Yep, my big complaint against a group that tries to be careful. Rick's reasoning didn't make sense..."If we need to, we can make a quick escape." If there were no walkers, yep, but there are. And just the scenario that could happen, did. Getting caught after dark with walkers in the woods is a recipe for death. One would barely be able to see five feet in front of you, if even that. I was thinking it might be a tape recording too. It's so hard to trust in this world. A question they never asked him. Seems kind of dangerous. I don't think we can accurately conclude this. While I'm sure the big cities would have more walkers, there is no way to know how many walkers the police or military were able to take out before they died or left. Plus, it's been a number of years since it began, so we don't how many may have left in hordes to go somewhere else.

Another episode of tedium. Just a couple of quibbles... ...why did the girl with the rifle not shoot anyone after they had taken care of the most of the soldiers. They were about 5 or 6 retreating and there was nothing to stop here. And why did someone say to her to watch it with that rifle? If see was so bad with a firearm, why not give it to someone who could and would use it? Why did they say they were easy pickens walking down the hall in a group? They all had weapons. Splitting up was their great idea. What do you want to bet that turns out bad? Other than that, just a lot of stuff going on. None of it interesting because no one is really rootable. And Clarke is a Mary Sue. No matter what she does, she will be celebrated and come out on top. And this show makes the Walking Dead cast look clean.

I found the first season of Heroes to be great, but that show went down quicker than most. The plague version of them in 2043 would not exist because the virus would never have happened. Everything would revert back to 2017 and then the world would live on normally as they would. Not sure if they would be alive in 2043 as no way to know if anything would have happened to them without the plague. Car crash, illness, etc.

Well, I know it was at the end, but Jack Shephard's (Lost) death was cool. He got to die and go see his friends in another life.

Nope, arguing a point I never made.

I actually thought Katrina was playing Henry. No reason for her to go along with him though. As usual, a common trope with witches in any show is their powers work or don't work or are strong or weak depending on the plot. Where has this Katrina been all the show? I like Abbie back in time. I was wondering when they would do this. I thought she was going to pull her gun on the troops. Where was her gun? And by the way, a TV forum trope is poster's thinking a show is listening to them during the season. Most seasons are written and filmed before episode one even airs. I loved the looks of the townsfolk at Abbie's appearance.

Nope, I look for quality, not quotas mate.

Glad to see her and Sean break up. No reason to go there because we know it didn't work there last time because all they had was sex. Andy and Melanie didn't make it last time, so a marriage isn't likely to change that. I want to Becca move on and live and quit worrying about trying to make everything come out like it did last time. Liked the dinner and all the cast, but Lolly and Becca's relationship still remains the best thing about the show.

Wow, was that scene clichéd. Thea just decided to run through the woods because she sees a path and trips on one of Oliver's old traps and he just happens to save her. Highly improbable. Personally, I didn't like seeing Tommy. I thought he was a whiny crybaby character. Wow, good seeing Slade again. What a character and what an actor. When is he going to be on another show?

TV Guide voted it the second biggest cult show of all time behind Star Trek. So, it's unlikely to stop.
-
It's all according to how the producers want to direct it. The Batman TV series was very cheesy, but the later movies were dark. They could make the Flash dark or cheesy.
-
Then what does it have to do with?

What the heck was that opening scene? Just no. I've never seen a show reinvent into the second season and change so much. It's basically like a new show with some of the characters from season 1, but not even that good. The first season was okay, I would give it a "6" out of 10. The spooky station in the frigid outpost was a good location. The black gooed people were also good. Hiroshi was a good character, and the threat of world infection was also good. But, now the spooky station is gone. There's an island that isn't interesting. With a cult, that isn't interesting. Alan acts weird and is hiding out in the cult. Peter is no longer a goo creature and acts in charge and bossy. Hiroshi is there with his daughter 30 years into the future. I don't get it. There is nothing compelling going on. I might try another ep, but I don't see how this show makes it to season 3.

You can call it whatever you want, but race and sex were mentioned. I look for TV shows to entertain, not to try and fix some so-called political problem.

No, I'm talking about cheesy elements of a show which seem to happen a lot more on Flash. My response was not about Barry, but about someone making claims about how time travel works when we have seen many versions and don't even know if it is possible. The bottom line is we just don't know which was my point when people start talking about how time travel works. We'll just have to see how this show plays it.

Have anyone's decisions worked out well? I'll be interested to see if we get to see more of the new people of light. I'm sure they will be more stupid people because, well....that's all this show has. Keep an eye out for clichés, dumbness and a lot of dirty faces.
-
I'm still baffled at how easily Flash is beaten. A bunch of exploding nails, really? A bazooka? It's very comic-bookie. And yet, that is the way it sounds.
-
I didn't know there was a Bible on time travel. There are many different takes on it. There's the Doctor Who where some things can be changed. There's the Back To The Future version where everything can be changed. And then there are some that say time can't be changed at all. Lost. No way to really know what would happen or even if it could happen.

You evidently never saw him on OLTL. He was incredible. Well, Arrow is one and it doesn't.

Yep, a new organization. NAAWCP, the National Association for the Advancement Walker Colored People. I've signed up. So I guess you wouldn't mind a little tail too.

Funny thing is some of the old timers from SNL looked like the Walking Dead. :)

All these comments about Daryl's hair reminds me of a funny comment from someone else who had bad hair... Lost.....Sawyer in the cage looking all bedraggled when one of his captives comes up to him... Sawyer: Could I get a blowdry and an ottoman please? Wouldn't it have been great to see Sawyer in this world?

Even though some cars may have gas, batteries would eventually die. I just finished rewatching S1 and early 2 and it's interesting how they kill the walkers. They are very aggressive and do multiple hits to the head like they are really mad. Now, just a knife to the head and ho, hum.

Yeah, kind of like blacks are disproportionately targeted on this show. But, I know that it's not real.
