a look in Karla’s eyes too when they had their interview. But again, I could be way off.

He might not be currently employed. His Instagram profile says he is retired from the fire department. Seems very strange to me since the goal with these jobs is usually to qualify for the lifetime pension, which shouldn't be possible at his age. I really hope being Emem's huzzzbinnnn isn't his new full-time gig.

Huh. Injury maybe? Firefighter was the job I was thinking of; when she (we) met him for the first date, that's what she said he did. Did I imagine it or did he also say he has his real estate license? I do hope he has another paying gig besides Emem's huzzbin too!

Not a stereotype, just something a little off with his performance of pretending to want to be married.
