Me too. I didn't have to worry about his eps being so dark which is the most annoying thing about this season. I think he has supervising producer credit over on Revenge. If Revenge ends this season and Castle gets another can he please come back. Saw Kate Woods is directing eps over there too. I like to see Mario Van Peebles do an ep of Castle. He's done a few eps of Nashville and OUaT. Once a director shows up on an ABC show they seem to work on other ABC shows.

I don't think I've ever paid attention to his name cause I think of him as Not!Ryan in FFYG. Plus whenever I hear the name McNulty, I think of Jimmy going from Det. to Harbor Patrol officer from s1 to s2 of The Wire. I'm curious if Nathan's Kimmel appearance we'll get a new sneak peek, 1 of of the 2 that's been released or an extended version of them. So far they've been really short compared to the other released ones this season. They could've put her in a wig since Molly got one and Susan is in one every ep, but it probably made more sense to have the current Beckett hair since Castle doesn't know he's in an AU and is surprised she and the boys don't recognize him. My fav is the 2nd half of s2 to 1st half of s3 layer haircut with the s3 hair color the best. My least fav hair still has to be the 1st half of s2. Wasn't a fan of the cut or color tho the best look for that hair was probably the Heatwave party. One thin I liked about s1 hair is that they gave her a variety of hairstyles with lots of body. It seemed like she only had 3 hairstyles when it came to having her hair much longer from s4 and on. The ponytail, the bun and the curled like a model hair while it got lighter each season. I would've like to see Stana without the extentions in s6 and it's not like she needed long hair for the wedding since it didn't happen.

David's the worst but Jack's partner is still annoying so hopefully he'll get killed off for investigating where he shouldn't. Jack and Nolan should just run off and raise Carl together. They shouldn't put up with this shit and go find a happy ending somewhere else.

Heh, the only acceptable time to be wearing denim on denim is when you're dressed up as Marty McFly. 4 layers on top and still manages to dress better going for a past decade look than Luke's attempt of 70s wear on him.

This ep probably gonna remind me of The X File's Triangle. Who knows if we'll get to see Beckett in the main verse looking for Castle like Scully was running around looking for Mulder's coordinates since they have to fit a wedding ceremony in. Terri really into this time theme. Last and this season's 6th ep has to do with some kind of time travel.

That would've been interesting and even more fun to watch if Beckett could've been there watching too. Oh wow the loft looks so different with bright and light furnishings and placement. Kinds looks more Martha's taste with the chandelier and wallpaper. I'm kinds surprised that they put Molly in a black wig instead of shade of brown that would would look natural if she was a brunette. He mentioned in Lucky Stiff that he spent his 1st book earnings on stuff when he's looking around the victims apartment.

Tim DeKay was great casting. I hope we do get to meet the other Ward brother. Grant Ward was so boring and bland in the beginning but now he and his family is interesting. So sad to see FitzSimmons not in sync but I'm glad Mac is there for them. I really like the Simmons/Skye friendship since Skye is a lot less annoying than last season.

Yeah I liked that too. Totally agree with you. ABC seem to fit more of the fantasy/scifi, dramedy and soapy dramas 1hr shows while CBS and few of NBC has a lot of the straight up procedural shows.

I definitely saw a glimpse of silver when Castle carries Beckett across the threshold but I don't see anything here. Maybe the scene is just too dark and the band is so thin cause Castle wedding band is easy to spot.

It used to be a few of the eps a season were in the dark but it's like every ep now days. Maybe once they get married, the lights in the precinct will be turned on. I really hate that every interrogation scene is so dark with harsh shadows. Setup/Countdown was on TNT and the interrogation scenes were so bright. I miss the days where it actually looks like daytime in the precinct while now it looks like off shift in the middle of the night. I did also like that they mentioned the Ryan Report. This Adler ep was a much improvement over the last one.

So in this AU promo, kinda sad that Beckett never read any of Castle's books and isn't a fan. If they do get married in the precinct, I still think Juliana's visit to the set was a cover so that Jenny can be there.

This. I grew up on CPK and the sandwich part of the menu used to be good with their spicy dijon mustard, but that's gone. Some times I miss the butter that used to be served with the bread. I do love their salads so I usually end up ordering them the most. Surprisingly I really like the small plate quesadilla and it's a good snack portion and price. The desserts are very rich so it's hard to eat it all at one time. My local CPK is only 5 mins away and I've been to it so many times that one of the part time managers knows my name now. I still have no desire to try out the new pizza, but then again I only like about 3-5 pizzas on the menu.

Looks like Manhattan Love Story is cancelled. The narration from the promo bugged me so much that I never even watched it. I watch the rest of the ABC Tuesday night lineup except this one.

With Jeff dead and Layla in jail, it gets rid of 2 supporting characters no one cares about. A win all around. Then Will can get sympathy from his fans and boost his sales. Maybe find some storyline for him that's not making him into an idiot by cruising the park for a hook up. The media seems to hang around Luke so I half expected some pap or stalker fan to follow him and the incident would hit the blogs the next day.

I notice that Castle had some nice button ups and suits in the 1st 3 eps of s3. It got worse as the season kept going. No more stripe shirts and pin stripe suits which ended up getting switched to solid button ups and lots of plaid. I wish Luke would go back to tailored pin strip suits cause Nathan looked good in them.

It's been like that since s6. Before they would have see you in the fall for the s2 to s3 hiatus, Beckett at her dad's cabin for the time jump in Rise, s5 could be played up to Beckett being suspended for half of the summer before jumping back to the fall with Secret's Safe with Me. Cloudy had Alexis and Martha in Europe. They just got really sloppy last season with the same date on Need To Know and Time Will Tell plus the whole bts screenshot of the computer at the clerk's office. Nathan gave away the Driven hospital bracelet at Nerd HQ this summer but I don't remember if he gave away the one from Dreamworld the summer before cause who knows which date it had. It seems like the show like to keep the Nikki Heat books release anytime from summer to fall so that Castle is doing his book tour offscreen during the hiatus. Naked Heat and Heat Rises seemed to have early fall releases. Heat Wave was probably mid fall since we got to see the release party and the Cosmo article interview was probably late summer. Frozen Heat seemed like it was a summer release since Gates was already reading it in Secret Safe With Me and Columbia starts in the beginning of Sep. Same with Deadly Heat. Another summer release since Castle finished his book tour while Beckett was 6 weeks into her training in DC. This season Raging Heat sales weren't mentioned in Montreal so it sounds like it hasn't been released yet or possibly released off screen Yeah if they're going with Driven/Montreal as Oct then the wedding a month later as mentioned by Beckett would make sense to have it in Nov since Jim was suppose to be in Europe for work in Oct as mentioned in Deep Cover. It would make 6x06 to 6x08 set in Nov with unlikely Thanksgiving ep with 6x09 and 6x10 set in December with the Creaseys getting the XMas ep. This show seems to only pick 1 holiday to do each season expect 2 in s5 (s2: Halloween; s3/s5: Valentines; s4: none that I remember unless Demons was suppose to be set near Halloween but the holiday not mentioned or Castle's Halloween party; s5: XMas; s6: Thanksgiving). I just wished they would timelines and prop dept on the same page especially since it's early in the season and shouldn't be tired like they are at the end of the season.

If there's an 8th season and they show her graduate, the way it's going, her major will probably be an afterthought with a random line. Instead of finding out what she's interested in career wise and having convos about it, we get to see onscreen her kidnapping with a friend, a half season of Pi and she's off studying all night one liners. Even when she did the the death penalty case last season, a few months before that she was in Costa Rica studying something else. She's a junior so she should've picked a major by now. What happen to the girl that would take extra classes so she could do an internship or graduate early options? She used to have a goal but now it seems like she has no direction and is just taking random classes when they get mentioned. Now if the show manages to get a 9th season it's gonna look strange that Alexis is just hanging around the loft unless she's gonna be the Caskett baby sitter. By then they should just write her out and have her back occasionally for holiday eps. On the other hand if they couldn't even bother to have Jim onscreen for Thanksgiving, wedding planning, etc... then Alexis is probably not needed either.
