Why did it never occur to anyone to put in an access door between both sides of the basement? No going outside to get between the homes. Christine could have used the larger living space to watch and homeschool the brood while Janelle worked. Meri gets to pretend she lives alone.

Kurly is SO angry and persecuted this season. He hinted at it last year in the episode with the wife beater. Why the toddler meltdowns getting the car packed? Why the macho man fear of being seen in a van? Why don’t your wives get along? You’ve been playing them against each other for years, genius. The verbal and mental abuse he showers on Meri and Christine would make me homicidal. Meri thinks he needs to spend more time playing with fellow plygs, but there aren’t many in Flagstaff. Joe’s family seems less drama driven. Their house is set up to support their lifestyle. I don’t believe Joe likes Kurly that much and sees him for the showboat he is. Christine having to pay for Ysabel’s surgery has me wondering how or who picked up the tab on Truley’s renal failure. That had to be a hefty bill. They have no insurance. Did the state pick it up for the unwed mother of six or did they just walk away from it? If there was a lien on her house, I have to believe it was for more than they got out of it. Enquiering minds want to know.

This is a bad redo of “Green Acres.” Did anyone warn Julia that she was going to be an endentured servant? That farm is a disgrace. Watching him curry the horse was disgusting. When was the last time he did that? It was a weekly chore when I was around horses, and the dirt never raised a cloud like that! I did a double take on that photo. The 11 wrinkle at the bridge of her nose, the over made up eyes, caterpillar eyrbrows and her NOSE! She looks awful, and, I agree, not well. The stress shows.

What happened to Meri’s Naso-labial folds? When did her square face become an oval? IS she some kind of AUB shape shifter? IS she just visiting this planet from an alternate reality? Whose eyebrows has she stolen? I’m bored and rewatching from the beginning. This is not the original wife. Amazed at all the things I’m picking up that I missed the first time thru.

One of the Escaping Polygamy episodes had an AUB guy and his wives escaping. Talked about an underground militia and the concept of blood atonement. He seemed genuinely afraid of repercussions. Makes me wonder if the Brown clan are as innocuous as they would like us to believe. Isn’t Christine an Allred? Several murders in that clan. Can’t believe how much I’ve learned about these people! Just some random thoughts, would love to read other interpretations.

I’ve always wondered how the paid for Truley’s hospitalization. Turns out they didn’t. Since Christine is technically an unmarried woman with six kids at home (at the time) I am surprised Medicaid didn’t pick up the bill.

So is it 21 days or 14? Or do you get to pick which 14 in the next 21 you will hold yourself accountable? Or is it one day on and one day off? I’m so confused.....
