If they were going to have Laurel argue anything, wouldn't it have been better to have her argue that Oliver entered into his deal with the FBI under duress or not in his right mind because his family was being threatened, rather than trying to get the conviction that he isn't in jail for overturned because of mistreatment? Unless, I guess, the point is to have whatever she's trying not work (in which case they still could've made a better argument).

I wonder if the "decisions" Felicity made to protect her family that she's going to have to defend in the MSF is her ~friendship with Laurel, given Oliver's reaction to her in that clip. And she'll be the one to get him over on to Black Siren's side.

This is true! Other's might not have been joking - I wouldn't be surprised if they had Dinah say something along the lines of that she dug Felicity's grave and rolled her into it herself though, LOL.

I think so too. O/F don't seem like they're heading toward any kind of separation (and if they were, it seems like it would be short enough that they wouldn't bother building a whole set for it), and since Star City 2038 is in eternal night depression mode, I doubt anyone there would live in an apartment. More like a hovel made out of the skeleton of an exploded building.

If it's a Queen family apartment, I hope the set decorator isn't using Queen Consolidated floor tiles as a backsplash anymore, and gets poor Oliver away from the concrete walls that will for sure remind him of prison.

Didn't one of the Van paps mention that Emily and Stephen had been filming a scene for the MSF where they're on their way to a party (the one that they shot for...whatever episode that was that had the BTS pic of a good chunk of the cast sitting together on their phones with their feet up - fandom thought it might be an anniversary party or a welcome home party?), but they got held up? If I'm not misremembering, Oliver going out in public at all would indicate that he's not faking his death.
