I did think it was funny that when Tins was talking about her new man, she mentioned how great it was that he already had kids so she could basically mother them but "give them back." And then talked about how she's taking everything so slow with this guy! .

She could've easily made those comments without slut shaming Tinsley. And course, this is the second time she's slut shamed a member of the show. One could argue she is most definitely right about Sonja! But still, it's not a good look to accuse someone that's always had money of fucking her way to a fancy lifestyle when she openly talked about how much she loves Johns...dry cleaning.

Yeah, I want every single one of the designers facing the panel. Every single one of them being evaluated without being told until every critique are finished where they stand. Bring up their winning look along with those on the edge. It feels very anti-climatic and for as showy as this cinematography is, I don't like them being in a backroom either. I'd rather there be some sort of stage where they have the models in front of them while they are evaluated. On Martha, anyone else think she looks like the low-rent, poor man's Blake Lively?

Oh yes. I didn't get that view with Angela. I think she really loves Michael. Same for the others, although maybe you can make the argument that the men have a thing for black women. I feel like Lisa treats him with scorn. There's nothing loving about her towards Usman. He is there to sexually gratify her while she controls every aspect of her life like she owns him. It would not surprise me if she actually held some pretty racist views while of course telling people she dates a black man.

I'm guessing that just like every HGTV show that has fake elements, this is going to be one of them.

I did not like the tennis player dress. How did that not get the "vagina" treatment? I thought it looked boxy on the model too (no pun intended). Martha is an absolute disaster. I also don't understand how you can be in the business and not know how to sew. To me it's like owning a hair salon w/o ever having cut or colored hair. How can you understand the nuances? How can you ensure that you are technically getting things right? It seems like you'd have to understand the foundational aspects of the job to be able to design correctly. It may not be a "sewing" show, but you should at least have taken sewing 101 so your model isn't draped and pinned into fabric. I'm sure she was fodder for the show and that's why she got a spot. But I want people that are actually talented at design and understand the technical aspects of it, not someone who just uses loud fabrics and then sends it to a seamstress.

I thought it was hilarious when Martha was so excited seeing her designs go down the runway and the best Tim could say was great choice with the sneakers. Then she gleefully mentioned that she did keep the blue and he had a look on his face like yeah dope bad move. Her stuff was ridiculous. And I don't know why but her whole look in general irritates me. It looks like she fell asleep with her sunglasses on in the sun or put concealer under eyes without doing any other makeup. So Esther is going to be in one of those designers who only uses black because it's just soooooooooo edgy? I was meh on her designs

Oh I agree it was low. I was just laughing b/c when he was chubby, she was definitely disappointed when she first met him to the point he could tell she was. But Darcey being Darcey decided seconds later that he's the dashing man of her dreams.

Just to be clear, it's not that I think someone should have to put out if they've had some steamy convos/exchanged sexy pics when they first meet. But Stephanie has made a big deal out of she can't wait to kiss her and held off on an actual kiss. Aside from the boob mold thing, we haven't seen Erica make Stephanie uncomfortable sexually. We're not seeing her demand sex from Stephanie. But what we see is Stephanie putting up barriers -- even for the first kiss itself. That doesn't sound like someone who wants you. We've also heard the barriers to a relationship that didn't exist to Stephanie and weren't issues before the trip. Stephanie wasn't waxing on to Erica that her health was so dangerous, she shouldn't be with her. Or that her not moving to the US being a deal breaker. Now that she's in person with the woman she has talked about this big love with, she's using these two issues to drive a wedge. I think what Stephanie wants is a best, safe GF that she can hold hands with and be twee together. I don't think Stephanie wants a sexual relationship with Erica and possibly any woman. But she's in so deep based on their steamy video calls and texts that she doesn't know how to get out, so she's going to create as many barriers as possible.

I think Erica is completely confused. If you have had a shit ton of video calls where you know exactly what that person looks like and sounds like, it's got to be odd to have someone go from calling you their soul mate to doing everything they can to put space between you. It probably is also confusing to have someone still hold your hand and buy you a tiara then act like they are jealous b/c you have a dating app on your phone still. I think Stephanie doesn't really know how to say: "I've never had a sexual experience with a woman. I thought I wanted that. And wanted that with you. Unfortunately I was confused and this isn't working for me." I truly think she's never had a sexual experience with a woman beyond the kisses that took what days for her to give.

Agreed. I don't think Stephanie did this for more hits. I mean, I'm sure like all of them, they are agreeing to be on a show to get some sort of fame or help their "brand" but I truly believe Stephanie convinced herself she was in love with Erica. And then she got there and suddenly is either questioning whether she is bi or gay at all or she just has zero attraction to Erika in person. And she doesn't quite know how to drop that bomb since they've likely had steamy, sexy, you are my world type of texts, video calls. I think Stephanie was in this for clicks, pretended to be bi/lesbian, she would be able to at least fake an attraction to her for the show. But she really seems like someone who just realized she's not really bi/gay and she really can't imagine being with Erika sexually, not even to "experiment" with. So now she's finding things to pick at Erika for and is hoping that Erika will be the one to call it quits.

Or just date someone that is financially secure. But then they wouldn't need Ed. Ed doesn't want someone that doesn't need him. And the only want that would want Ed is someone who is at his level of attractiveness. This is my overall issue with most of these American 90 day'ers. They could find someone in the states. But they don't want their physical equivalent. They need someone more attractive that can't leave them because they are dependent on them. It's a sick game of power for sexual favors. True, however: My guess is Stephanie, who shows off her sexuality in her blog, is probably doing more than that in their personal texts prior to their meeting. And suddenly she's asexual in person with Erica because she must've realized she's not really gay, bi and that is very confusing to Erica. I also suspect this boob mold thing was also a production set up so I tend to give that person the benefit of the doubt that this not something they would normally do without saying: Hey Steph let's go get naked molds of boobs! Also the "dating app" on your phone argument provoked by Stephanie to me sounds like: I need to find some reason to pretend like I'm justified in breaking up with her after promising her the world prior to meeting her. I was thinking the same thing that she showed up on last year's show. Hannah was so awkward and didn't come off well when she was on originally; slightly better the last time. It annoys me with the "millions of people have that happen...why the focus on her (LuAnn)." No, millions of people don't threaten cops, escape out of handcuffs.
