Vannessa shows off her body for the first time since her skin removal surgery; Tina continues to mourn the loss of her favorite foods and questions whether the surgery was even worth it; Ashley's dreams of becoming a mother hit another roadblock.

If these people are being honest, they really do need intense psychological treatment.  Their obesity seems to be very important to them and not a priority at all.   I just don’t get it.  Why can’t the entire family eat healthy?

Scott needs to grow up and move out of mommy's house.  Their relationship is  so toxic.  Her facial expressions were creeping me out.  My son used to hide food wrappers too but he was in elementary school at the time.
