  1. Death Poll 2014: 1. Sydney (because it's always time for a character to be introduced just to bite it for a "shocking" death) 2. Melissa 3. Noel Kahn I guess my problem with someone important to the girls dying is that we go into the next half of the season with the another downward spiral from one of the Liars - do not want. ETA: OR alternate theory- finale ends with a blonde dead and we're supposed to think it's Ali but it turns out to be Cece. You read it here first!
  2. I wasn't a firm believer until tonight but... RIP Melissa :( Of course now that Ali is supposedly doing devious and suspicious things, she's not in the episode...which probably means she didn't do anything. This show... I appreciated the cliff notes on what happened to Caleb (I watched a few episodes then...stopped) then the Ouija board and the fireflies happened and I immediately stopped caring.
  3. Yep! Mona Scott will be sitting on her stacks and we will be here with the snark. Everyone wins. Well, except these fools on TV but they think they winning and they can have that delusion. I just hope it's better than NY.
  4. Joseline been driving herself around this whole season and now she got a driver? *side eye* Once again, Mimi stay losing. Her options is Stevie or Nikko? These struggle songs and businesses? Mona is just trolling these people at these point. Like she making the most money of these people and they in the struggle "singing" in the studio and making $2 dresses and food coloring into businesses. I'm here for the reunion though!
  5. Mimi stay losing. Benzino said Big would be proud of Stevie J?! Snoop saying Joseline is a role model? Joseline saying Snoop been in the game for 40 years? And that lone photographer? *cackles* Listen, Stevie J should've just followed his own damn advice and deny, deny, deny. Why even admit it at this point? And in his "best friend's" bed? Maybe I'm a cold ass bitch if I tell a lie like that? I'm riding that lie forever. This show needs to cut it out with the slow motion shots. ETA: All imma say about Karlie is that cheap pleather outfit did not fit. She looked as desperate as she acts.
  6. I have a bet that I need to settle with a friend. What is the exact timeline of this show? How many months/years take place during each season? How are they still in their senior year in season 5? We got confused trying to explain it to each other - lol. Thanks in advance!
  7. I am dead! I watch this show with my glass (or three *ahem*) of wine and feel good about my life. Because no matter what, i will not be 40-50 years old still talking about getting my music career or fashion lines getting put on. These people need to put the "dream" away and have several seats...but then who will entertain me? Never mind. They can be as ratchet as they want and I will be here cackling at their struggle "songs" and "clothes" with you guys. ETA: I thought I only knew one Young Joc song but it turns out I had (have) several on my iTunes. I defend myself by admitting that I downloaded them when I was in college awhile back.
  8. I come out of lurking because...Noel Kahn! I happen to love all of the characters we rarely see - Jenna, Melissa, Jason. Maybe it's because they don't stay long enough to get bit by the stupidity bug that is floating around Rosewood (not to be confused with the liking-underage-girls tainted water in that town). How else to explain Noel sitting in his car listening to that recording of Alison, aloud, with the windows down and in public? Then leaving it in his school locker and his car? Seriously? I loved Alison in flashbacks. Now? I like the bitchy side of her but this scared, slightly frumpy dressing girl? Do not like. I was hoping for more...charisma. Also, she seemed more proactive in flashbacks gathering intel on people just in case they were the ones harassing her - now? Nothing. I don't know, I guess they made her seem like this way-too-cunning for her own good 14 year old and now she gets bested by Mona recording one conversation on her phone? Boo show! I shouldn't be surprised. This show rarely lives up to the stuff we think of here. It lives on cliffhangers and dies on the explanation. Toby is A! No, he was doing it for Spencer. Ezra is A! No, he was writing a book. At this point, I'm expecting this show to end on Dan-as-Gossip Girl levels of bad. (Yes, I will forever be bitter about that.) It sounds like I hate the show. I don't I really like it but the problems are becoming more apparent with each passing season and the individual episodes are usually good - they just never cohesively end anywhere good. If that makes sense...
  9. The worst thing about the finale was easily the reveal that Dan was Gossip Girl.
  10. I watched from the very beginning to the bitter end. I only really loved season one. It wasn't perfect but I thought it had a good balance of storylines. While I did think Blair and Chuck had amazing chemistry during the first season and early season two putting them together easily ruined them for me. Then again, I wasn't actually a fan of any romantic pairing on this show. I was here for Blair/Serena mostly and other things which I can't fully articulate now but I will say this: I will never forgive this show for the way it ended.
  11. Definitely Queens, NY. They mentioned driving down Steinway and a bank job in Bayside during the second flashback. (Plus I got the sense that the flashbacks for most of the characters occur in NYC.)
  12. This episode was exactly what I thought it would be: confusing with half assed plots and ideas. Shana is A? Really? I'm sure someone will plot out all the ways that doesn't make sense but right now I'm calling bull. LOL @ that fake ass NYC. I really don't know why I can't quit this show but I'll be here until the bitter end.
