That was so much fun! I think this is the only show this season that I was sorry when it was over. And I did not even notice the lack of Brandi. I could just watch an hour of Kyle and LVP riding around Beverly Hills together. Throw in a little house porn and I'm done. Kim beat quite a hasty retreat away from Lisa Rinna as soon as Lisa started to speak.

S05.E22: Reunion Part 3
rehoboth replied to Tara Ariano's topic in The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills
Kim had various people saying to her all season that they were there for her if she needed any help at any time. And she ridiculed them, tried to humiliate them and threw obstacles ("blah, blah, blah"; "zip it!"; "I am not discussing this!") in their way. Blah, blah, blah.... -
S05.E22: Reunion Part 3

Maybe Eileen will get involved. The first time I ever saw her was on Cesar Milan's show with her dog and family. The dog was hyper and always jumping around and on people. Cesar watched Eileen, Vinnie and, I think at the time, their six year old run around, jump and be hyper while playing with the dog. And he just shook his head. By the end of the show, everyone had calmed down. I doubt that Kim's problems could be solved in a half hour show though. -

I agree that it probably went down that way. But the thing is, Kim deserves to be sued. Nothing around her makes her see reality so she needs an outside force. Since the Kay Rozario bite was being kept on the down-low, did Kyle know that she had been bitten? -

Oh yes they did. we now know that Kim values her dog over her niece. Her dog over her niece. Blows my mind. -

Bitches Who Brunch - Bethanny is back! Always stay the same Bethanny. After all this time, I think I get Ramona. She does not do well at all with change. I'm thinking Simon showing up at Girl's Night oh those many years ago. What I take from this is Ramona thought that everyone was coming over to her house for brunch and Bethanny was ruining her event with her invitation. At least she tried to explain and apologize to Beth but it didn't really come out right. -

Bravo!! Well said! However, you might have something to worry about - Brandi might read that description and say "Hey, I'd like to hang out with this Giselle person. She sounds like a good time!" -

Noooooooooooooooo!!! I don't want that to be my 15 minutes of fame. I take it back. (I really think Kyle did it in the library with Mr Green and a candlestick.) -

S05.E21: Reunion Part 2

The second wedding has been planned for over a year and much before her dad's cancer prognosis. The first wedding in Kathy's backyard was thrown together in a short time so that Monty would be able to walk her down the aisle. I guess they decided to keep the original plans intact for a much grander time. -

I have always been a big Bethenny fan. I love the fast-talking, the snark, the no-nonsense attitude. She's smart. She's the epitome of New York to me and I love her for that. However, even I had a little too much Bethenny this week. Where's Ramona with her "Take a Xanax!" advice? Bethenny using the word homeless and going off the rails with Frederick was just too much. I get it - she's feels homeless because Jason is in the home she paid for and set up and it's unfair. Step back and take a breath, Beth. Kadooz for highlighting my favorite line of the night above, It is from Dorinda when she describes her new boyfriend as being the total opposite of her late husband and then the first words out of her mouth describing said husband are "highly intelligent". I'm sure her boyfriend appreciates that. Ha! -

What did she do - fuck the dog???? The splits on the wedding cake? I'm just not buying it. There's nothing Kyle could have done at that wedding to get the side-eye from me - not in that whacked out family. -
S05.E21: Reunion Part 2

I can't stand Kim either but I have a different take on the wedding dis-invite. You hang out with your friends but there are special times that you are with Family. Births, christenings, birthdays, holidays are all about family. And the two most important times for family are weddings and funerals. Those events are in the collective memory of the family forever. I was thinking about the reunion at work today (curses to you Andy) and I think that Brooke did invite Kyle and her family to her (second) wedding. I think that Kim has suggested to Kyle that since they are not in a good place that it would be a good idea for her and Mo not to attend. I also think that Kim expected Kyle to take the hint and not attend and when asked by Brooke why Aunt Kyle didn't come, Kim could say "I don't know why your Aunt would behave that way" in her well-rehearsed passive-aggressive way. I think that Kyle has now outed Kim's dirty behind-the-scenes manoeuvres and that is why Kim had that shocked look on her face. I think the mother went behind the daughter's wishes and dis-invited one of her guests. And now the family knows. -

Every time that Brandi says this about Kyle, Brandi shows us that she has no idea what a good parent does. For the love of God, Brandi, sometimes parents need to be discriminating in what they say for the sake of their children. Even though the other BH women curse and finger point and talk about tampon-sightings, there is a line they will not cross and that line defines who is a good parent. Brandi knows no discretion in any area and that is a big failing as a parent. People on here have joked that Brandi will be tweeting about sleeping with her son's best friends in high school and every time she mentions the words Kyle and pot in one sentence that joke comes a little closer to reality. She has no clue that parents, as well as children, need boundaries, standards of good behavior. Every time Brandi mentions Kyle smoking pot, it doesn't take anything away from Kyle (IMO). Instead it highlights Brandi's total lack of insight into what good parents do for their children. -

Regarding the 5/7/9 hospital stay, the answer was 8 which makes no sense whatsoever. She gave the reason for the trip to the hospital as pneumonia and bronchitis for the past 8 weeks. However, the facts that we have seen fly in the face of this answer. We saw her out at various events during that time with no coughing whatsoever. We saw her smoking with no coughing whatsoever. And, I believe, we have Monty's instagram pictures of her out at a family dinner the night before Poker Night. We also have Kim saying quite specifically that Monty gave her one of his pain pills and urging her to attend. And we have Monty writing on twitter that he never gave Kim any of his medication (because that would be illegal). The only thing I learned from all this is that maybe Monty is a liar as well as Kim. -

Yes, I think Kim is using her children as a weapon against Kyle. Dis-inviting Kyle to the wedding??? That is really mean. The last 5 minutes got me upset and I don't watch these shows to get upset. How low can this woman go? So sad. Well at least she has one Good Sister that she can invite (and maybe she'll show up). -

I can't help but like LuAnn these past two years and I have not been a Lu fan. I always had the feeling that she ditched her kids at every opportunity for her social life. I remember her son asking her to stay home at night and how the kids were so upset when the nanny was let go. But Lu has been amusing and a voice of reason which is saying something on these RH shows. I love the clip of her telling someone to be cool and I NEED the exact wording. It just makes me laugh. I appreciate what a rough time Ramona is going through but when I heard her saying that Mario was blaming her, was it so wrong of me to yell at the TV "Because You are Nuts Ramona!" I am caught in the middle here - he cheated which is wrong but he also spent 25 years with Ramona which has to count for something. -
Wow. The mom in me certainly came out last night as I tried to grab Jimmy by the shirt collar through the TV and say "Your are soooooo going to that meeting, Jimmy!" Alas, not to be. At least he is becoming Saul on his own terms. He's not forced to by lack of clients or screwing up royally at the bigger firm. He's following the advice of Marco (who revered Jimmy) instead of Chuck (who has the lowest of low expectations). Last thought: I could have happily lived the rest of my life without knowing what a Chicago sunroof is.

S05.E20: Reunion Part 1

I really do think that Kim has been coached by Brandi on how to bring off a confrontation that will make Bravo execs rub their hands with glee. I think we saw Brandi's hand in it at poker night when Kim went back in to deliver her snarky thanks to Kyle. Also, Brandi has stated that Kim was ready for a confrontation going in to the Amsterdam dinner. Kim attacked Lisa R Brandi-style by throwing out a below the belt accusation about Harry to throw her off. Throw something out there about their personal life and see what sticks. Then deny, deny, deny. Brandi helped make Kim relevant this season. -

I'm not sure I care for Kyle's strategy for speaking over Brandi. It might be good because Kyle's not too quick with the comebacks and it beats letting Brandi have the last word/accusation. Not too good for viewers. I give the win tonight to Lisa V for being relentless with Brandi. She did not let one thing go by. I give runner up to Lisa R with her turning down Diving with the Stars. Gold. Comedy gold at Kim's expense no less. -

I never thought I would see the words "Kim Z" and "wisely" in the same sentence. The apocalypse is nigh! -
No, I don't believe it was addressed again on the show. I think that both Kim and Kyle addressed this separately in the press after season 1. Kyle mistakenly gave the impression that her mom had saddled her with looking after Kim for the rest of her life. They both gave out the additional information that Kim was asked to look out for Kathy and Kyle, Kathy was asked to look out for Kim and Kyle, etc... Kyle was just speaking to her part of the pact. It seems that Kyle really takes her mother's words to heart.
