  1. What was the purpose of the out the window shot? Was that a walker? Not only can I not understand them, we are back to night shots where you can't see anything.
  2. Oh sweet Jesus no
  3. This is truly terrible. I just don't think the audience wishing for all the characters to die is what they were going for. Jesus Tara is the most likable, and I can't stand her.
  4. Eat them! Eat them!
  5. I already can't understand what people are saying and it's like nails on a chalk board.
  6. Awesome! I may need to trade out my tequila for wine if we are doing that. ..lol
  7. I'm thinking shot glass and bottle of tequila to get through this one. ..
  8. I think Blake was famous to country music fans before, but The Voice made him TV Famous, where your average Joe knows him now. I think it's helped his wife's career too. Before the show i had no clue either one of them existed.
  9. I don't know about that. ..Josh was tooling aroundo Indianapolis playing bars before the voice. That's a loong way from Broadway.
  10. I still think Adam picked her over Sasha so that Blake couldn't get his hands on her. Every time he said "I was the only one that turned around for you" I wanted to smack him because we all knew Blake would have if he could have. I think if Amber made it to his team the Christian girl singer would have been the sacrificial lamb. He would have kept Amber and got rid of her. It always amazes me that his team is so low key during the blinds, battles, and knockouts, but it always seems like he has my favorites by the end of it. I don't know how he does it. I am so not a country fan either. I actually really, really love his voice, I just hate the style of his music. I love his duet with Christina and the "Home" duet with Usher is played quite a bit on my iPod. I don't think he gets near the credit he deserves, and I think he likes playing dumb....but he's dumb like a fox.

    TP and beer? I'm in.!
  12. My friend's daughter tried out at the Chicago cattle call and made it past the first round. She only had two songs prepared, so when she went in to audition for the second set (she said there were like 8 people from the show in that one) she sang her second song. They then asked her to sing another one that was a bit of a different genre and she choked. She's only 17 and was devastated, but she should be proud that she got that far being so young and out of so many thousands of people. I think it did say somewhere in her paperwork to have 2 songs ready and an extra, and she missed the extra :(

I couldn't concentrate on Rick and Carol's confrontation about her murder spree because there was a roll of toliet paper behind Rick in the scene, and all I could think was "omg take the damn roll of toliet paper! " one must have priorities.

The good Doc said something about how people couldn't create art anymore or something like that and she said that she still sings...

As far as power, if they were in Atlanta and it has cleared somewhat from the Zombies, they would be able to get millions of car batteries and a lot more gas then someone out in the country that just runs into random abandoned cars. Hell just a hospital parking garage could probably sustain them in gas and batteries for a long time. The water situation is a bit more suspect. Maybe the hospital has a well? I have a well and during last year's snowpocolypse all my neighbors were getting water from me as the local water supply was deemed not safe after a few days.
  16. I'm wondering now....I tried to read the comics but found them incredibly ....boring? stupid? I don't know. Anyway the one thing I remember flipping through the pages was the scars on Andrea's face. Beth now will now undoubtedly have those scars once those wicked wounds heal. Interesting.
  17. My older brother and sister were born with dark brown hair and it grew darker as they got older - almost black. I came out with strawberry blonde hair that turned blonde blonde when I was a toddler, to dishy blonde the rest of my life. My nephew also had the strawberry blonde thing going on, but now as a 20-something has hair as dark as Rick. I think the blue eyes are more telling. Shane and Lori both had brown, and while a blue eyed baby can come from that, the genetic chances are slim. I think they picked a blue eyed one to show that Judith is Rick's bio child. At least that's what my mind tells me :) I unfortunately know a lot about dehydration due to my Grandpa, Mom, and Dad all dying from terminal illness in less than two years. It really is a crap shoot, they can't predict it, but no one lives more than two weeks without water. Bigger people can last almost that long because they have stores, but someone thin like Rick? He'd have been a goner in a few days. Most smaller people will be out in 3 to 4 days, and towards the end of that even if they did wake up no one in that state would be able to get up and walk around without help. I have to hand wave that whole situation or think it was just a few days.

Didn't Sargent Rape say something like "she was supposed to be for me" about Beth? I got the feeling they picked her up because she is young and pretty. I also am suspect of the story that she was being attacked and they saved her. If she got cut across the face during a zombie attack then wouldn't she be doing the whole fever/turning thing? I think she may have been killing one, and they came along, saw she was hot, and knocked her out.

Well I would think being slapped around, and then being told part of your job is to keep the men happy would make me want to leave stat. I almost think the show was trying to show us how things would have went if Shane Killed Rick with the Dawn character. She killed "the good guy" because he got a bunch of them killed, and let horrible things like rape happen to keep the men doing the runs/protecting their environment happy. Then there was the parallel of her escape with Noah vs. the Shane and Otis escape. I also liked that smile. It seemed really in character for Beth. I liked this episode and found it interesting. Like I said it really brought me back to Shane, his belief of what the new world needed to be. I could totally see him going all Dawn and him and Carl and Lori would be all safe and sound. I don't think EK did a bad job at all, and I'm pretty sure I'll find this episode much more interesting than next week's The Walking Comics.
  20. Won't they know? When Gareth was doing the whole "You might as well come out" speech he said something about them having more people than they had, and even said "Tyreese's friend Martin". Granted they were under stress, but it wouldn't take much to put two and two together.
  21. I don't get the shipping at all, but probably because I can't see any of the current characters being compatible. I guess you have to lower your expectations in the ZA, but come on. People are so passionate about it too. This is the only message board I can stomach because the Carol/Beth/Daryl bullshit penetrates every thread on places like Spoil The Dead. Why, why, WHY??? Ugh Show you are killing me. I was hoping from he season 5 trailer that the bus toppling over the bridge was the Washington crew and we'd be done with it. I don't think I can take a The Walking Comics + Maggie "What Sister?" Greene and Glenn "Who are Carol and Daryl Again" Rhee centric episode.
  22. I never liked this character. I don't know what it is but most of the new ones (okay, all) that came in during Season 4....Ugh. Really Season 3 for that matter too, baring the fruit couple and Zach. Those three actors made me love their characters immediately, and they all were gone in one episode. I still don't care to much about Sasha or Tyreese, and our Season 5 characters are worse with that God awful priest. New characters introduced in Season 2 like Herschel and Maggie drew me in right away, even if I didn't like them. They have gone down hill with introducing new ones ever since then. Tara is just another disposable one that I resent for taking up screen time from characters I care about or want to know more about.
  23. I know people that don't mind Beth are a minority around here, but I am ridiculously excited to see what has been going on with her and who has her.
  24. When Lori had her little talk with Shane about how the baby wasn't his, he said something to the affect of "We carried on quite a bit before Rick came back". I always took that to mean she often left Carl in the ZA to go have a booty call. Oh Dale was a total creepy perv. You know damn well where his binoculars were aiming.
  25. Oh wow I really dug Craig. That will be an interesting choice for Gwen to make!
