At 13. Yikes. Going back to greasy wig mom - do these people think they look good when they pick out their attire and styling for JJ? National tv, people, and as JJ herself would say "being seen by 10 million people"... So I'm totally going to wear some eggplant colored nylon on my head! Winner!

But pretty healthy to run the streets as her step dad said...I feel bad for the poor baby involved...the mom was so desperate to go out she was going to leave her with a friend's mom... A few things I picked up on my rewatch... Denise told the TCC that everyone should be someone's favorite...I really liked that because I think it goes to the appeal of the DCC...something for everyone. We were Melissa free...and I didn't miss her. Kelli should wear pants more often, I thought she looked better in that jeans/boots combo than the dresses she normally wears. Looking forward to the etiquette class! what season was it where they asked the girls to eat French Onion soup and battle the cheese lol?

Paola was really annoying last night. She had to make everything about her and honestly, she's not that interesting. Did y'all notice when the host was "grilling" Pedro about sending gifts home Paola had to chime in with how she loves spoiling her family? Because that's her? She made a comment when she makes money she uses it to spoil them - leaving aside the obvious $$ they make from this infernal show (which I'm hopelessly addicted to, don't leave me show!) - exactly what other money has she made to be spoiling her family with? I would think any money she actually makes from her - all together now cuh-rear! - goes to those crap extensions and fake purses...

I don't understand why Kelli and Judy both said they need to stop babying Brianna but didn't have a conversation with her tonight. I thought Madeline handled her cut well, I felt bad for her. I wish we saw more of vet Robyn. She's one of my faves and the glimpses I see of her show that she's killing it.

Alexandria looked great in the uniform and Kalyssa is really growing on me. My eyes are drawn to her when she dances.

Any guesses on what Myriam's big secret? I almost feel like this show should be two hours. Tonight we had no Darcey/Jesse or idiot Cortney. Watching this episode and the marathon this afternoon, I still can't quite wrap my head around all the couples "falling in love" without ever having met. And they always have some generalities about why they love the person - Abby is amazing! Myriam is the most generous caring person! How can you tell? You're talking to each other, you're not really participating in each other's lives or seeing how the other treats people in real life.

I'm disappointed in Karine's parents. Karine and Paul can't even talk to each other and they're ok with them getting married? after he's been there an entire day or so??? I think Abby is looking to get out of Haiti and will marry the first guy who will do that for her. I'm guessing Chris didn't want that so here comes Sean. Who is still a disgusting creep.

I can't get over Paola snacking about Anfisa's looks...Paola really thinks she's all that, doesn't she? Pedro dodged the question about why his mom would cook something she doesn't eat. Very stunned by the editing tonight. At this point, the show must realize that there are super fans out there who know what's going on IRL with the team so to just pretend Erica wasn't there is just a weird choice imo. I will never understand why some stuff is shown ...Courtney Cook's disappearance, Kaitlin LeGrand's strange behavior... but one of the major talents leaving may be glossed over if addressed at all... A cynical thought just hit me...the Courtney / Kaitlin situations were more personal to the cheerleader...whereas the Erica / Holly / Jenna situations may be more about how the DCC organization is run and it may not reflect well on that organization..hence, gloss, gloss, gloss.

SIgh. Every year I look forward to the makeovers and every year I'm disappointed. Some of the candidates looked exactly the same. Also, every year we hear "I've never done a jump split." Why not? None of the prep classes teach it? No one ever tries before entering training camp?
