W. Kamau Bell is the only one I know*, and one of the reasons I love his stand-up is his intelligence, so I'm looking forward to seeing how he does here.

*Looking up the other two, Max Greenfield played Alexis's assistant on Ugly Betty, but I don't remember him at all.

I know Camilla Luddington is somebody on Grey's Anatomy, I just haven't looked up which character she plays.  I'm sure I'll figure it out when I watch.

Max Greenfield has been in a lot of stuff, some of which I've watched.  New Girl, Veronica Mars, the currently running CBS sitcom The Neighborhood...  A lot of commenters seem to think he's a heartthrob; I just think he has kind of resting goofy face.  No offense, he's fine, I just have a hard time getting past that big ol' grin.

No episode here in L.A. as we're besieged by fires (and it's an extra layer of that sadness to contemplate this Celebrity Tournament when the worst of our fires has destroyed so much of Pacific Palisades, an area heavily populated by celebrities [I don't know if anyone appearing in this tournament has been/may be affected, but it's possible]).  I'd have liked the distraction, but we're naturally on day two of nonstop coverage.  I don't have Hulu, and ABC no longer has an app, so I'll have to wait for it to be available on the ABC website.

Spoil me, though -- who won?

Glad to hear from you @Bastet!  I hope you remain safe from the fires.

Kamau won.

I was embarrassed when nobody got Eleanor Roosevelt or pitchfork.  I am amused by CJ just to see how truly stupid some of these celebrities are at a totally dumbed down game.

Agreed.  But I'll admit my first thought for FJ was pineapples, but then "seed" in the clue hit me and I switched my response to the correct one.  I think I was most gobsmacked that they didn't know Madrid is the capital of Spain.

I don’t have the stats, but it seems like there were a LOT of Triple Stumpers.

Here's the link to the Celebrity portion of J! Archive, but it's not entirely filled in:

Do the J! Archivers live in Southern California?😔🔥

Later…
I count 12 in the 1st 2 rounds, mostly instagets for me.

W. Kamau Bell won

I was glad that Camilla mentioned losing her accent after playing an American character for so long, because I was totally expecting her to have a British accent so I was a little confused at first.

I've googled askew before!

I had a couple "okay, get on with it" moments but overall this was a fun group. I watch Grey's Anatomy so I'm familiar with Camilla (well, her character, anyway), and I knew who both guys were but can't say I've seen much of their work (Kamau mostly when he's been a guest on things like the Daily Show and MSNBC; I've seen a few things Max has been in but don't specifically remember him in anything, but I guess I've seen enough ads for his more recent shows to recognize him).

Missed clues:
Round 1: 4 + the DD (I got all of them!)
Round 2: 7 (I got six)
Round 3: 9 + 2 DDs (I got 8 and one of the DDs)

I got Final! I did not know macadamia nuts are actually seeds, but it seemed like a reasonable guess.

Although I have limited familiarity with Max and Kamau, and was not particularly fond of Camilla's character on Grey's Anatomy back when I still watched, I found them all to be charming and entertaining on Celebrity Jeopardy.  That was a fun game to watch.

I know they've been getting some stick on the interwebz about not knowing the Usher song, but honestly, I only know the title of two of his songs and nothing in the clue would've told me if it was one of them.  Probably would've guessed Yeah but only because it came to mind first.

I said pineapples even though I didn't see how that could be correct.  Macadamias never crossed my mind but it made perfect sense in retrospect.

Yeah, there were some really perplexing stumpers but that just reinforced my idea of my intellectual superiority, which is part of the purpose of CJ. 😏  They are playing for charity, so I'll forgive it as long as they're not annoying.

I could not have named an Usher song if my life depended on it.

You don’t have to say “Hard NY Times Crossword Puzzle Clues” every single time.

They've thankfully done away with it, but for a stretch there was a requirement that the contestants on the regular show say the full category title every time.  It was supposedly for the audience's benefit (but enough of the audience was annoyed by slowing down the game, they eventually reversed course).  And since they probably figure the audience for this version might be even more prone to distraction, I would not be surprised if it was a requirement at the time of taping.  If it continues in subsequent games, that will be confirmation.

Celebrity actors are in the habit of obeying directions and sticking to the script.
Maybe the regular players just couldn't be corralled?
Like you said, we shall see.
