Here’s my cable’s synopsis.

I don’t know, but as put together and focused as Katie and Ariana seemed to be with their business plan in contrast to their dumbass exes, this is not a good look. I think a huge part of the problem is they see this stuff more as a hobby, or they think it’s just going to magically fall into place. Then they see it’s hard work. Or their attention spans are that short.

Now that DWTS is over, does this mean she’ll be back to the sandwich shop? I took a look at Something About Her’s Insta…and wow. She and Katie are selling merch (socks and t-shirts) while still looking for front of the store help. Uh….isn’t that a bit backward? Pissed-off people are complaining about not getting the stuff they ordered, and not getting any answers. I get that the restaurant biz is uncertain, but it seems to me you’d be more focused on getting things up and running open rather than posing in socks and sandals. Bravo always does us the favor of reminding us how miserable these women are prior to a new episode. Rerunning the DPFH season last weekend was no accident. The party scene prior to the limo…you could just tell Kyle couldn’t wait to flounce over and get involved. A huge reason why Kim was so messed up, IMO, was because she was providing for her family while other kids — Kyle? — had more normal lives. I always want to reach through my screen and smack Kyle when she points her finger and scolds Kim that “Mo took care of you like a fucking second wife!!!” Just STFU. One of the men — I think it was Paul — asked Ken why the women always had to make a scene in front of crowds. I forget the exact quote, but it had me rolling. Ken was like, 🤷‍♀️.

As for Sutton, depending on how old the kid is, the kid could have a say in custody, too. Bottom line — this is complicated, and Sutton had every right to be scared/sad/worried about it, especially with a vindictive ex.

Seems to me that most of the time it’s Kyle who goes from 0 to 60. She is so tightly wound that she goes off almost the minute someone speaks to her. Look how quick she went off at the party. She is constantly spoiling for a fight, and if anyone looks “unhinged,” it’s Kyle…anything to deflect attention away from her. Yeah…her making Sutton’s problem all about money was disgusting.

Maybe we are talking past each other, and I don’t know how things work there, but when my ex moved out of state, the current legal, joint custody agreement we had was voided. I could not give my vocal consent to the court. New papers had to be drawn up and filed with the domestic relations court. If I had wanted, I could have objected. These things can get contentious; ours wasn’t. Does anyone know how far the ex would have gone to make Sutton’s life a living hell? Also, can we not appreciate the fundamental upset at the thought of a child moving halfway around the world? The timeline for all of this is unknown, so I’m also doing Sutton the courtesy by not judging her reaction, especially when dealing with that bitch Kyle. Sutton has to get over her need to keep apologizing/explaining herself to people who don’t give two shits about her. Kyle came to her house to just attack, and she was not going to listen to Sutton at the party, either. Fuck her. That is certainly plausible. Things like that, which hit in midlife, can rock someone to their core.

I’m watching the marathon that’s on today from the first DPFH season, and Kim made a very good point when she was getting a makeup lesson. She said that Kyle always knew how to do such things because she had friends who showed her…Kim was too busy working as a kid to provide for the family to have a normal life. I think at another point Kim said her earnings bought Kyle a car. Kyle has always been a spoiled, entitled brat, and now it’s Mo’s turn to figure that out. She’s a user who has ZERO empathy or gratitude. And damn, I am missing the hell out both Lisa and Adrienne. Adrienne, especially. I’d love to see her put some of these women in their place.

Don’t know if it’s an act, but Mo seems genuinely confused about what’s going on with Kyle. Her attitude is so hard toward him. Her TH about reading his book was just awful. Hurtful. She is truly the snake that everyone’s been talking about here. I hope karma is a real thing. Wonder why.

Kelsey Grammer…what an asshole. Brings Camille to New York for the Tonys, but puts her up in a hotel because he doesn’t want her in their apartment because that’s where his sidepiece is. Gah.

Loving the dueling Aroma 360 commercials on Bravo just now. The first had Kyle, with Mo briefly in the background before being roughly edited out, followed by one with Mo by himself. I bet Aroma 360 is really reconsidering its marketing strategy right now… I know. See my comment above. The editing out of Mo was so clumsy that it was obvious Aroma 360 didn’t want to scrap the ad entirely.

If it was still unknown whether her son would be moving to London at the time when Kyle invaded her home, all the more reason for Sutton to act the way she did. Who needs to deal with a barking-mad bitch who wants to keep harping on something that happened in Vegas, when you may be looking at another custody fight with your vindictive ex and thinking that you may not see your kid again for a good long while? IMO, Sutton owed the bitch no explanations.

She’s nasty because she’s always presented herself as the perfect person with the perfect kids, the perfect husband, the perfect life, etc. etc. etc. She’s always made it known that she is the smartest person in the room. Being a legend in your own mind gets hard when people begin to call you out on your bullshit. Sutton, while she’s very perceptive, can be easily gaslit. Garcelle, not so much. I think I’d have a little more respect for Kyle if she were just honest about what was going on, rather than acting defensive all the time. Don’t get mad at everyone else because your life is a mess. I don’t think I’ve ever disliked Kyle more than I have this season. She’s giving Erika a run for her money in the “cold creature” contest.

Sandy and that damned slide. It is a pain in the ass to set up, and if the guests want to use it, then the guests are fully capable of telling the crew. Sandy is always dead-set on making more, often unnecessary, work for her crew, and then bitching when stuff doesn’t get done to her specifications. Why can’t they run the yacht like hotels…you can request that your sheets get changed daily — or not. Water conservation. Laundry creates its own brand of drama with ruined or missing clothes (right now as I’m watching Sandy is missing her underdrawers), so maybe that’s why it’s always such an issue. Absolutely. It’s degrading. Always has been.

Wade will get tired of Kyle and that will be that. Kyle will end up looking like the fool that she is.

The more I think about this Morgan Wade business, the more I think Kyle is having a good, old-fashioned midlife crisis. Men leave their wives and buy Jaguars; Kyle leaves her husband, takes up with a country singer almost half her age and younger than her oldest child, and gets tattoos. It happens. I guess. But is Morgan into Kyle? That’s the question.

🤣🤣🤣HA! I had the exact same thought….I was like, “Wha…huh?” That didn’t come out the way she intended, but in some ways, it’s true. That was the first time in awhile that they had the taglines, wasn’t it?

Speaking from personal experience: Custody arrangements have to be renegotiated when a party moves out of state, especially if that party has the kids for the majority of the time — no matter how amicable the divorce may have been. That can be time-consuming and stressful in and of itself. If this divorce was bitter, there’s no guarantee that the new arrangements can’t be made an issue, either. I didn’t understand the part about making Sutton move, unless she was talking about visitation rights (if the kid went to Dad) and got confused. But I totally understood Sutton’s emotion. There was no call for Kyle to act that way. None. She may not have understood Sutton’s problem, but it would have taken ZERO effort to retract the claws, listen, and just be fucking human for once. Sick of that bitch and her gaslighting. Plus, even though there’s a divorce, for some it’s still a kick in the ass when an ex-spouse moves away at some distance. It sounds like the ex, if he wanted, could make Sutton’s life very difficult.

What galled me was her attitude of, “What’s the problem? You’ll be getting more money, WON’T YOU?” “Snake” is right. The woman has the compassion of a reptile.

This is why I’m loving this season. This comeuppance of Kyle has been a long time coming. Teddi apparently wasn’t invited to the potfest. What does that say about her relationship with Kyle?

They remind me of Patricia and Michael on Southern Charm. He was more of a companion than butler. Kids notice more than what adults give them credit for. Kids, for the most part, aren’t stupid, especially if they’re tuned in to family vibes.

Closed-captioning on Bravo is entertainment all of its own.

They’re together because of their Bravo contracts. Who would want to be around someone they hate IRL? But Kyle always has to come off as the bestest HW ever, and Sutton is pullling back the curtain on that fraud. (So is Garcelle, but Garcelle isn’t as clumsy about it.) I wanted to wave off Sutton from talking about her ex because who didn’t see how that was going to turn out? The point of the dinner was our amusement. It is definitely a remake of the epic first DPFH, which can never be topped. (Camille should have brought Dubois.) I now see why Kyle’s nickname here is Vyle. She was awful last night. She was treating Mo like shit, making goo-goo eyes at Morgan like a teenager, and otherwise acting hard and mean. A lot of shade was thrown all over the place, LOL.
