Because ESU might take a few minutes to arrive no other cop answers a 10-13 at a hospital, whatever happened to active shooter protocols? Do better show.

Yeah, at the end of the episode, I was like, "Wow, they really just made the NYPD completely useless here." And no one was monitoring the helicopter on the roof, or the roof at all??

So it looks like they done with Robyn and her ex. They still never really explained how he was suddenly okay with her 'equalizing' gig. Anyway - I like Dante being back, but isn't he supposed to be on the other side of the country? I just wonder how they bring him back to NYC permanently.

I usually don't pay too much attention to the C-plots, but Harry and Mel were cute this time.

Fashion highlights: Robyn and Dee's outfits.

After killing the daughter of a drug kingpin, Dante might be too "hot"  for public service and might have to lay low for awhile.

The real question is what lame-o excuse did they use to have Dante working with the NYPD in the first place and what the heck was the drug kingpin's daughter doing just standing in the middle of the street with a gun attempting to shoot someone.

Dante came back for his father, who was in that hospital. He's trying to figure out if he can go back and leave his dad in NYC, or if he should come back to NYC. That's my take, anyway.

I'd never seen the panic doors like those. Useful for a while at least.

Loved Dee and Cam, but aren't they awfully young for decisions about the rest of their lives? Speaking from my experience here. Also loved Harry and Mel, and Harry found her the perfect gift at last. I do wonder what Mel had gotten for Harry to give her.

I'm glad they resolved the Robyn/Miles situation the way they did.

I think that he was working in the capacity of a Federal Agent.  The drug kingpin's daughter was apparently his head assassin and she was there to kill a Federal Attorney (prosecutor?), the guy who was out with his wife.

I appreciated that they ended the crisis early this week and just focused on the characters for the last 10 minutes or so.  I figured the carolers at the hospital would be saved, but it was a little too intense when they were being forced to sing at gunpoint.

I liked Robyn telling Miles they should just stay friends, except for the part where he was kind of telling her how she should feel and that he would wait for her to change her mind.  That was annoying.

It was good that when Cam overheard about Robyn being in tougher situations and confused, Dee quickly just said she was in the military.  She didn't even have to lie.  If they are serious though, it will probably lead to problems of her having to hide things like with Vi's girlfriend.

I liked the thing about Harry having previously given Mel pants made of Coke cans.  It's funny trying to picture that.

I enjoyed this episode, the hospital situation was exciting.  And both Miles and Dante felt fully integrated into the story instead of just being shoehorned in for the sake of being there.

I couldn't figure out exactly why Dante was on that team.  I know he was in New York because of his dad and trying to decide whether to go back to L.A. or stay in New York.  So he asked for leave from the L.A. team.  But how did he end up connected with this team?  Or was it the same team?  It wasn't explained very well and I thought the team from L.A. was somehow in New York because they were tracking down that woman.  If it was a New York team, how did Dante seem to know the traitor so well?  And why is it so easy to just join a new team?  "Hey uh I'm on vacation but I'm feeling bored, got any dangerous jobs you need help with?"

I like Robyn with Miles better.  They have history and they share a daughter together.  He is now ok with her job, and that was the impediment before, and wants this.  Robyn and Dante are better just as colleagues.  They have zero chemistry together.  He comes across as needy and insecure to me.  No doubt he will decide to stay in New York but this whole triangle is forced.

Did Robyn invite Dante to that bar?  It sounded like he just showed up randomly and she was surprised to see him.

I like Delilah and her boyfriend together.  She was not annoying.  Loved how Robyn's head instantly shot up when she saw them kissing.  Good acting from Latifah.

I must have missed that.  Too funny.  The only gifts I heard were taco slippers (what is wrong with those, they seem fun), a Lego pet cat (!!!) and calabasas-scented candles (not sure what that is).

Mel, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a Lego cat.  I would love if anyone would buy me Lego for Christmas!

It doesn't make sense, but that pretty much how they explained it, in like one line, if I recall correctly.

I'm completely confused by the plot. Dante was protecting the drug dealer's daughter who was testifying against her dad but then turned out she wasn't. She was part of the whole thing. Does Dante still work in LA? I know he came to visit his dad in the hospital but I didn't think he also had a job in NYC.

Delilah looked really great. Her boyfriend was pretty good too. It was nice of him to stay.

I really don't like Robyn with Miles or Dante. They wasted whatever chemistry she and Dante had and it's gone. They come off as collegues. Not even friends. I don't like how they changed Miles so they could have a triangle or something. Or Robyn suddenly into Miles and then suddenly changed her mind. What was the point of any of this? Nothing happened. Except Miles isn't going to accept Robyn's decision. He's going to wait until she changes her mind. Miles please don't be that guy. They don't have any chemistry either.
