I can't see The Word or Tip/Wag or really any segment being brought over. They're all essentially an outgrowth of the "Stephen" character. They work with that character. I don't think they would work with the real Stephen Colbert. Not that he can't inhabit another character or other characters at times on The Late Show, but he won't be continually in character as a conservative blowhard. So, yeah, I would be very surprised to see much crossover.

I don't think Marcus has been on Chopped since he joined the cast of The Taste. But I may be wrong. At the least, I don't remember seeing him in a long time.

Good catch and nice prediction, RitaV. I just looked again at the photos HollaMcDollar linked to, and I noticed that a bloodied Redmond is in the third pic. Meanwhile, the promo pics for Episode 11 show Quinn in a different outfit - and is it just me, or is his hair longer? Flashback or something? I'm don't know. Also, one of the Episode 10 promo pics shows Haqqani and it looks to me like he has a wound near his left armpit.

The bullet hole in Saul's head indicates, to me, that he's a goner. Why else would it be there? And the preview for next week's episode had a clip of Mira crying out in anguish while on the phone. Reacing to news of her husband's death? I would imagine so.

I am constantly wondering the same thing. I guess I should go back and re-watch the episode where Rollins' gambling addiction is addressed. But yeah, every time Benson is utterly bitchy toward Rollins, it just makes me kind of hate Benson. I don't enjoy it at all.

I agree that it should be Fara doing this, although she might not be up to it, and "should" isn't often what drives Carrie. But I have to say, as uncomfortable as it was watching Carrie seduce Aayan, I think Suraj Sharma is just so handsome (those eyes! those lips!) that I rather enjoyed it. Oops? Sorry, not sorry?

I doubt it was actually Carey since Kalinda could tell who the CI was based on whose voice was loudest on the tape. If she could hear the voices on the tape that clearly, surely she would know if it wasn't Cary's voice but instead Carey's, right? I think Cary's "hypothetical advice" was edited, as Kalinda, Diane, and Cary were suggesting.

Yeah, I never enjoyed Michael Che in his limited time on the show. He seemed utterly devoid of personality to me. I understand that might have been partly or largely a purposeful choice on his part, but it didn't work for me.

What do you mean by the term "single white male"-ing? I'm flummoxed.

Haven't posted all that much on TWoP in years, but have always relied on the site and various forums to enrich my TV-viewing. So sad that it's closing, but so happy there's a good alternative for us to all flock to. Just knowing that loudfan, attica finch, stillshrimpy, EmperorJon et all are already here makes me feel like I can start to (warily) come out of the fetal position now. Perhaps, just perhaps, there IS life after TWoP after all!
