Yes, but only this year, and I think our hockey team ice girls just disbanded as well. But my college students who were on the teams before knew about Spurs by July and Rampage by August - I'd think team managers would be aware of when the other teams were auditioning and try to keep that in mind when picking their own teams. Kelli and Judy didn't seem to understand why getting cut last would be so bad, but if it meant that you'd lost your chance to be on any team I could understand being pissed. Especially in the case of Malena who it's been obvious for weeks that she wasn't going to make it.

Doesn't being cut the last night mean that your dancing options for the upcoming year are limited? I'd think by that point most of the other pro teams in the area have had their tryouts - I'm in San Antonio and I know that the Spurs and our minor league hockey team do theirs in the summer, so I'd assume the Mavericks and Stars do too.

I think that's true of substitute teaching most places. I have a handful of friends in a handful of states that did it as a stop-gap between college graduation and getting a real job - all you needed was a bachelor's degree.

I didn't realize until seeing this just HOW close the early ones are together. Zach/Michael, Lawson/Nathan, Alyssa/Tori, Josie/Katie, and even Callie/Judson are all just about 13 months apart!! When Tori was born she had 7 under 7 (for only 10 days, but still...). And even with super sister-mom Michael, she wasn't even 6 yet, so how much help could she really have been getting from siblings? I am equal parts impressed by Kelly and sad that so many kids in so little time meant the ability to really focus on any individual was probably lost.
