House Hunters International - General Discussion

I didn't realize that they are already married. I worry too. If she doesn't run home in 3 years, then they will stick together. (engaged to someone in another country and lived there for a few years, went home, glad I didn't wed.) -

I hope that all the Australian House Hunters truly love where they are, since the entire country is on complete shutdown. -
Any news of further episodes?

I really likes the Mexico City dog. They said he was a Malamut dog, but, he is actually a Shiba Inu. Very chichi withe the tech crowd. -
Vacation House Rules - General Discussion

I was excited about this show, and the first season was pretty good, minus the carriage house. Now they all actually seem the same to me. yawn..... -
It is better watching without the sound. The host's are just way too annoying, especially her. Sorry. Otherwise, I love seeing the old homes. I just recently sold my 1920 home that had been in our family for almost 50 years. It took us a whole year to make sure everything was done and fairly period and comfortable. And of course we kept it up the entire time we owned it too. It was only as bad as some of the Cheap Old Houses featured when we bought it. 15K 50 years, ago sold for 2M in 2021, 60' x 100' lot.

BRAVO must know that people are now really sick of fighting, and friction. We just want to relax and see beautiful homes. -

Could barely stand watching Noosa Head......but, I do want to know where Teena gets her lovely sun dresses! On a HHI note, those prices are like around Microsoft in Washington State. -
Hoping the cottages made it through IDA.

Million Dollar Listing NY - General Discussion

I still lean towards the old aged brass. (not the coated shiny brass) That copper was just a bit much. I think it was just a tab bit overkill. I hope that these Bravo shows will continue to walk away from all the drama, I stopped watching all the Real Housewives because of all the made up drama. They tend to give people an idea that acting this way in public or towards other people is a ok. Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you is a safe motto. -

I think she may have had some minor dentistry work after seeing those unflattering photos. -

Sorry, I have never lived where there was razor wire around the property, and I have lived all around the world, but the thought of razor wire plus a gate has never happened. Gated communities yes, razor wire, no. -

Cabo, I don't like seeing razor wire around any complex, it would be a big no to live in a country where that is a thing. Hague, so tired of seeing people say they want their children to experience all different kinds of life to be well rounded, then moan and groan about garages, yard space, more than 1 bathroom......you may as well just stay in the USA, or a newer country than Europe. JMHO of course. -
They must have known, along with the insane hunting and fishing restrictions. They should start this show in August, but, maybe they have to start after hunting season in those area's is over. I agree, we love watching their survival skills, not their starvation skills.

I was very curious about the location of these cottages. I found them, and that tent between two of the cottages is covering a swimming pool! So, the winning house has a pool. Not that that would figure into the price between it and 2nd place. The big blue house, with the huge walkway, is not built yet on zillow.

KK was annoyingly clingy. If I was in that situation, I would go as far away as possible. :) -
I loved it. A local restaurant owner had his race horse's standing in their stalls looking out on a wall in his place. It was cute. A good friend bought one of the horse's and we would go eat there and see the horse painted on the wall looking at us. :) If the husband wants the steak house look, he should have it in his space. When Mr Pine and I were looking at a much bigger home, we had already divided which rooms we were responsible for decorating. Kitchen was co owned, formal living, dining and powder room are mine. Bonus room and family room, Mr Pine's. It works.

I have to disagree. He was a great and caring partner. I really liked both of them. Loved his refusing to wear the shoes, if his partner didn't. He was quite willing to include her in stuff, and not just brush her concerns off. He said his wife has the same problem with his not knowing where the time goes.....

I just watched Season 13 / Episode 14 But, I cannot find any information on it. Nice partners, no drama. I liked it.

All these block competitions are filler fun, like while scrolling on your i phone. I have ceased to take any of them seriously anymore. Everyone wins something, regardless of how poor or well they do. That floormat/privacy wove material on the ceiling was just gross. After owning rentals, I look at everything to be as simple and easy to clean and replace as possible. IKEA rocks. :)

For sure! I watch HH and see houses like mine that are now selling for almost 2 million in my area, going for under 400 or 500K. Location, location, location is so true.

I think that realtor had on my V neck rust coloured Eddie Bauer t shirt!!! hahahaha I am not a cat person, but, I adored their cats! (I don't hate cats, just don't have any)

I hope that ALONE isn't Jumping the Shark! I think we all like innovation, over starvation on this show. I at least don't watch to see suffering, I watch to see perseverance and innovation, triumph over the challenge and isolation. Some of these other shows have thrown, a hand raised piglet or goat in for subsistence, and it is stupid. I do wonder about the beach fish! I just watched the Mongolian season, I somehow missed, and it was quite good. BTW, it looks like they are skipping this week. episode 9?

Which probably doesn't have a good nightlife.
