  1. Think of how convenient that would be when he starts filming in his backyard to save money.
  2. I don't see how any of Eric's family can watch Quinn in his room in today's show and not get that she actually loves the guy.
  3. @ulkis, you're running right out to get that "Why Bryan Craig is Leaving" article, aren't you?
  4. I wouldn't say he's thriving over at B&B. I can't remember the last time he was on screen. I know! I was yelling "well, now your fingerprints are all over the evidence!" at my TV. There are a lot of things I'll put up with, but a stupid Anna is not one of them. She is not that dumb.
  5. This. Quinn needs to go to someone in the hospital's administration, tell them that she is Eric's wife, and that the man keeping her from his bedside is also one of the people who browbeat and harassed him into this medical emergency, so, allowing his vile spawn near the patient, they may be jeopardizing his health.
  6. It would not surprise me to find out that one of the ways he made money was to intentionally advise clients to invest in stocks that he knew would be losers. He takes the money, doesn't buy the stock, waits for it to bottom out, then tells the client "you lost it all." Meanwhile, he has the money, and he can either keep it or use it to pay someone who he owes. So it wouldn't be, on its face, just stealing someone's money, in a way where they'd say "hey, I gave you money to invest, where is it?" He'd be telling them that he invested it in this opportunity for them, and, unfortunately, it didn't pan out, and they lost the money. It wouldn't draw immediate attention, and he could have banked on those clients he duped being too stupid to look beyond whatever information he's giving them. It could be something he only pulled on clients who came across like they had absolutely zero idea how the market worked, who wouldn't look beyond whatever information he provided them. And he'd have the barest bones of backup for his story - documentation of the stock prices when he allegedly made the purchase and when they bottomed out, which would be enough to sell his story to someone with limited knowledge.
  7. I hope Wyatt finds out about the medical POA, and that's part of his "surprising" stance in this whole mess. Let him shout the truth from the rooftops and tell his wife to take a hike, wishing Waffles "good luck with this one." I do really think that, if he sees how broken heart-ed his mother is being kept from Eric, and then he finds out that Eric actually intended for her to be there and making the decisions, he'll do the right thing.
  8. So KeMo's mom is the new Ron's Twitter account? "Want to know what's really going on in a character's head? Ask KeMo's mom!"
  9. Seriously, when has she genuinely been without a man? When JT was leaving, BM was already there. She went from Jax to Sonny to Jason to Lucky back to Jason to McBain (ish) back to Jason to Silas to Patrick to Jason. There was never really much genuine time between them, and there was always someone on the horizon when she was alone.
  10. That, and I think they have this thing about Lucky being Luke's son, so he's got to be this wanderer with issues instead of a responsible, settled down adult father to his children.
  11. It's absolutely infuriating what they've done there (and they can say both things until the cows come home, but I'll never really buy either, especially not Nik being the best sex. I refuse to believe that self-absorbed douchebag is about anything other than getting his in bed). But, I'm such a sucker for BH/JJ that, if he does come back whenever this shitfest ends, I'll forgive pretty much anything if we just get a decent chunk of time devoted to the two of them reuniting and getting past all of their shit. I don't even care.
  12. I actually liked the Liz/GV Lucky wedding. I thought it was sweet and their honeymoon scene was rather hot. (And is one of the reasons I never bought the "I never had good sex until Nik" bullshit). But, they shot that pairing to Hell and back when they decided to make Lucky an emotionally abusive, controlling, cheating druggie. That was so wrong.
  13. Ugh. As a Liz fan, it's bad enough she has to be saddled with Franco. But, at the very least, could they please just keep Liz/Franco and JaSam on opposite planets? We don't even need to see Jake hand offs for visitation. I mean, we never even see JaSam interacting with Danny, why do we need Sam/Jake scenes? Just stop, show. Stop.
  14. Is it this show's belief that Liz has some kind of personal religious conviction that medical insurance is evil? And that's why she and Lucky, the cop, couldn't handle medical bills when he got injured on the job? And now she, a nurse, can't handle the medical bills incurred from when she was injured in the hospital? And, yes, if Liz really did need money to pay her medical bills, the "Franco goes to one of his parents" story line to help her would make far more sense if he was going to Scott to represent her and make sure the hospital pays her bills since she was injured there. I didn't catch the second half of the show - do we know, yet, what Susan's situation is, beyond her apparently being a fleshed out wig on a stick?
  15. I so want to see some reveal where Eric introduces the new president of FC, and Brooke walks in, wedding ring on her finger, happily married to Bill and supporting Eric.
  16. I kind of wonder if it's entirely "oh, let's gift Becky with Soap Superstar Roger Howarth." If you think about it, Franco's crashed with two love interests already - Carly and Nina. They clearly want this character to happen, because they can't admit that they fucked up royally when they made RoHo Franco instead of, oh, anyone else. So they look around, and the fan feedback they got over Becky's tense contract talks is still fresh in their minds. And they realize that she has a very strong, loyal, and vocal fanbase, who has stuck with her through shit storm after shit storm. "Surely, if we pair Franco up with Liz, her fans will carry his character to respectability. And we'll sell it as our 'gift' to Liz/Becky/her fans - a pairing with a soap superstar."
  17. I don't believe for a minute that he remembers that Hope exists right now.
  18. From what I remember of the whole mess, she was into Jake, Ric came back, and she was torn. Rick hired Hayden to pretend to be Jake's wife, Liz and Jake were both upset, and Liz then went with Ric. Then, she found out that Ric hired Hayden, and she was through with him. It was only after dumping him for the Hayden thing that she found out about Jake being Jason (at which point, she was already going to head Jake's way anyway, so the Jason reveal didn't activate her interest in Jake). Of course, the show then made it a Jason obsession, because, come on, who in Port Charles doesn't have a Jason obsession? He's everything that's good and holy in Port Charles. But her interest in Jake was already there, and she was done with Ric because of his plot before she found out about Jason.
  19. I can't wait for the scene where Nina runs into Carly and Avery at the Metro Court and coos "Oh my goodness, look how big she's gotten since I ripped her out of the womb and kidnapped her!"
  20. I understand not a single thing about this character. From what we knew before she showed up, she married Tree to get her green card, but Tree was in love with her. She, however, was in love with Griffin, and Tree caught them in bed, shot Griffin and they, apparently, divorced. Now, she's shown up here, toting that framed 8x10 of her and Tree, acting like he's the one that got away, and clearly seems to be plotting to get him away from Maxie. Then she finds out Griffin is in town, and he's the one that got away. Now it just seems like whichever guy is in the room with her at the time is the one that got away. I have zero doubt that she'll tell him he's the father, too, because it's like she lives in two different realities, depending on who's in the room with her at any given moment. Do the writers even know what they're doing with her?
  21. So happy John's back tonight. He's such an important part of my Sunday night that something is just missing when he's not there.
  22. When I was growing up, we did the one afternoon health talk thing, where they split the boys and girls up, in 5th grade, and then had health class, which included a more comprehensive sex ed unit, sophomore year.
  23. I mean, they know Franco exists, right?
