I'm envious of YOU , Cherenkov, because you're able to do all these amazing races. I'm working my way back, but I doubt that my hip will ever let me do much more than a 5K. :( But by golly, I can still lift heavy, and I can still swim a couple miles.

I can actually DANCE. I'm about to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary. I can shop in a grocery store without using a cart. So why the hell would I be jealous of you? (PS....What you actually mean is that we are ENVIOUS. People are ENVIOUS of what others have; people are JEALOUS when they have something that others try to take. Although modern usage has conflated the two words, they actually have different meanings.)

Ok, I'm just gunna throw this question out here. I was thinking about this the other day. Is it possible that Twitney's in-your-face attitude about fat is her way of rebelling against her mother the model?

Wow. I read some of the comments on that IG post. She really ripped into someone who DARED to suggest that she try Weight Watchers. Her comments were very telling: pretty much, "I'm not interested in losing weight, that's not what I'm about." What a jagoff.

Done correctly, tire flips work the glutes, hamstrings, lower back, traps, triceps.... pretty much all the muscles in the posterior kinetic chain. Whitney does NOT do them correctly.

That's some of the sloppiest form I've ever seen in both the shoulder press and the sledgehammer.

Holy cheese crackers!! There's a photo posted on Twit's FB page of her "dancing" with a woman who makes Twit look positively petite. The picture also looks like she's sniffing the woman's butt. Does she ever *think* before she posts crap?

OMG THE HILARITY!! I'm sure it's unintentional, but on Whitney's FB page (NOT MBFFL), there's a photo of a super obese woman (who appears to be Pacific Islander or Asian) sitting cross-legged on a beach with the caption "Want views like this?" No, Whit, I don't. Now excuse me while I go bleach my eyes and Drano my brain.....

Thanks. For sure mom knows. She used to be obese, used to be my workout buddy, but once she lost weight she quit working out. Dad is still grossly obese, though.

Friends, I have a concern. I have a friend IRL who has two daughters. Daughter #1 is a college freshman, overweight but not obese (yet....the freshman 15 hasn't piled on yet). Daughter #2 is a bigger (pun intended) concern. She's 12, and morbidly obese ALREADY. I see nothing but misery ahead for the child. Here's where I need advice: do I say something to the mama? We're friends, but not close friends.
