Tony Geary looks ridiculous in a horrible toupee and he is hammier than CLB. Every time he is nominated, daytime loses a little more credibility. They jumped the shark a long time ago.

So what if Eric Braeden put himself in the running? Tony Geary is in there too. The daytime Emmys have been a joke for a long time. It's not just limited to Y&R or Eric Braeden.

She was the only one who supported MM after he was fired for groping HHK. She made her choice - MM. As was already mentioned- she was the only one. That doesn't make her a saint or anything. It just makes it look like she doesn't believe HHK or she doesn't care.

Nelson Branco? Hardly the most reliable source. For anything.

Thank you for bringing up JC, Stewedsquash. Her comments, years ago in her book is just One more case of comments being blown out of proportion. Eric Braeden is on Twitter all the time talking about how much he misses her and saying how nice it is to work with various people on the show. He's not the monster some people want to make him out to be. And he is not Victor Newman.

And she made it quite clear that HHK is not her friend, didn't she? And I don't recall seeing HHK say MM didn't do anything to her. We don't know any of that for a fact. And EB and Victor are not one and the same. I'm sure SC isn't Sharin'. MM got fired so the bully is gone.

She's ok. And I don't think she showed too much class with her tweets supporting MM after he was fired. Probably made it a bit awkward on set. Especially with HHK. None of them are especially classy. JMHO.

Then I would guess it doesn't bother her. The actors seem to have let it go. Except maybe MM.

Please. If EB has so much power, why doesn't he make more money? If MM was just unfairly targeted by EB, why hasn't he bounced back? Why would SC stay on Y&R? Why not move on?

I just love watching Isis follow Robert around.

Let's not put all the blame on EB. MM also has an ego that won't quit and he had some fun on Twitter and elsewhere basically saying he was going to replace EB. Or already had. I believe it was MTS that got EB on Twitter.

I googled him. He sure is pretty.

Great recap. I think Michael is probably in pain from the Cancer, not radiation. The Cancer is spreading, so I would assume the tumor(s) are pressing against his insides.

What has happened to this show? is it just this board or does everyone realize how the quality has deteriorated? How are the ratings?

I had forgotten how annoying I thought Nick was during this episode. After reading this recap, it all came back to me.

I looked for evidence of the supposed Twitter war between EB and SC. Didn't see anything. Just his tweet that he never had anyone fired.

LOL As soon as I saw the title, I pictured Nick seeing Sage.

Nobody has that much power in daytime. He didn't tell MM to be a lecherous perv who talked too much smack on Twitter. And he didn't tell TIIC to miscast Maura West as DianeJenkins and tell her to play it as Carly (ATWT). They were fired without EB's help. He might sneak in the last word now and then because he knows the budget is too limited for retakes. other than that, not so much.

I guess my unpopular opinion is I think Adam did it. Also I like GT as Phyllis. I think she's doing a great job and I don't see the lizard eyes.
