I remember a time-travel show TV show (Time Travel Hot Tub?) that subverted the trope somewhat by making the past more realistic (ie., shitty). For example, they went to Salem and the sister was immediately accused of being a witch; they met cavemen, who did nothing but eat and fuck all day; they tried to rescue Michael Jackson from his abusive parents and inadvertently gave him some bad ideas. Did he specialize in dog law?

Everyone probably hates him because he obsesses about Charmin and talks about its virtues all day.

The only weird ice cream commercials I remember were for Baby Ice Cream.

I'm not sure if this is a "head-scratcher" or "annoying" commercial, but there's one for QVC, a TV shopping channel, which features a woman on her couch being magically transported to various QVC sets and being treated like a close friend (hugging and personally demonstrating their wares), but they've never met before IRL! 🤔 It strikes me as weird.🤷‍♂️ I think I used "drugged". 🤷‍♂️ I was totally unaware of that issue. Yeah, would be nice if the commercial mentioned that...

I think the "Nestea Plunge" campaign was before the "Tea song" one, but I don't remember the pool water being brown.😲 I keep seeing a new pharmaceutical commercial which features an anime (or is it mango?) cartoon of this young woman who appears to be a lunatic, accompanied by what sounds like a poorly done computer voice narrating. I have no idea what's going on or being monologued.

Someone needs to fix the wax museum statue in the photo accompanying the article. It looks nothing like her!

There's a smartie phone commercial I keep seeing with people slow motion yelling "Noooo!" over damaging their phone but the last one is a young woman on crutches who dropped her bag (maybe two) of groceries and her phone that leaves me wondering how she managed to hold two crutches and a bag of groceries and her phone in the first place! 🤔

Maybe they need that app to manage forgotten newspaper subscriptions?

I just saw an article about the new "sexy and hot" cast but all I remember is how hard they were pushing that one looked like Schemer. I guess if I had been just pepper sprayed, but no, not really.

I figured it was a 5 minute show.
