It was a year ago today that my daddy passed away. I know he's gone, but I still find myself really wanting to talk to him, or telling myself to call him, then I have to remind myself that I can't do that anymore. It doesn't feel like he's been gone all that long. I really miss him.

I don't usually read them either, but hers I do! She's written for them before a long time ago and then wasn't writing at all for a long time. Then she surprised us by announcing she was writing again and had the trilogy coming out.

How old is Claire's next oldest sister? Maybe she's buttering up Jason hoping he'll want her.

Anybody here like Harlequin romances? I'm asking because my aunt writes for them and has a new trilogy coming! The first book is already out, the second will be in March and the third later in the year!

They must not be getting much (if any) traffic, and if they are, nobody is buying their poorly made, poorly edited crap.

She got bangs. And in that picture, only her bangs look dark. Weird.

It also looked like Jessa, once again, took as little time as possible with Ivy's hair. She looks like she got her dressed the night before and just pulled her out in time for the picture.

I think he's an emotional eater. He eats his feelings because he can't express them the way he wants to anymore, and possibly feels trapped in the situation he's in. Just my thoughts.

Does anyone know the difference between a locked cell phone and and unlocked one? I need to get an unlocked one, but don't know the difference. I thought all new phones were unlocked.

How long are Nurie and Nathan staying for, anyway. Seems like they should have been long gone by now.

Stressful. Hubby got out of jail earlier this week, but he's not allowed back here so he had to find somewhere else to go. It was a huge surprise, even for him, because he wasn't expecting anything until mid-January. I've agreed, stupidly maybe, to let him come back (when he's allowed), because I do love him and I really want my marriage to work. He's agreed to stop the stuff he was doing before, so we'll see. He knows if he does it again that were done for good.

My step mom has a shih tzu. Her name is Breezy and she was the runt of her litter. She and my dad were super close and even though my dad had been living in an assisted living center when he passed, Breezy still knew he was gone. When I was there for his funeral the poor thing wandered the house looking for him with this confused look on her face. My step mom said it wasn't true, because he hadn't been there in a while, but she knew. I know she did. It broke my heart.

I hope if there's a C, that they name it Curmudgeon.

I think Josh looks more pregnant than Anna does. She's had six kids. He's just eaten himself that big. Jessa only showed him from the side like twice, but all I could see was how big and greasy he looked.

And Jessa will cheer and tell him he's better than Israel.

My dad and step mom used to do the yearly update letter thing. I find myself wishing that they'd done one this year, but I don't think my step mom wanted to remind people that 2020 started with my dads passing.

Were the Caldwell's there, too? Lauren was playing a duet on the piano with Joy, and I saw a few boys who definitely weren't Duggars. And boy has Tyler shot up!
