  1. EBR's hair is still long enough to put in a ponytail. It'll probably be closer to the Season 1 ponytail. It's her hair. Girl wanted a change. WH and KC got to radically change their hair. Can't expect EBR to never want to change her hair, too, especially if the show lasts a few more seasons. Maybe she'll get sick of the shorter hair soon and grow it back out, and people can be happy with how she looks again.
  2. Never said you couldn't have your opinion. I just disagreed with it.
  3. Meh. If EBR wants to show her legs, then she should. She has great legs. Also, never thought anything she's ever worn on the show makes her look like she has a big tummy.
  4. Derick looks like most 20-something guys I know and see out here in San Francisco. I'd describe him as a Christian hipster.
  5. I just looked at a handful of KC's followers, and it's pretty hilarious. None of them have any followers and only a handful of tweets that are gibberish. Their bios are pretty entertaining. One worships Satan with all her heart, life, and soul. I just never realized this was actually a thing. It's both sad and hilarious.
  6. I think EBR must've turned Canadgraphs down for a date or something. He's crossed over to the creepy stalker territory. I know he used to have a crush on her because he accidentally tweeted it once on his canadagraphs twitter instead of his personal twitter and quickly deleted it after his other autograph hound friends responded, "I knew it!" I don't even know why EBR's fans keep talking to him. It just gets him riled up and he gets gross. I'm almost convinced he's the one making those troll fattie accounts because the accounts started popping up like 2 days after he decided to hate her, and earlier he made a remark that EBR's probably sitting around eating Doritos instead of going to the Leo Awards.
  7. The promo aired in its entirety during one of The Flash episodes here, so it wasn't just for fun. I don't think the studio is going to waste the actors' and stunt department's time "just for fun." Yet, people especially on this board have repeatedly stated they wanted to see Diggle, Caitlin, Cisco, and yes, Felicity in the promo. People have been giving suggestions about how those characters could have been included since the day the promo was released. So, what you think is the main issue regarding EBR not being included and what people have been stating for months now, don't match up.
  8. Sure. I'll probably find out on Twitter from people I follow and let you know. Lol
  9. I stopped going to GATV ever since this review for Identity: http://www.greenarrowtv.com/arrow-advance-review-of-tonights-episode-identity It's written by Craig who runs the site and started KryptonSite. It's pretty obvious as someone said that he's transferred his hate for Chloe over to Felicity. That plus, his remark about being ok with Dig talking back to Oliver, but the girl who just got demoted needs to stop sassing just turned me away. I was a big fan of KryptonSite back when it and Smallville first started. He was a comic book fan, but didn't really seem like a "because comics" person until KK left and Lois was retconned to death to become the Lois. KryptonSite was inundated by Lois fans who weren't really viewers from the very beginning and from what I remember a lot of Chloe fans left because Craig wasn't even trying to hide his biases anymore. He and all his reviewers seem really sensitive if anyone has a differing opinion from them. They throw hissy fits on Twitter and blame Olicity fans for everything. I don't think he quite understands that if he weren't so biased, his site would get more hits. I'm not even really sure why shows affiliate themselves with fansites when Twitter, Tumblr, and FB are available. Things are different than when Smallville was around. K-Site was one of the few places people could talk about the show. The producers and the network probably get a better pulse on fan reaction from social media than from GATV since fans can talk to them directly. I don't visit GATV anymore, but when he does his yearly poll, I'll be voting for Felicity for everything (except least favorite character) just to annoy him. Hopefully, all Felicity fans will do the same. I'm sure it killed him last season when Felicity won favorite character.
  10. I think it's just a weird filter or something that's making her hair look like that. Looks like they're in the car on the way to the party, and her hair looked fine at the party in that pic with Charles Michael Davis. Caity's hair looks a lot fluffier in that pic than it does in other party pictures, too.
  11. I don't think anything from the show trended in the US. I kept looking. The last couple of weeks it trended after the show was over, but I didn't see anything tonight. ETA: It's trending now for the West Coast viewing.
  12. I just don't see how the floater is going to work unless it's Lyla who really isn't super-involved on Arrow. I'm looking at the upcoming episode of the Flash where Felicity and Ray show up in Central City and MG's comments about how the timelines are messed up because of the CW's scheduling. And that's just one episode. I feel sorry for whoever it is that's hopping around from show to show. How does that even work contract-wise if it's an Arrow regular? Do they get paid for being a guest star on two other shows? Can they say no because they just want to be on one show?
  13. I think that even though the Duggars are a visible family, some of them don't care about anything other than comfort, either. I'm fine with that since it's a reality show, and this is their reality. Jill especially seems to go for comfort. And Joy seemed really uncomfortable wearing those shoes Jinger and Jana talked her into wearing for Jill's wedding, so I have a feeling that she chose flats for that reason. I don't know. I just think quibbling over clothing and shoes is so strange when there are so many other things to snark on when it comes to this family. They all looked presentable to me. I'm pretty sure most of the people at the wedding are pretty similar to the Duggars and couldn't care less about their shoes, clothes, or hair. And your wedding sounds like something my husband and I would have loved had our parents not freaked out when we told them. We compromised with a nice family and close friends wedding in a park.
  14. Do people really have that big of a problem with women wearing flats? I have really flat feet and can't wear heels for more than a few minutes before my feet start cramping so badly that I can't walk anymore. I wore flats at my wedding (and I'm sure people here will clutch their pearls at this, but I wore Chucks) and every wedding I've ever been a bridesmaid for or attended. I've never heard anyone complain to me about it before. (And, no it's not widely known that I have flat feet. People just didn't care).
  15. The way I look at it is, we don't really know whether or not EBR is secure about her weight. She seems pretty secure with herself, but I'm not her so I'm not going to assume she is. We don't know how she reacted to seeing those tweets. I don't think it really matters if they were "successful" or not. A bully is a bully, in my opinion. Some random stranger tweeting things so publicly about her weight not only to her but also to her castmates and her bosses could potentially be humiliating for her or make her insecure. That makes this person a bully. If the intent is to hurt someone's feelings, and I absolutely believe that is this person's intent since EBR and her castmates are being tagged, then it is bullying.
  16. I think most actors learn to avoid him if possible once they've filmed in Vancouver long enough. Most of the Smallville actors with the exception of Erica Durance avoided him like the plague. The Twilight cast signed autographs for every fan waiting for them if they had time but would skip him on purpose, and he used to lose his mind over it. Now, he's saying that her behavior is unbecoming and that she can be fired for not signing autographs. I just find it funny because one of his Olicity posts got his page the most hits he's ever gotten, and he loved her for it. Now, he apparently wants her fired for not signing autographs for him. If that really were the case, every actor in the world would be fired.
  17. I think shippers are definitely taking it too seriously also. I was looking at Twitter this afternoon, and the fandom was tweeting their hate and disappointment to SA and EBR for not promoting the poll. I doubt they knew that people were actually losing sleep over this thing voting for them. I don't think they'd even want people to lose sleep over it. I get that people are desperate for whatever little nuggets they can get for Olicity, but the Arrow actors are actually pretty good about interacting with the fans through social media as it is. SA, EBR, and DR just did that little video for the fans a couple weeks ago.
  18. It's possible that EBR doesn't sign up for cons because she does know that there's a chance she will have to cancel due to filming. I know that when she, KC, and CL missed the first cast Q&A session at SDCC due to filming, she got the brunt of angry tweets from fans that weren't even at SDCC. Maybe she doesn't want to deal with that if she doesn't have to. And EBR does get a lot of tweets from people complaining that she doesn't do cons. People here might not complain about it, but every time one of her castmates announces a con appearance, she gets a bunch of tweets from fans complaining about why she's not going which is ridiculous in my opinion. It's her choice.
  19. I know SA gets commended a lot for how he uses social media, but I actually find him to be a drama queen when he shares personal anecdotes like this. These sorts of stories are probably better off for his personal Facebook page.
  20. If it makes you feel any better, Canaries only trended for about 40 minutes during the East Coast airing and not at all during the West Coast airing. The past few episodes the show trended for the entire episode during the East Coast airing and at least part of the episode for the West Coast airing. Amanda Waller trended for a few minutes during the East Coast airing. So, there's a chance that people got bored and checked out during the second half hour.
  21. That might make it even worse since I think this has been the worst season of the show.
  22. I was kind of surprised by how subdued Campea was considering how they all agreed it was the worst episode of Arrow. Ann and Kaori didn't seem remotely enthused about being there. I don't think he'll change his mind. He's said a lot in the past that this isn't his dayjob. He's a movie guy, and for him to devote his time to a tv show, it has to be pretty special. I'd imagine taking the time to do the show takes up a good bit of his Wednesday nights. He has to watch the episode, slog through all those tweets, drive to wherever they film, film, and drive home in one night. It's gotta suck that he spent all that energy on a show that ultimately ended up disappointing him.
  23. Or tell him you'll buy his book if he replies. That usually gets a response from him, too.
  24. The whole Campea thing is kind of funny to me. The day SA was a guest on the show, Campea tweeted that he would stop watching if Laurel became InstaCanary. Then today, Campea was on that CW Fan Talk thing, and he decides to quit watching the show. Does anyone know if Alan Sepinwall quit watching the show, too? He usually posts reviews not long after the episode has aired, but he hasn't reviewed these last two episodes. I don't think he's even tweeted about the show since the TCAs where he seemed to be really perturbed by the lack of females on the panel.
  25. I've seen people complain about it on Twitter, but he seems to ignore it.
