With Matthew McConaughey, was Yellowstone TV show mentioned at all?

Was Friday's show recorded earlier? The reason I am asking is Joy asked "Today is Friday right?" Did anyone see if this was listed as taped during the beginning? I guess I assumed they were back to regular Friday shows.

I was surprised EH didn't call in during the first segment to Bill.

Is this season ended (2023) with a cliff hanger about Liz and Brice's relationship? I noticed today 8/27/23 is not on and Outdaughted has a preview. So are we left hanging until next season?

Yes that makes sense, but other than this week has there been a lot of no shows by booked guests? It only seems very off to me this week. Was it happening in the last 50 days?

The best quote I just saw on Facebook regarding David is: "If she hurts him, we ride at dawn." Also there must be a backstory regarding David saying boarding school felt like family. It felt like home. I would like to know more about that. I wonder about his family. He seems so sweet.

I am pretty sure I saw the message that it was prerecorded at the beginning. If not prerecorded, would they not have started with the debt ceiling vote? That is the biggest news.

Which segment did this happen? I will admit I only half watch the show but would be interested in going back to hear this topic. I can't believe anyone in wardrobe has any say in what Whoopie decides to wear.

Where is Janelle living currently? Is she still in the apartment in Flagstaff or has she found other housing?

Ok my question: Cody talks about the Covid agreement and how Robyn's older kids were brought into full compliance on the agreement. And when they didn't, they got to be out of the home. Was there a time during the early stages of Covid where dear Robyn's kids were kicked out of the mansion? Am I missing something or hearing it incorrectly? Cody used the word "when" not "if "they didn't comply. What did I miss?

Christine said it was a lie. Robyn says she walked into the end of the conversation not Christine.

I keep wondering if the money from TLC is really worth the humiliation and embarrassment that Robyn and Cody should be feeling for all the lies and manipulations that have been exposed about them. Aside from what the posters on this Primetimer site, have exposed, the actions of Cody himself were not of a mentally sane man. Is the money that worth it?

I wondered about that too. Cody obviously hasn't got all his lies straight, as DotDot noted in the reconciliation with Mari. Cody was not as prepared for this interview as he thought he was. I also wondered if Cody talked to all 3 wives about Mari why wasn't Janelle asked about this conversation. She was supposed to be there too.

I hope in the next episode that the host/interviewer nails Cody to the wall for the segment regarding Gabe. I am sure Cody will try to weasel out by saying he has too many birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations to remember. I hope the host does not cut him any slack and he is made to understand how hurt Gabe felt. That is what electronic devices are made for, Cody. This is a perfect example of why his relationships with his children (other than Robyn's kids) are falling apart. Anyway, that is the one piece I will be watching for because everything else so far seemed to be a rehash of prior episodes.

I wonder if we are now going to have a full season devoted to Janelle leaving. I want this show to end mostly because I want the TLC gravy train to end, and Cody has to actually work a full-time job to support Robyn's family. Just my opinion, somehow, I have remained hooked on this train wreck. I kind of wish I wasn't so I wasn't contributing to the ratings.
