Right? I don't like how the show is trying to erase Tara by letting Summer keep declaring she's Harrison's mother. She can't adopt him as long as Tara is alive and hasn't agreed to give up her parental rights to her son. Why would Tara do that? This is a weird way of trying to prop Summer at the expense of the viewers who are wondering why Tara isn't out of prison by now and hasn't reclaimed her child. Yes, it's appalling. Imagine if the situation were reversed and Billy was the one who drugged and raped Chelsea. I don't think the show could get away with having Billy demand Johnny be told he's his father. Certainly not unless it was fully explained to Johnny how his conception occurred. That part of the story is oddly missing from what Chelsea and Billy want Johnny to know and IMO it's a key factor.

Still though, he knows what a wild card she is so it doesn't make sense that he'd hire her to be such an important part of this new project of his. It'll be interesting to see Lily and Devon's reaction when they find out Phyllis will be involved. I can't imagine they'd want to be dealing with her.

Heh, this reminded me of an album by jazz saxophonist Eddie Harris titled "Is It In" where the cover art showed a plug trying to enter an electrical outlet. The double entendre was intentional and Harris made it back in the 1970s. Haven't watched today's show yet but I happened to catch next week's previews. I think at this point most us know Dominic is portrayed by twin boys. I also think the twins' adorableness is a matter of an individual viewer's personal perception. Mileage varies. Additionally, I'm unsure how much if any of the audience would be able to measure the boys' intelligence just by looking at them for a few moments on a TV screen. It's likely not all of us here are read into the common behavior of babies and toddlers at the various stages of their development. IMO, no one is deliberately attacking those little boys. However, I think this is like the discussions we've had about Harrison's hair. It's possible to distinguish between what's relevant in real life and and what's significant within the context of the show. If the twins' parents (or whoever else is concerned) don't want them to be subject to any criticism on the way they're seen in the role of Dominic, perhaps having them on a broadcast TV show isn't a good idea.

If it's the one I think it is, it's the "unofficial" officially sanctioned Y&R board, That board appears to get a bit of inside information regarding the show from TPTB/CBS in exchange for not allowing any criticism of the actors or much negativity about the show itself. At times it's clear TPTB are steering opinion about certain storylines and characters via posters on that board. What amuses me the most is when certain actors {or an associate} goes there and posts ridiculously glowing stuff about themselves and the character they play. It's laughable how obvious it is. Then there was Michael Muhney who got himself banned because he started fighting with posters who didn't agree with his assessment of his portrayal of Adam. His ego was so huge he couldn't even post without revealing it was him. The only time I was sort of okay with the onerous way that board is moderated was during the height of the Devon/Dominic/Abby/Mariah storyline. People were posting some fairly blatant racist stuff, big arguments were happening, and the mods were shutting it down. And then I noticed some of the offenders popping up on other soap boards, including this one. I've also noticed that stuff from here frequently shows up over there later, at times almost verbatim. Yeah I'm OCD like that. I think what's most outstanding about this Y&R forum is how insightful and intelligent and creative the posters are. Not much is getting past this crew. Yay for us! 😉

Yep. Phyllis only seems to have two real weapons in her arsenal, that is, her hacking skills and her sexuality. I think it stands to reason she'll go to one of those to deal with Stark. Maybe both. The guy is probably bit thirsty after many years in prison, assuming he still swings her way and is willing to ignore what an old crone she actually is.

Harrison doesn't need you deciding whether his Grandma Dee Dee should be a part of his life. He has most of the Abbott family looking out for him.
