No matter what age she is, or what true love Dortney tries to sell, I still find that relationship repellant & I feel wrong even using the word relationship. Me Too September 7, 2014 Share September 7, 2014 I have to agree with Jen about one thing - Of all the couples I have seen on this show (season 2 and 3 - I missed season 1), for whatever reason, I seem to be pulling for Shane and Nik the most. Why did they bring Farrah back? She wasn't a couple during her season and she still isn't a couple. Last time I checked, the name of this show is Couples Therapy. 1 Link to comment

Shayne said she got a full hysterectomy, then said they kept her "baby makers", meaning ovaries and that they are having another baby. Huh? Did she mean they saved her eggs and are using a surrogate? I had a full hysterectomy because of cancer and they didn't save any "baby makers". Thankfully I was older and done having kids. I'm confused. Link to comment

When both the uterus and ovaries/fallopian tubes are removed, it's called an oopherectomy. I assumed Shawn had just her uterus removed, so her eggs can still be retrieved and embryos created for a surrogate to carry. Link to comment

I was confused because at first she said the Dr told her she could never have another baby. I'm not a violent person but I'd have loved to see Tiny(?) beat the crap out of Farrah. She's in the sex industry to make money, and when she feels defensive about it, she calls it "liberating." But then the other half of the time, she denies everything about it, and says it's "in the past," and then cries and cries because of her shame. It's all because she's so fake. If she took a flag and planted it somewhere, she'd make more sense. But instead she just blows with the wind, and sounds like an idiot. Not to mention a liar. And p.s.
