I honestly think the book hints it more strongly about Eddie, as there's a scene in it where Eddie asks for a lick of a popsicle (ahem) that Ritchie has, despite being a germphobe. But Richie also kisses Eddie's body on the cheek after he dies. Dennis Christopher, who played adult Eddie in the miniseries said on Twitter recently had he wanted them to clearly establish that Richie was closeted. I think Bury Your Gays was unavoidable, just because of the source material. Which sucks.

So, apparently, the DuckTales Cinematic Universe is going for an even deeper pull than what we already knew about. In addition to everything else, they're also bringing in two characters from Wuzzles, a show that I had HONESTLY forgotten existed.

It might honestly be a little stuffy these days, given that we've been spoiled with excellent narrative-driven storytelling in the years since it was first published. Helter Skelter is an engrossing read, but it is VERY procedural.

I may try and score some resold ones, since I waited too long to snag them. That said, I loathe the Javits Center.

Throwing my recommendation for Magpie Murders by Andrew Horowitz. If you start it, it seems like a cozy mystery at first, but there's an enormous twist that happens at about the 1/3 point.

There's something about how it's filmed that just screams "Luke in the cave" to me. I mean, I know she already had her cave moment, but still.

It may be a reflection of my vulnerable emotional state, but I was watching most of the Thanos battle when I was on the elliptical at the gym this afternoon, and got kind of verklempt all over again. It's still such a strange realization to me that one of my favorite things about the movie was seeing Pepper in her Rescue armor.

Well, if he'd inserted himself into 9/11, it apparently wouldn't have happened.

All the dogs they used are apparently rescues, and they found all of them homes when filming was completed. I'm not even fond of Lady & the Tramp, and I may watch this just because of that.

G Willow Wilson, who was one of the creators of Kamala, recently announced she was leaving her current position as the writer of Wonder Woman for a top secret project. I think we've got the project.

I think that describes her in Boogie Nights. She got her start on As The World Turns, and after it was finally canceled about ten years ago, she came back for a cameo appearance, and looked like she was having a marvelous time doing it. She's aces for doing that, in my book.

Disney has Hulk back now, but Universal retains right of first refusal for distribution of any solo film, which is why they haven't made one. And, regretfully, it's kept us from a She-Hulk movie.

Avengers Alley was being tossed around for a bit. I hope it was tossed in the trash. Fun bit of trivia, the theme park attractions take place in the Marvel Theme Park Universe, which is distinct from the MCU.

The theme park rights are kind of a mess, but basically they can use the Marvel characters west of the Mississippi and at their international parks. As @Dani points out, they can't use the Marvel name in Anaheim or Orlando, but can internationally. Orlando is allowed to use characters that aren't depicted at Islands of Adventure, which is why Epcot is getting a Guardians of the Galaxy ride and possibly something featuring Dr. Strange.

FWIW, Midnight's Edge frequently trafficks in click-bait conspiracy theories. They've put out numerous videos about Star Treks Discovery and Picard that turned out to be utter nonsense if not outright lies.

Julia Roberts is in the crew with Gwyneth Paltrow and Reese Witherspoon as actors I don't think I could stand in real life that I really enjoy watching in many roles.
