  1. "MAFS: NZ" SEASONS 2 & 3 are available, southhemitv! So we see Auckland, not Sydney! 😁
  2. Maybe Theresa knew how to play both the markets and Gerry! 😉 🤑
  3. Some observations: --The brides are putting on weight. --Lauren talks about sex, but, like with every other topic, in an almost clinical way, not flirtatiously and definitely not by reading the room. --Cameron has the patience of a saint. --The boat ride and the jumping into the water looked like great fun! --Cameron on the bus was interested in Emily's hair dilemma. Maybe Clare noticed. --Speaking of hair: Austin! Face, chest, I'm here for it!
  4. Are you listening, ABC?! "Dancing With The Golden Stars"! 💃🕺💃
  5. A woman who visits her daughter daily ain't movin' nowhere, baby! If Gerry (Indiana!) picks Theresa, he had better reconcile himself to being Gerry (NotIndiana!)! The one sure bet, mes amis, is that we will see tears from someone! 😢 💔
  6. Penn State (👩‍🎓 7️⃣1️⃣) v. Michigan State!
  7. I wish I lived in your world! 🤑 My husband and I were both retired teachers and there was no way we could have had "homes or condos in both places," any places!
  8. Gerry might be willing to sell Toni's Dream Lake House for a new start, lest he keep on weepin' on. 😭 🤧 My football game 🏈 is Friday evening, so Night of the Turkeys 🦃 I'll just watch some Golden Gerry re-runs!
  9. Ha! I didn't mean "FL team"; that was supposed to be "NFL team"!
  10. I know of only one religious example for a wig: a married Jewish Orthodox woman.
  11. The FL team is now the Washington Commanders. Scalping was indeed originated in the New World by the indigenous peoples, according to research published in "Anerican Heritage." Europeans witnessed scalping, with no French or English "bounties." https://www.americanheritage.com/who-invented-scalping
  12. No need for a Spoiler tag about a previous season. Yes. Bachelor Brad Womack picked no-one. IMO, there is ZERO possibility that Gerry similarly picks no-one. Such a Finale would put the Golden Kibosh on any future elder iterations. (I don't read "Reality Steve" Spoilers, FWIW.) But if I'm wrong, I'm all in for the deluge of complaints to ABC.
  13. No, rapelling down a waterfalls isn't conducive to chatting. But it is conducive to physical closeness, helping, and affording Gerry a gander at Leslie's gams. In contrast, he rode ahead of Theresa. Did Gerry have sex in a Fantasy Suite? I believe he did, probably with both women but definitely with F1. I've gone from Faith to Leslie and now Theresa. Just as I think Sandra cooked her own goose with her "6 inches" wisecrack out of the limo, I'm thinking Gerry (Indiana!) might not cotton to Leslie's juvenile japes, either
  14. I think now that Gerry’s dilemma is choosing between lust and love. Or rather, which woman has a lust/love combo that for him gives the slightly larger percentage to love. IOW, I now put Leslie at 55/45, and "Treesa" [tm Gerry] at 45/55. Learning about Theresa's financial smarts seemed to make an impact on Gerry. Riding horses, as with driving dune buggies, is one of those together but separate activities. Plus, riding ahead of Theresa afforded little opportunity for conversation.
  15. You mean Orion doesn't go off the reservation? 😄 😇 I keed, I keed! Apparently this expression for "deviating from the norm or expected" is now considered racist terminology. I believe this is my first and will definitely be my last usage. So I guess Orion has made a difference!
  16. F1= Week after Thanksgiving. Episodes 1-3 are repeated next week.
  17. Re: Race, Lauren, and Orion. Okay, there's a world of difference, to me, in intent between using the "N" word and using the expression "going off the reservation." Orion needs to stop calling people "ignorant," even if they are. At least, not these other couples who are his social group for now. They're here for enjoyment and romance, not for lessons in sociology, anthropology, history, or politics (and I am a fan of all those subjects, but time and place, Orion; time and place). Awkward, even with Lauren. (Next week's "No sex" clip from him was certainly a cliff-hanger!)
  18. (Tall Guy and Short Woman) I now heartily dislike badgering, argumentative, superior attitude, word-twisting, therapy-worshipping Claire. STHU! Run, Cam! She'll be analyzing and questioning your every word if you stay married! And Claire is shady. "And you....fix bikes." Making Cameron defend and explain his love of the unique engineering and human components to "fixing bikes." Run farther, Cam! This dame is never going to be okay with your not being a degreed "professional." Think of her snark at your expense at future social events.
  19. This isn't really episode-specific, just something I've seen too often with women of a certain age (e.g., Susan): the attempt at cutesy youth by crinkling the nose when laughing. 🚫
  20. X is all a-Twitter (see what I did there?) over the PDD sketch for the Hamas "joke." Also for the entire "suicide, haha" premise. Dang, Timmy! You better not have just sunk "Dune: 2"!
  21. Lest some think I have not an ounce of modernity, I must say that I highly enjoyed Timothee's first hosting gig, and that his Rap skit with Pete Davidson was---how should I put it?---YEET! This time, yeah, no. And I cannot abide Marcello. I think his Angry or Offended or What About My Being Hispanic Do You Not Get, Lucy?! Character is too close to the true Marcello, aka, Chip on His Shoulder unfunny. (Didn't like him at all as the Low-Achieving Brother to Austin Butler's character.)
  22. This was a big "Nope!" for me. Unfunny opener, especially considering the real people. And Trump's lines were completely NOT TRUMP, because he spouted statistics. Britney's book: I can do a better John Mulaney, and I'm a 74-year-old dame! Plus, they could have done Bill Hader as Bill Hader doing someone else, like Keith Harrison. "Timothee Chalamet" was totally him, though. But mostly, I cannot believe that Chalamet STILL wants to present (or rather, reprise) himself as some Rap star! And SNL notwithstanding, he's kidding on the square! FEH, TIMMY! FEH! ("Wonka" will flop. MMW.)
  23. Maybe to Gerry your conjunction "or" is "and." J/S 😉!
  24. Re: Living near a lake. All I can think of is "brain-eating amoebae," and there goes any attraction of a lake!
