I'm thinking tomorrow won't be as exciting as this final is - maybe the competition for silver and bronze, but not gold. I enjoy this one because it's close and it's really great gymnastics. I love Simone and her gymnastics is amazing, but it won't be exciting in the same way.

I would've been fine if Ukraine had just dropped out of the final. Even if it was at the last minute and too late for Switzerland to come in and compete. At least then there wouldn't be the show of disrespect that they put on.

Are all the apparatuses in the gym at the same time - like are the uneven bars and beam in there with all the men's?

It may be written protocol, but there is also the right not to do so. Not that you won't face criticism, but the government can't do anything to a citizen who refuses to hold their hand over their heart. I'm American and I've always thought it's a little strange how much we worship our flag.

The Chinese gymnasts seem unhealthily small. They look like they're skin and bones and don't even have muscles. I again think that they're not all of age.

I was going to watch the stream when I got home because I get up early and can't stay up for primetime coverage. They wouldn't let me replay the stream when I wanted to. I think because it was getting close to primetime starting, but then they didn't show it there. I tried multiple times and it would start and then kick me off and say coverage wasn't available. If they won't let you watch it there should not be a "replay" option next to the event!

I don't know how much the IOC cares about its image (I don't think that much since everyone knows its corrupt as hell), but if they care at all they should kick the Ukrainians out of the AA/EF due to intentionally throwing a match. Show every other team that you cannot get away with this. There has to be consequences or it will happen again down the line somewhere.

I think one of the reasons Simone is so great is that she's very strong/muscular and it allows her to save herself when others might not be able to. You can see it on bars and sometimes beam - just the pure strength pulling her back from falling. I'm glad Aly is in the AA and hope she can medal. I do hope Laurie comes back in 4 years for her shot at the AA.

Am I right that so far Laurie has gotten higher scores than Gabby? Could that affect the lineup for finals when it's three up three count? It definitely looks like Simone and Aly will be in the AA and possibly most of the event finals as well.

I agree with letting whoever wants to try for all-around to compete for it. If they're going to limit it to the top two per country then they should let everyone who wants to try for AA to try for it. That way you also get the best two at that moment from that country to compete in the AA. They could still do the four up three count and have countries submit which athletes those will be per apparatus but then allow everyone up who is also trying to qualify for AA.

I loved the movie and I did feel like it was more classic Trek than the past two have been. I agree the villain was under-developed. I guess he just didn't want to die so he started taking other people's "life-forces" to live forever, but the motivation behind that didn't make sense. You got stranded on a planet and can't get ahold of Starfleet. Is there nobody on your crew who could've figured out how to get the ship off the planet like the Enterprise crew did a hundred years later? Obviously, Jayla survived somehow so there must be food sources on the planet. Why not just have kids among the crew and create your own little society so that one day someone might find your descendants; rather than your own crazy self. I did love the overall movie and I absolutely loved Yorktown, I'm hoping the blu-ray/dvd extras have some way of exploring the base because it was really cool.

I enjoyed it and I thought it was a good summer movie. I've never been able to sit through the original so I didn't go into it with any expectations or comparisons which I think actually helped me enjoy it. The special effects were great. All of the actors were good, but Kate McKinnon definitely steals the show. My theater was pretty full so I'm hoping it does well at the box office.

I'm wondering who they're going to put up for the all-around other than Simone. If both Gabby and Madison do qualifying for bars then only one other person could go up for the all-around. I think both Aly and Laurie have proven that they have a shot and should be given a chance to compete in the all-around. Could Gabby just be used for the bar finals and nothing else, not even qualifying for bars?

I do love Simone because not only is she really good and fun to watch it looks like she's also having a lot of fun. The same with Laurie Hernandez. I wonder if Simone will retire after Rio or if she'll keep it up and try and stay in for another 4 years. She'd be 23 years old at that time, but if anyone could still compete at that age I would bet it would be her.

I have no idea why Gabby Douglas came back. She has an all-around gold and a team gold; what more could she possibly want? I understand Aly Raisman returning after what happened in the all-around. She's also been much more consistent than Gabby. I was pretty shocked at Gabby's performance this weekend. She faltered quite a bit and when it's three up three count that can't happen. Unless Simone gets injured she'll win the all-around, probably some of the individual apparatuses as well, and lead the team to gold. Again, why is Gabby Douglas returning?

I am team Cap in this situation, although I think the idea of regulation would be necessary. However, they had a regulatory body, SHIELD, that was corrupted by HYDRA so I can see why Steve wouldn't support something else. He was going to change his mind and sign after they were caught in Romania until Tony mentioned Wanda being under house arrest. I think that's what solidified his mind against the accords and that they wouldn't be implemented justly or correctly. I did love Black Panther and that he completely changed his mind about Bucky after getting all the information. That's the kind of person you want to have in charge. I'm wondering now if Bucky will be in the standalone Black Panther movie. I liked Spider-Man and I do think Tom Holland did a really good job, but I also felt his presence wasn't necessary to the storyline. I felt like once the movie started going there wasn't really any spot to just take a breath, it was go go go until the very end. I want to see it again just to pick up on whatever I know I missed the first time. This movie, and Winter Soldier, make me very happy that Markus and McFeeley are writing Infinity Wars and the Russos are directing.

I wonder for actual election night if they'll risk having Chris Matthews and Brian Williams at the same table? I've always felt that you have to earn your spot at that table for election night and Williams hasn't in my opinion.

They changed the order to be more in the order a movie is made. Hence, starting with screenplays.

I think Bucky's being set up because based on what we know about Infinity Wars and actor contracts it seems very likely that Bucky will become an Avenger and it's possible he'll become the new Cap. That means they have one movie (Civil War) to redeem him because Infinity Wars is so big and has so many characters that I don't think they'd be able to establish everything they need to in order to fully integrate Bucky; he needs to already be integrated or on his way.

I normally love MSNBC election coverage but Brian Williams is seriously grating on me. First, why is he the one taking charge? I feel that Rachel has more than earned the right to be the one directing the coverage. Second, he doesn't seem to have any insights like the rest of the group who cover politics for a living do. It's making me really frustrated because I want to watch the primary results come in, but I just can't handle him.

I think what needs to be remembered is that this isn't an Avengers movie, it isn't an Iron Man movie, it's a Captain America movie. Bucky is a pretty big part of Captain America's story and life so it makes sense that he's a big part of the story.
