Regarding the pregnancy thing for TV characters, I think the writers run out of ideas & figure a pregnancy would be good for a few episodes.

Thank heavens that Seinfeld didn’t think it would be cute to copy Julia L D’s pregnancy on the show. (twice). I have found that making the character pregnant doesn’t usually work, because that’s not how the characters relate, ?

I found Home Improvement an ok show, his new one is not watchable, and he lost me when he was whining about his political beliefs causing the cancellation. Try having a funny show, Tim!

There are sooo many daytime shows of this type & I don’t think Wendy’s is a prestigious gig. The Talk? Get over yourself, Wendy. They wouldn’t offer that job to her.

Something was definitely off. There were a couple of good lines, but not a laugh riot by any stretch. I’m hoping that now we are all caught up on what everyone has been doing, they will get down to business. The secretary thing wasn’t funny the first time around. I like Candice Bergin, but she’s not much of an actor. I heard the ratings weren’t great.

I didn't love it, although i'm hoping it will improve. They sort of tied up loose ends in this first episode. The Corky menopause thing is going to get old very quickly. The son is pretty good looking.
