Yes, I said this last week.  The tears are for everything he lost.  He liked having Meri around.  The others, too.  So he could be king of the castle.  Boss Man, controlling everything and everyone.  Same with Robyn and her tears.  (The nerve of her to tell Meri she wished her happiness, after neglecting her for years when they lived five minutes away).  Kody and Robyn are now a monogamous couple, and they’re miserable.  That’s why they’re crying!

Though I don't wish harm on anyone, it did look like a female. Could be one of the older girls....or Robyn?!?! Dum da dum dum...tragedy strikes....  but not sure she would even get on one.

As far as Meri and Janelle getting their fair shares, well, maybe, when He!! freezes over. I'm sure Kody has hidden as much as he can in trusts etc or just flat out spent any family money.  And the way CP looks on paper that we have seen, Meri and Janelle have a very small amount actually in their names.  If that is the true document.

I‘m here.  Wondering how Kody can be so clueless.  He can never admit his mistakes.  He failed to invite Savannah to Christmas in 2021 or 2022.  Didn’t talk to her for a year or more .., but he supposedly wants a relationship with her?

Within the last week or two, Mykelti said they're still filming. Her guess (she doesn't have any insider information) is that the show will likely end in a season or two. 

She also said they're filming right now though. She wasn't sure if the stuff they're filming now is season 19, or 20, or what.

so watching, each paid a fourth. That is not fair to Meri unless she’s getting a 4th

I just keep thinking about how a couple of weeks ago on the show, Janelle told Meri that Meri was entitled to 25% of the land. To me, that feels like she put in her fair share.

Kody is going to go for as much of CP as he can con the others out of. Fair is not a word in his vocabulary.  Janelle and Meri should have 1/4 of the property each. The rest can go to K & R at least that is fair to the ex wives.

He is trying really hard not to get an appraiser involved which is suspicious.

Does anyone else think it's weird that Kody keeps saying, "We're no longer a family"? He has been saying it all season.

These people raised 18 kids together. The marriages end, but the family still exists.

I think Janelle didn't give a care about what Meri got, until Christine turned her whole lot over to Kody and Robyn. Christine obviously didn't care if either Janelle or Meri got their fair share of her former lot. 

Now Janelle wants an ally. She cares if she gets a quarter, so she suddenly cares if Meri gets a quarter.

I don't think she said the names weren't on the deeds. I think she was saying that Kody came up with what names to put on what deeds. The five parents hadn't decided that beforehand. 

I might be wrong, but that's how I took what she was saying.

What she said was those names  were temporary until the lots were paid off.  They are the legal ownership at the county. The original plan was to resubdivide the lots after they paid them off.

On the first or second show of this season, Kody was saying he didn't think he ever wanted to build on CP.  Now he says he does. He's just trying to do nothing.  How do they pay the property taxes every year with this complicated mess of sharedwith 2-3 deeded owners each?

There is no such thing as "temporary" names on a deed. It is a legal document, Rob'em!

I think they were probably paying it out of the family funds.
