True, but he's still a Duggar. I don't know what he does for a living, but I'm guessing that he works for his dad. Also, his parents would never encourage him to seek a higher education or to get a job outside the family or cult. I think they use Josh has a cautionary tale. Ben, Derick and Jeremy can do whatever they want because they're not Duggars and have a family that backs them up.

It's surprising that modesty doesn't apply to hair and makeup. Don't they realise that they look like hookers and drag queens? I guess that they're so sheltered that they don't have any idea what a drag queen looks like.

I like canned tuna or salmon but canned chicken is gross. Why can she use cooked chicken? They even sell chicken already cooked at the supermarket. More pricey, but it tastes a lot better. And you can freeze the leftover.

What is also infuriating with some pro-life people like the Duggars is that they're also against sex education and birth control (or easy access to it). Those are proven method to lower abortion rates. The bottom line is that they're against women having sex.

If the plan was to deliver at the hospital, did they have appointments with a real OBGYN? Was the plan to just show up at the hospital once she was in labor? He’s not making much sense.

Diversity according to Derick is the right kind of Christian, heterosexual and cisgender. What an ass.

I have another theory. Maybe Derick wanted to share his views/opinions/beliefs on the show as a form of ministry, but TLC shut him down. We all know that the show keeps the Duggars’s religion to a minimum. So he may feels that he was not allowed to push the conservative values on TV, and it enrages him that others shows on the network show liberal values.

I can see him being mad at Jim Bob for not getting more money from the TV deal. But I think he is also actually mad at TLC. It seems like he tried to make a independent deal with them and they refused. He took this as a personal affront and he's pissed. He's seems to also be under the false impression that TLC was a conservative network. So he's assuming that the shows featuring members of the LGTBQL community are a sign that TLC is selling out. That they're going more liberal for bigger ratings and money. He's wrong of course, but he doesn't deal with facts. Since he's really only going after TLC shows, I think he really is pissed at them specifically.

If a baby or mother dies, could there be criminal charges? I get why there is no civil lawsuit. But if there is a death, doesn’t the police have to get involved?
