Does anyone in the UK know WTF is going on with Noel Fielding?  Apparently AppleTV has pulled the 2nd season of Dick Turpin because he didn't show up to film the last part of it and now there are questions about whether he's going to stay on GBBO.  The articles I'm seeing over here in the US are just rehashes of what the authors have seen elsewhere on the internet like a giant game of telephone.  But aside from nebulous statements from his agent, no one is saying what the actual problem is.

All that's being said is that it's some kind of health reason--either his or a family member's but that they anticipate him filming GBBO.  That remains to be seen.

Eh, he's been OK but not more than that.  Allison, however, was MADE for this show.  She's terrific.

I agree. I find most of his attempts at humor either fall flat or are intrusive.
