  1. She still says she wants to lose weight, so I really don't get what the show's angle is. I'll just not watch it. There needs to be another show that would easily follow up on this one. I can't stomach Five Wives. The hair alone.
  2. I saw the ending of Big Women: Big Love, and I don't know if I can watch it... so much crying. There is also a show (can't remember the network) about this girl who is obese and she teaches dance classes to lose weight. I think it's call Fat and Fabulous or something like that? I mean, she's crying because people say mean things to her, but she loves her body, yet she is trying to lose weight? What? I guess it's more positive than the biggest loser.
  3. Besides, Jason and Evelin were like watching paint dry. I don't think anyone cared enough to dig deeper.
  4. I don't think Mo ever lied to Danielle. He looked closer to tears tonight than she ever did. Why was she burrowing her face into his shoulder? We can still see you, Dani! Everyone looked tons better! Brett's face got a tad chunky... My husband and brothers were joking that we (my husband and I) should go on the show... I'm the foreigner, by I've been in the U.S for years. No K1 process but we still have to show the relationship is real. I wonder what the couples are doing to show this?
  5. Maybe Mo is not a "beznessman" in the true sense of the word. He would still be fawning over her until he got what he wanted, he would have done research. A deal was made at some point to go through with this, he knows the deal, she knows the deal. She didn't let him know all that he signed up for, which could explain his behaviour towards her. I am not defending Mo, since that's the bed he made, but at the same time, I think he's over his head. Some people can fake it, some cannot.
  6. One thing that was brought up at Casa LG was how Brett's roommates were dressed for the event. Everyone else was dressed up for the event yet they are in polo-shirts? I know not everyone dresses up, but one should at least have a wedding/funeral ensemble... maybe a nice button down?
  7. Those rings on Chelsea were the worse. Well, maybe the semi-translucent skirt. At least have it lined or something. I mean, I want to hate Mo, but I am sure he didn't come to the U.S. thinking that he would be living without electricity! People leave their countries and move to the U.S. for stable utilities. Dani was making it about the kids when she knows it's not about the kids. She looked better in the previews. That comment was my good deed for the day.
  8. The sound was ridic. I turned the volume way up and we still couldn't hear. I know Yamir could understand ENglish, but wouldn't it be easier if Chelsea read her vows in Spanish? I was feeling sort of sorry for Mo since I feel Dani is an A-1 manipulator, but dude, don't leave for 3 days and then show up and be taking advantage of the newly paid for electricity and sucking up that AC and using that internet. Stick with her with the lights on and off! Justin and Evelin... Snore Bore.... seriously. Cassia's black hair updo with a blond bun was not the best look. I think Jason put her engagement finger on as her wedding ring. I mean, I just did the same thing, but we got married at city hall and now have rings that we secretly wear (long story). She deserves better than Jason. Can't wait for NYC!
  9. Not for nothing (I hate that term), but I got married last week at City Hall. The ceremony was 1:10 seconds. It was me and my groom as well as one of my very dear friends as a witness. The officiant asked if anyone objected to the marriage (I thought it was hilarious that that took up about half the service). It still happens, even in closed rooms!
  10. Oh, yes, the cake!! Could someone not get a regular knife from home to cut that cake? And the sight of them dancing was pure sadness. Pure, snark-worthy sadness.
  11. I feel for Cassia. That's saying a lot. Saved by Religion. TLC should have that be the title of the DaniMo show that shows how Mo avoids Dani by using religion. I know her family didn't buy into it, but for the love of God, could her family/guest at least try to look decent? A polo shirt and shorts to walk your mother down the aisle? Jesus Cristo! There was a united :Oh My God when we saw Brett's vest/bow-tie combo. Someone needs to tell him that doesn't look good. Amy looked quite lovely. Enough with the sex talk.
  12. Yeah those cuts to the live Long Island Medium were awful. Ain't nobody got time for that! We are here to watch train wrecks of the foreign variety, not of the long island kind. Her nails were killing me. The sight of Cassia in between Jason and his dad was sort of heartbreaking. He is so clueless. Life must be really hard in Brazil.
  13. There were audible groans when Justin and Evelin came on screen and cheers when DaniMo and JaCass were there as well. I haven't had anything to drink, so I won't go into details on Danny's dad, but we really felt sorry for Mohammed. I think he's in a tough place, and Dani knows it. The crying, oh, the crying. For the love of god woman, have a little bit of dignity! She's playing poor Mo and he doesn't even know it. It was sort of sweet/sad/swad? when he said he would stay for the girls and to help get them back on track. I know he's in it for the GC, but I think he knows that Danielle is a complete mess. I have no hope for those kids. The bonus clip: no words.
  14. Yeah, me and the peanut gallery called Henry killing Moloch and we all rolled our eyes Abbie-hard. Why was there so much talking in an episode about the apocalypse? Just kill people. Enough exposition. My brother was pissed that Irving wasted so much time showing off with the sword instead of taking him down. I guess that could've been more well written. I guess the Cranes have yet to sacrifice anything...I feel bad for headless...
  15. Well, that was stupid. And, a waste of time.
  16. It's all about that bass, that bass.... Lord, I did not need to see Cassia's ass. Ever. Daddy's dad didn't even shake Amy's hand (or it was edited out). Move far away, kids. Far, far away. Mo wasn't even concerned about comforting Dani... it was all about him. I love how she said she didn't do anything to get fired, they just thought she wasn't doing her job well. It's as if she doesn't see the connection between the two. Why did she even get a dress if things are so dire? Why does she want a reception? She needs to be committed. Me being evil: I can't listen to her son talk.
  17. I was also thinking Maneater! I think she would literally eat him. You know, she'd want to feel him inside her; morbid as that may seem, that may be the only time he's inside her... I'll see myself out now. Off to listen to more Hall and Oates.
  18. Good one with the Every Breath You Take. She is a stage 5 Klingon. I'm trying to think of any slightly stalker-y songs that would apply for DaniMo... Maybe also Private Eye à la Hall & Oates.
  19. I think what happened is that TLC didn't get the rights to use whatever backing track Yamir rapped over. It's the same like in Toddlers and Tiara (no judgement), when it would be the same twinkly-winkly ridiculous songs the kids would dance to when dressed up as Beyoncé. Brett is a horrible parent. He equates discipline to jail? I can see Cassie getting away with murder during her time with him. He's guilt parenting. She needs structure or she'll turn into a little sociopath.
  20. Not really related to this episode, but my brothers and I were talking about the lack of Dani and Mo on this episode and I was filling them in on her money woes, my youngest brother wants to start a Kickstarter or a GoFundMe for DaniMo. I'd be onboard for that. If we get to watch their married life, I would. We are mean people. Amy is so sweet. Chelsea is awful. I mean, you can't leave your parents? They are not infirmed. I honestly don't know what foolishness Yamir was doing in that recording studio, but they'd both probably be able to have a better chance of making something of themselves in Chi-town than in Bumblefuck, Il.

    John Wick (2014)

I went to see this last night with my brothers and my SO and we all loved it. I was of course there for the Keanu and sort of made the others see it, but they had a good time. My youngest brother tried to understand the plotholes, I had to tell him to let it go. One would think Iosef would know who John Wick was, but Iosef wasn't the kind of guy who was too concerned about history. He saw what he wanted and he took it. He also couldn't understand why Marcus just didn't kill the female assassin when she went into John's room at the Continental. He shot the headboard to warn him, but he could've taken her out.
  22. They won't? Come on, that's why most are watching. While these other losers are interesting (varying levels, of course), DaniMo are the most interesting. If I were TLC, I'd have some nuggets of gold of them ever week
  23. Ah, that's where I know her from. God knows I've seen all the Girlfriends episodes and Think Like a Man, I blame it on old age.
