His workout is just raising arms? I could do that lying in bed, thanks for the info dude.

He sent her out to melt in the noon day sun

A dispensary opened down the road from me last year. Next door to a Domino's.

Know your customer!

How did Irene not do well in the month after surgery. Isn't that the liquid diet month?

Several seasons ago, a poundticipant went through the drive thru window at Taco Bell on her way home from having her weight loss surgery.   I don't remember who, but she did.

Amy Slaton ended up in the ER with each pregnancy from overeating.

Milkshakes? Pop and wine?

Did this lady suggest doing this in the deep end? People do this in the deep end?

I take an aqua Zumba class and there are several women who like the deep end, and they are at the heavier end of the weight scale.

Water aerobics can be done in the deep end if you work on your core to hold you upright. Is probably beyond Irene's ability right now.

I jog and do some classes but that seems impossibly difficult to me! That would take a lot of stamina and strength …good for anyone who can do it!

Years ago, a fitness center opened in the mall, their neighbor was a Dairy Queen.

Across the parking lot from Dr. Now's office is an all you can eat buffet.   The array of food is massive.

I went to Kohl's over the weekend (because I found a gift card in a shoe box with $76 on it! Alas, I did not find anything to spend it on while I was there); since I was last there (it's been a while) a Planet Fitness moved in (replacing a Staples), along with a Starbucks, which is next to the McDonald's (that they tore down and rebuilt in the same spot a few years ago). There's also a pizza place, a little Italian market, a Tex-Mex place, and a deli in the shopping center.

Weed is Maine's favorite passtime. It's been legal for about 4 years, and the expanding waistlines are beyond noticeable.

There are two dispensaries on the same short stretch of road on my way to work. I just looked up the addresses and put them in google maps. It gives the distance between them in feet (493.6, to be exact). One of them apparently delivers, and the other has a drive through (the building used to be a bank). The one that delivers is on the second floor; below it is a cafe/bakery (though it's never open when I go by), and there's a Chinese place a few doors down.

He thinks the scale and Dr. Now aren't being fair.

Something is always wrong with that scale. They should really get that fixed.

Is his head tiny?

There was a band in the Boston area in the 80s called Judy's Tiny Head and I thought that was the funnest band name ever.

I really don't care how that chick was bitten by a camel.

The camel does. He probably got rabies or plague or something as a result.

I love grocery delivery. I find that I spend way less than when I do when I go to the physical store

Same, I only get exactly what I need at that moment. No sales or specials to tempt me!

That was slated to happen in my old hometown. Never did, though, because the old hometown is full of conservative yahoos and nimbys. The property straddled the town line, so only something like 10 percent of it would actually be located in the old hometown, but they kiboshed it anyway. "What about the CHILDREN??"

Sorry to miss the chat, friends! Had to catch up  on Recipes for Love and Murder. Hope to see you Friday for fun with felons!
