Tsarina is such an unhappy mess.

Guests are hot and cold.  They liked lunch.  The steak whining was over the top[.

Wihan seems kind of like a stupid horndog.  Lara shouldn't have to remind him to do his job, assuming cleaning up after meals outside is his job.  This will get messy.

Johnny got lucky going to the beach.  He seems like the smartest one, staying out of the drama.  The mermaid thing is really silly.

Dumb Harry.  Give a non-committal "sure", not "maybe".  He'll get over her quickly.  She seems over it already.

Why would you go off on a jef-ski if you can't swim?

Yeah the steak snobs want it reddish inside, browned on the outside.  Those were thick cuts though, so a lot of reddish meat.

Maybe the guests didn’t run fancy steakhouse restaurants though.

Adair will probably get drawn into the hookup drama.  They don’t cast women on these shows to be bystanders.  They’re all suppose to feign interest in the male cast.

Do not believe Tsarina was cross with Marina, not over Wihan.  Her calling Marina a bitch as she walks away and we don’t see her face but we hear her saying bitch, that’s an editing trick, don’t believe she called her that as they shot that scene.

Wihan not too organized.  Did he do the stripping job right before the yachting job?

The jetski cliffhanger will turn out to be a nothingburger.  They edited it to make it seem dramatic, cutting the soundtrack and going silent, like something very tragic happened.

So Wihan overrides his crew's concern over the leaking jet ski and loads it up with the two heaviest people? Sure, that seems smart. Wondering if they recruited this guy from the strip club.

The cliffhanger isn't about the guest's safety, she's wearing a life vest, it's more about whether that jet ski will take on so much water that it sinks in shallow waters. That'll be costly to retrieve especially if that's an environmentally protected area.

Tzarina mentioning girl code made zero sense. She's not dating Wihan, she kissed him once playing truth or dare. Heck, Marina wasn't even up to see it & may not have even heard about it.

There's something dark, angry & desperately needy about Tzarina, I find her off-putting.

Wihan is starting to look less and less competent at his job. This isn't really a spoiler but I'll put it in spoiler tags just in case.

We know from the "this season" previews in Episode 1 that someone gets fired, and it seemed to be a department head. That means either Tzarina, Lara or Wihan. And since Tzarina has already appeared on WWHL I doubt it's her. So Wihan or Lara?

I have never liked her, she has an odd energy or something, I totally agree with you @snarts.

Maybe hire a dish washer to clean up after Tzarina because she cannot manage a sous chef in her kitchen, she needs a clean-up crew.

I'm curious as to why Johnny is being ignored by the women on the boat. He's handsome, he's polite and while cocky, he can poke fun at himself (floating off on a jet ski).

Yes, I know the season previews show him punching a cabinet, but currently, he's not showing any anger issues.

I have wondered the same thing myself.  Why are two women fighting over Wihan when Johnny is available?  (Although I don't wish Tsarina on Johnny).

Wihan is clearly inept as a bosun.  How did he get hired?  Production shenanigans?   I hope the deck/stew (blanking on her name) is smart enough to steer clear.   Given that the new sous chef is a female, how long before Wihan is horn dogging for her? (Which will then create an immediate conflict between Tsarina and her sous chef).    

So Brianna is freaking out because Harry said "maybe" he would take her to Australia?  They've known each other - what? - a week or so now?  Girl, slow it down.  He was put on the spot with a question by a guest, it's not a big deal.  "Maybe" seems like a safe, stock answer to an unexpected question like that.  Is Brianna going to be a Stage 5 Clinger?

Yes.  As others have pointed out she is only happy when she's unhappy.  Then she's not happy any more and finds a way to get unhappy and round and round we go.  I can see her and the new sous chef having a cat fight within hours.

The Johnny thing is rather strange.  I liked his advice to Tzarina along the lines of marry the person who takes you as you are.

Total speculation:  He told the women he's gay so they just move on.  Whether he is or not doesn't matter, would be a good strategery to stay out of the drama and just do your job, or say you're engaged and throw out a date you'll remember.

It's also strange that Johnny hasn't expressed any interest in any of the girls - practically mandatory on this show! 

I couldn't believe Wihan complaining about his feet hurting. Bitch, the stews go up and down those stairs all day long! They even put a counter up on the screen every time Marina climbs them. What nerve.

Everyone already said what I wanted to say!  This Wihan fool.  If he spent half as much time thinking with his upper head and not thinking with his lower head, maybe he'd actually be good at his job.  I don't know if it's editing or not, but almost every time they show him, he's leaning against a wall somewhere telling a random co-worker about who he'll make a move on next.

So Wihan asks Harry to make a list of what tasks his crew needs to do on deck, and Captain Jason ends up complimenting WIHAN about the damn list.  That kind of stuff really ticks me off because it happened to me in the workplace more than once.

Wihan does not seem like a bosun at all. Actually, none of the deck crew seem that competent. 
Did the mermaid think she looked cute? I think this is one of the dumbest things for adult women to do. Often the real housewives will have a mermaid at their pool for an adult party and I don’t get it. It’s so stupid and it never looks good. 
The guests weren’t as bad as I expected . I’m surprised they sent back the steak. Their food looked good. At least they didn’t get that horrible French onion soup crap she sent to the table last week. 
Tzarina needs to stop worrying about who stupid Wihan is into. She is a chef, not a stew and should stay out of that bullshit. Let Marina act  a fool chasing after him like a desperate horny idiot. 
If the jet ski wasn’t properly checked and taken on a test run and it fails, then Wihan should be fired. He acted like he didn’t care at all. The woman who can t swim shouldn’t have been allowed to do anything water sport related. If she’s too stupid to make a responsible decision, then it should have been made for her.
