Yes, really enjoyed this episode. I even loved the Changling/Bashire's face when he realized he was screwed when Kira went to warp in the solar system and flung the runabout to explode on it's own. Also, Quark's face after Ziyal did her idea of how the Vorta might be was fantastic. Always loved Armin Shimmerman.

You do have to wonder. They were spending more time at Outdoor man and moving things closer to that. However, as many said, I never saw the point of Jay Leno's character outside his original appearance. He was all of a sudden working for Outdoor Man and left his garage alone. When his character was pretty much said to be retired and just did the work to keep himself busy. Either way, Jay's time of bringing in the viewers is long over. Even after the entire situation between him and Conan O'brian and the Tonight Show. It was a quick ratings bump until Jimmy Falone took over as host. However, NBC and Jay pretty much don't really work together now and of course Jay pretty much retired with his salary since he never spent it. However, back to the show, interesting what Tim Allen said about ABC after 6 years calling home basically just pulled the plug on everything. I think at this point in his career, Allen and other actors do know how Hollywood works if you have been in the business long enough. It isn't like he has to worry about being out of Disney's good graces right now, but there is a difference between a parent company's decisions and the main company's decision. As pointed out, ABC was not getting the moneys from syndication and the show had lost viewers as it had been running out of steam for a while. Plus, with the reduction of cast from Chuck's wife, Carol, major reduction of Ryan and Boyd, Muffin and yes, even Ed's 4th wife. The show was looking to save money and ABC decided, they weren't getting the return on their investment, so away it went.

That always confused me too. Even when Odo explained after being part of the Great Link he "felt like" what it was to really be those creatures. I chalk it up to just a plot point. Let's face it, Odo was then able to impersonate other dying Changlings towards the final episodes of the series. I was like: "Oh now, he can do it!" When the other Changlings who were infected with the plague from Section 31 were falling apart unable to maintain their forms.

Right on all accounts. When it comes down to it, ABC just saw it too much money to be spent and not reaching where they want it to be or where it should be. The thing was LMS thought they would get another season while Dr. Ken knew it could go either way so they they gave it an ending, while still leaving things open if they did get a renewal. The show has lost so much steam and appeal, it's time for it to end, but like many have said, especially me. The final episode was completely horrible.

Yes, exactly! I mean I get Manny getting into a strip club, my wife even said: "Well, he is 18 and in California." However, the drinking to the point he doesn't know how his cap and gown got lost and hangover. That place would have been closed down ASAP unless Javier had a fake idea for Manny.

That's exactly it! Trust me I have worked and known arrogant people, but after you meet them and see how they are. You understand why they are arrogant. Reminds me in that flashback when Bailey was still an intern and why Richard took her under his wing. The surgical resident there just seem to hate being shown up. Yet, she basically had almost let several patients suffered because she wouldn't hear an "intern's" opinion. Yet, Richard explained back then that she became that way because she had to be either a shark or a mino, but then let it go to her head that she had to even be a shark to peers. However, we got her motivation and while petty, made sense. With Minnick, we never got it and their excuse was: "She never lost a patient, ever." So, she walked around as if she was God's gift to everyone. However, then they constantly had Minnick pissing off other doctors, really not teaching "better" and then blaming everyone else or throwing them under the bus right in front of others. That doesn't speak as a good teacher, doctor or person. That shows a stuck up brat.

That's exactly it, Minnick was given no retroman for her actions. She was not only gun-ho but she didn't care who she pissed off, bridges she burned or threw under the bus. She was like: "I'm the best and Katherine Avery loves my ass, I'm God's gift to the hospital." Then add in that Bailey was trying to keep Katherine happy made it worst, because she was the damn chief of surgery. Not HR, not Financial, she is the head of surgery. Richard saw what Minick did in her first surgery. Knew her record of the "all to perfect" basically left Stephanie take the fall for the kid dying. Should have kept Steph out of the building before the rapist was ever there. "Oh no, It's so and so's fault, I'm awesome. Oh... I forgot to tell the firefighters and police that there was a missing doctor who was most likely taken hostage by the rapist and a little girl is missing." "Oh well, I sewed up three patients who were already taken care of, I'm awesome!" Hey, I know a bus that is heading your way soon and the driver is texting, stand in front of it on the way home.

Yes, everything with Odo from beginning to end was fantastic. As for Kira's labor story, wow! I still have no words to this day. Miles came off like an idiot. He was more calm during Disaster on TNG when Molly was born. Plus, how Bajor deals with childbirth... umm ok. Not that it wasn't based on other Earth traditions, but I felt like it was too much. The end when Odo gets his powers powers back from dying Changling merging with him. It even cement the entire: "Changlings have never harmed another Changling" crap out the door. As we would learn that was not the real Julian and it was the Changling's fault the baby one died.

That's exactly it! She basically was: "Oh, people are hurt, let me be the awesome doctor I am in my head!" What was worst was that fire fighters never asked to other doctors if they knew if anyone else was in the hospital or any codes called. But of course in Grey/Sloan Mercy Death, there are not fire extinguishers, sprinklers never go off from explosions, ID badges never work in specific spots and other doctors throw other residents under the bus when they make them look bad. Either way, I'm glad her ass was fired, she was a moron.

Yes! A thousand times. Especially when she said: "I forgot." Wow! How the hell were you ever, and I do mean EVER on Katherine Avery's suggestion for teaching. This woman had no idea how to do everything. She just threw rules to the wind, used her: "I've never lost a patient! Ever!" crap and then we saw her crash and burn and so happy when they kicked her ass out.

Yeah, there would also be PT conferences with Cam and Mitch over the years from kinder to now. Especially, being this close to MS. So, how anyone could think Lilly wasn't bright is beyond me. Even Jay has commented many times the last few years how smart she is and how clever she is. So, to think that Cam, Mitch and Claire are that self absorbed or centered they never realized this is too much. I mean, them arguing at the beginning about painting the house white was stupid. Not to mention, a full white room? I know Lily is a pre-teen, but why do these two keep thinking bringing white when they have people coming into their house. Dropping food and so forth is a smart idea? Puts the couch and one door frame from a few years to go shame. These guys do not know how to think ahead. Especially with Cam trying to hide the vacation money, I mean, he just hoped that Mitch would see the account was not 0. For Manny getting plastered at the strip club and losing his garb, I know his bio-dad is a charmer and doesn't think first, but he really thought that was a good idea? In a way, I liked that Joe was jealous that Manny was getting all the attention because of graduating and being the valadictorian. Because the last two years, it has been that Manny wanted to leave Joe in the backyard to fend for himself. Of course, Joe is related to Mitch, he is very clingy and self centered. They are brothers.

It really wasn't a bad concept at all. Let's face it, as adults when we had a pretty crazy life as was shown in the various flashbacks with Jenna's character. It wasn't too surprising that Mary appeared after everything, but sadly you had a cast that just didn't gel right together. The kids were cliches and the writers didn't get them at all. I think if they would put more thought in the characters, and more showing of the main character's life growing up instead of the first 8 minutes of the pilot over the course of the series. I think it would have came off better.

Looking back now, despite the utter weird and disaster that season 2 is. It was going half way into season 4 where we really saw the dumbing down of characters and personality changes in everyone. By the time we got to season 4, Eve was basically trying to be a boy all the time. Mike was pissed off about something or other. Ryan had to make an argument if he stubbed his toe and Vanessa and Kyle I'm surprised knew how to tie her shows at times. By the time season 5 rolled around, you wanted Boyd and Ryan to drop off the face of the Earth and take Kristen with them and Mike was all: "I make more money than you do, Vanessa. So live with it."

Exactly and even when Sue was talking to Brick that Mike and Frankie were looking to change their rooms and Frankie kept avoiding answer why she kept measuring shelf space in Brick's room (since he will be done in 2 years). Plus as we know, Mike wants Axl to get a job immediately after graduation for two reasons: 1. He gets out of the house and 2. Because if he is going to live there, he's paying for room and board. Axl lucked out with a free ride to college, but as we know, he does save money when he can and Mike knows this. Hence, 23, if you can afford to live on your own, you will pay to live under my room. In MH, they keep thinking their parents are going to live forever and the parents complain about the kids never moving out, yet they helicoptered and bailed them out on everything. They don't know to even pour their own liquid allergy medicine on their own.

I think the problem is, next year might be The Middle's last year, and they don't want to do a ratings bump because people would be tuning in for AH and that would be a ratings bump for The Middle. While with MF, they are getting two more years to right now be set to end in the spring of 2019. Hence, ratings bumps or not, Modern Family isn't going anywhere for two years. Both shows are becoming expensive to make and we know that The MIddle has been questioned if it got renewed for the last two years. This year it was given an early green light, but only one more season verses Modern Family or The Goldbergs that are getting at least two seasons.

I think the demo has not been a working piece for some years and other networks have decided to leave that thought process behind. Since it has become less and less relevant. As for when they tried to change things to All in the Family was not a smart move. In fact many critics and fans of season 1 thought the shift in the tone and with the actors was too much when season 2 started and the fact that when season 3 started, they started cutting down things hugely. However, every time they had to bring up something political between Mike and Ryan and making Kristin, dumber and dumber along with Vanessa. Those episodes were the lowest and most criticized episodes because they showed Mike to be some big baby and Ryan having no brains for even the most smallest things. Plus, in season 3 they started just dropping storylines and characters and putting characters in very ridiculous story lines. I think Vanessa's role from being smart, PhD who worked a very good job and wasn't ashamed of her life. Was turned into a person who had to settle all arguments, jumping on Ryan's side (because he was the baby daddy). To acting like the politics of teaching were horrible and then being out of a job not once, but twice and then Mike hating the fact that Vanessa wanted to have her own space and tutoring business was such a No No. Plus Mike going from loving holidays and events to hating them and wanting to kick everyone out of his house. Ryan magically being from Canada or his father returning, then dying. The wedding we never saw, Kristin wanting to be a doctor, but then thought shots give children autism and then dropping out to run a food chain for Mike. Ed making a big deal of wanting to get married again, but only to divorce him again because the TPTB couldn't figure out what to do with his "wife" after they married them over the summer. So they dropped her from the show and with Chuck's wife because they didn't know how to write them anymore. Don't get me on why Vanessa thought she had to be ethnically aware when season 3 started. In fact I think season 6 was the most painful season with the only satisfying conclusion being that Eve got over herself and moved on with her life and had a very REAL conversation with Vanessa and vice versa about going into the military. That was the best written scene in years on the show, but sadly, they then had to drop Eve getting ready to go to the air force for the stupidity of them trying to get Vanessa to have a brain again.

I agree, they wrote it to be a conclusion just in case they didn't get another season. Sad to say, too bad Last Man Standing didn't take the same note, they were out of gas for almost two seasons and while they did a lot of: "The characters are moving on." The final episode there was horrible. With Dr. Ken, there were long reaching story arcs that lead to some very nice conclusions from Molly going to college. The grandpa finding a good place in his life and Ken getting his chance to live out a dream.

Yeah, I feel the series just had a bad ending. The final episode was so filler and so badly acted, written and so forth. I'll go with Kyle inheriting his mother's land and trailer as the final episode. It had closure and felt like everyone was moving on with their lives, even Ryan. I think if they would have spent less time with making Vanessa a twit and Kristin and Ryan being around at all and Eve acting so out of character the last year. I think it could have been a better send off. At least with Dr. Ken, they left it as a wrap up of things. Oh well.

Very well done episode. I agree that even everything with the doctor was all in Dre's head of how he only heard certain words. Loved all the Pops scenes from the cupcakes to hugging Dre. Even that moment when he looked in the NICU and that look was both happy and sad. I agree, I have had two friends deliver premy babies and my own son was a couple of weeks early. I think the show did the best they could with trying to have it where Delante tried to be small, but he looked pretty full term.

Was such a fun story, but man, Nana Visitar was sooo pregnant by this point in time. She looked HUGE! I thought her maternity uniform was a ballet dress. Which of course, Nana was a dancer.

Sorry, didn't look like LA the way they were doing. However, still if they weren't married that makes things even more stupid, because then he cheated on her because they were in a war zone? Umm... ok. Then why was he calling Megan and Owen's mother: "Mom" Plus, he said he wanted to stop her, but realized he hurt her and then she went and disappeared on the helicopter. Yet, hey, let's move on and hook up with someone else and tell them to move from their husband like they are in MIddle school. Makes Riggs look pathetic, not "sexy".

Another thing was when Dylan mentioned he always calls his wife a doctor and she doesn't get why he has to keep doing that. That's the problem with Dylan, at times he is so oblivious of what he does no one calls him out on that until now. I'm actually happy he married someone who is: "Dylan, please stop, you are embarrassing yourself." without making it sound mean or the fact he has gotten through in life with his good looks and charm. However, yep just a point to have Haily act like an idiot again because you know, she hasn't gotten her life together. Yet, maybe if she stop trying to set up to be this big famous fashion person by working for super dumbasses and Phil and Claire told her to get out and move on with her life. She doesn't. Speaking of which, Alex and Luke are just too much these days. Alex, get off your butt and move to another room. Luke, really? You can win a school election but you can't go: "Hey, you know I'm 18, maybe I shouldn't put my head here. Speaking of which, why am I fixing railing anyhow?" Yes, Claire and Phil, you are the people responsible for your kids still being at home. Not because you haven't told them grow up, because you have helicoptered, did things for them ALL the time and took them to parent/kid work days when they were TOO OLD to even go. Of course Cam can't be by himself. You know being a teacher, football coach, he wouldn't be finishing up end of the year finals, getting his office and room in order for the end of the school year. No, he has to be needy and unable to relax with the house to himself. Because he's just a BIG BABY.

The plot holes were so big you could drive a ferry through them. Soon as the rapist was missing, there would have been a Code Orange. No: "I can't find Stephanie anywhere." talk. He was already gone and as shown, Steph shouldn't have been anywhere near a patient or anything. She was suspended. Here's the problem with Owen's sister being alive besides we knew it was coming for like... ever. Ok, she was leaving him, Riggs pretty much knew his cheating was going to end his marriage. So yes, alive, but in the end, it changes nothing. He did it, he did it for stupid reasons and now, just sign the damn divorce papers and move on. Minnick is such a joke of a character, she puts Erica Hahn to shame from way back when. How this person could have at any time been what Baily and Katherine would think would turn the intern program around? I mean, she is so stupid and can't act to save her life. Then we go back to Alex and Jo's husband. Ok, we get it, he's a hot shot doctor, award winning and so forth. He isn't some freaking corrupt US senator who has former military people at the snap of his fingers. Plus, in one of Alex's fantasies with him killing Jo. I'm sorry, he would have been screwed. No way he could have hired someone to save his ass if he killed Jo or anyone. Problem with shows like Grey's who hype up characters that are the BIG BAD and then the writing is too stupid. When it was all said and done, it basically makes Jo look really stupid since she lives IN THE SAME CITY where her husband lives!

It's sad they just cancelled it because the final episode was horrible. It was so out of place and made no sense. At least if they would have aired the episode before it with Kyle inheriting the property his mother owned despite everything. It would have been a decent ending to where the characters were moving on with their lives and no one was shown as a super dumbass like the previous episodes before that. Instead we got Jay Leno arguing with Chuck over very stupid reasons. Ruining thousands of dollars of cameras with peanutbutter only for Mike to turn around and have them see they were bad softball players. Then you add in the stupidity at the kicking boxing classes with Kristin, Vanessa and Eve was so painful.

I agree, even later one when we saw more on the frontlines and Nog losing his leg. Something DS9 did was really show the horrors of a war, even with things with the Borg. You saw the destruction, but with the Dominion you saw carnage, loses on both sides, each sides POV, betrayals, alliances and even others taken advantage of the situation. It was war and something the show did well with.
