They're bringing BECKY back? FFS, can we NEVER get rid of her??

To be fair, TPTB haven't been consistent with any of the characters! Regarding DC, I honestly think he consistently gives 100% to his performance, and does his genuine best with the material he is given. As with many actors, I do think he tends to up his game considerably when he's with either a better actor, or someone he has genuine chemistry with. (Personally, I'm not sure where they're going with the Klaine/Blam storylines, but I think a change of pace would definitely be good.) Is Darren the best actor on the show? Of course not. But he's not terrible, and in my book, his earnestness makes up for that (at least in part), and we've been saddled with far worse actors over the 5 season of this show. That said, Darren's biggest asset is definitely his charisma. Having seen him perform, I can safely say he veritably oozes charisma, and the small screen doesn't really do justice to him. Also, he seems exceedingly humble; I've yet to hear him say a bad word about any of his co-stars, or the atrocious writing of this show. And of course, I still adore his voice; I don't normally buy much of the Glee music, but if his name's attached to it, I'm exponentially more likely to.

Was it me, or did it seem like Elliot was TOTALLY going to go in for a kiss when he and Kurt finished their duet? Not sure why, but TPTB are hell-bent on bringing us as much Blam as possible. UGH. When did these kids become so self-absorbed and (mostly) hateable? No wonder most of them haven't made any friends since coming to NY!! All that said, I was in favor of the NY switch, (no Will/Sue/Becky, etc.) but I think it will take them some time to find their footing. However, I do think the music was spot-on to drive the piots, which we haven't seen in many moons. And "Downtown" was a great choice to kick off the episode. (Though I surprsingly actually do miss some of the new Lima crew, a little!)

Another vote for House Tyrell, mainly becuase of Margaery. (And a little sympathy for Loras after Renly's death.) And I loves me some Lady Olenna!

Except in Wheel of Time, they LITERALLY dropped a house on someone, and it wasn't adressed until the book after the next, and BARE MINUTES had elapsed! Even though there's a billion viewpoint charactes (and it seems like more and more every book), Song of Fire and Ice generally moves the plot along at a fair pace.
