  1. Jeremy adds nothing to the show so that article certainly answered my question about why he was still around. I hate when a network forces a a male actor on a show hoping the female viewers will lust after him.
  2. She can deny all she wants but those cheek implants are still noticeable just like Jada Pinkett Smith's are still noticeable. I hate when people deny obvious surgery like viewers are dumb and then blame it on a disease.
  3. Her sister in law who she used to be very close to confirmed she was lying.
  4. Yeah she got exposed for lying about having endo the first time. Everyone has different medical histories however as a celebrity example Tia Mowry has struggled with endo and she didn't have to take off months to recover nor did she develop a skin condition. I don't need tptb to give Maxie a condition that women power through every day no complaints and no outrageous recovery time and symptoms.
  5. I didn't expect it to be exactly like the novel but I didn't even understand why they changed the things they did. Anabelle was not a woman starting her own firm( she was a divorce lawyer though)who spent weekends at her aunt's in the novel and the setting wasn't Seattle or San Francisco. Her last name wasn't Colton either it was Coakley. The setting was Georgia, the woman getting married was her mother not her aunt, the movie star' boyfriend was named Martin(and I guess to make him seem like less of a playboy they figured they'd knock off the amount of marriages), the son was a corporate raider not a doctor, and there was no aunt Susie either. Up until Clay and Anabelle meeting there were no similarities to the novel. I don't know if it was the writing or just him but Alan Thicke was terrible in this movie! And his character was really annoying. In the book it was easy to see why he was attracted to this woman. Rachel and Niall did have good chemistry though the actual plotting to stop the wedding seemed to fall by the wayside for wacky hi-jinks. Midway though the movie it felt like we were at the ending and then they threw in that cliche Vegas elopement plot sitcoms ran into the ground. Having Clay and Anabelle realize why they liked each other by watching videos instead of seeing it before their eyes by interacting with them was just dumb! And I didn't even understand why Anabelle wanted to stop the wedding in the first place. The failed marriage excuse was so flimsy. At least if they had kept it her mother instead of her aunt it would've been more believable for her to be against the wedding. It wasn't a boring movie but the plot was all over the place and just dragged on with no purpose to the point where I stopped caring. And then squeezing in two weddings in the last two minutes. Why?
  6. I'm glad this show came back with a vengeance cuz it got really lackluster mid last season when everyone started getting all moral. And why is Jeremy back? Did anyone actually enjoy him in S1?
  7. Why are they doing this story yet again with Kristina? She didnt learn the first time? She looks even stupider now in the repeat than she did a couple of years ago.
  8. One could argue Michael and Kiki was soapy. Both were just gross but especially Morgan and Ava. And she was always acting so motherly to him. Bleck! Morgan was pissed at Kiki for her relationship with his brother so the solution was to be even worse and hook up with her mom? The only thing done right in that story was not tying him for life to that woman old enough to be his mother via a child.
  9. She's really not even hot to say its lust over her looks. Kristina looks like she could be her daughter. Why would an older married woman be so interested in a young girl with a bratty personality, who has never worked a day in her life, and clearly has no goals to do anything in life outside of having a boyfriend or girlfriend. Wasn't Kristina valedictorian in highschool and she went in to school with at least a full semester of credits? And she took summer courses? She's like a 6 year student now. I'm fine with them forgetting Michael and Kiki hooked up if we also never have to acknowledge Morgan's hookups with Ava ever again either. That was just gross. Nothing was attractive about that couple and trying to sell it as some great romance was even worse. It was worse than Kiki and Michael.
  10. Stop the Wedding is about two people trying to stop the wedding of their parents. They could've still done the wedding promos with just pics from the parent's wedding. The ending Hallmark spoiled isnt even how the book ends anyway so they could've kept the ending a surprise.
  11. That promo spoiled the ending for Stop the Wedding. I mean I know its June Weddings month and we know how the story will end but still.
  12. For anyone who is interested Amazon currently has the novel Stop the Wedding for $.99 in anticipation for the movie. They even added a still from the movie to the cover https://www.amazon.com/Stop-Wedding-romantic-comedy-Stephanie-ebook/dp/B00A6BRG6E?ie=UTF8&keywords=stop the wedding&qid=1465142703&ref_=sr_1_1&s=digital-text&sr=1-1
  13. Not really familiar with Niall . Having read the book he's not what I expected look wise I thought they'd go with someone a little more Hollywood pretty boy.
  14. Most of the movies this year have been boring. They should probably produce less and concentrate on making good ones. They've been going for quantity over quality.
  15. Alexa VegaPena is looking so rough in those new Ms. Matched promo pics. She looks about 42 years old there I know she's still in her 20s. I watched her act since she was a little kid.
  16. I hope there's more development on the contestants this season and less on Rachel's dull ex boyfriend whatshisface.
  17. Premiering May 15 In the romantic comedy “The Game Of Love,”Jake Cornell (Lochlyn Munro), third-generation owner of the Seattle Cougars basketball team, has devoted his entire life to his work though he is still very attracted to his charming, smart, and unavailable ex-wife Frankie (Heather Locklear). Frankie has a weakness though – an undeniable attraction and connection to the infuriating man she’s divorced, not once, but twice. Now that they are no longer together, Jake and Frankie, along with their two adult children Barton (Tom Stevens) and Alexandria (Emily Tennant), disagree on the future of the team. Jake’s about to lose the one thing he loves the most – the Seattle Cougars – to the other love of his life, Frankie. Sparks fly as Frankie takes over the front office. Will the team that drove them apart actually end up being the thing that brings them together for good?
  18. Well I see they already switched up the plot to Stop the Wedding by making the bride an aunt who raised her instead of her mother. Alan Thicke is perfect casting for the groom though.
  19. The Dog Ones from G It's Entertainment were pretty bad. Not sure how those got picked up. They used to do a lot of stage plays back when it was GMC. I'm still not sure what Hallmark is trying to do with Date with Love. And like I said before after a certain age you're not allowed to attend prom. Shenae Grimes looks clearly alot older than the highschoolers as does Andrew Walker. Prom is not for adults.
  20. UP has been playing movies for years since back when the channel was still GMC. They just don't do as many original movies. Most of their movies are ones they purchase the distribution rights too. They do quite a few aimed at children as well. During the World Cup they showed two soccer theme movies.
  21. I wish Hallmark would dial back on some of the new movies too. They're definitely going for quantity over quality and alot of their new ones are boring and forgettable. Plus all so similar. I don't even want to call some of these rom coms because they're not even funny. I liked the channel better when they had a mixture of different types of movies. And can they step into the 21st century and add some more diversity? I think I've seen 2 Hallmark movies over the past several years where the leads weren't white and in their late 20s-mid 40s. No offense but Tv is already expensive enough without going up and extra tier just for one channel. Especially when some of us are already paying that $10-$15 a month towards sites like Netflix which gives us access to a wider library of films.
