That's kind of scary. They both seem very clueless about how to care for a newborn. The other sister has experience with babies hopefully she'll be able to help them.

This episode felt like filler, not much happened. I really wish they would give all the fart jokes a rest. I know it's their thing and they think they're being funny but they're not, they're just being gross. So Tammy is getting ready to babysit. I can't imagine that would be a good idea for anyone especially the baby. Tammy showed us tonight that she can't even stand for more than a few seconds before her legs start giving out. Not exactly the person I would choose to watch my newborn. That personal trainer seemed like a nice guy. He actually got Tammy to move. She needs to do that everyday but when she's left to do things on her own she just gives up. Chris is doing really well, I hope he gets the surgery and meets his goal. Tammy only seems to try when there's an audience and a camera around. And her bitching in the previews about how "Chris hasn't been coming around as much" or whatever she said, just shows how much she expects other people to do everything for her. It doesn't even enter her mind to do things for herself. I'm not being mean but in the previews for next week Tammy looked like she had gained even more weight.

Puppy lost a lot of weight. I also noticed that Destinie looks almost skeletal in her latest talking head interviews. I'm guessing there's some kind of drug use involved. Britnay needs a new storyline besides abusing her mother on national tv. I get that she had a shit childhood and she harbors a lot of anger and resentment towards her mother but she needs to stop. Shawn finally grew a pair and did something to fight back. Why did Destinie keep slamming the trunk closed after Shawn opened it for her? She looked like an asshole yelling that the car was hers when she knows dam well it isn't. The fight with Quaalude and DMark was very funny. I liked when DMark said that Shovel probably bought the ring Quaalude gave her. I wish she didn't mess with her daughter's head. He's not her Daddy stop having her call him that. So Kristianne is out again. The last thing these two need to do is add another child to the mix. Why not take things slow, live together for a year before you make any major decision like that. Try staying out of jail for a couple of years first. I was looking at my phone and I completely missed the 2 minutes of Andrea and Lamar, I know it involved a car. I probably didn't miss much. Sarah deserves what ever Mumbles throws at her. She's lost any compassion I might have had for her. I feel bad for her kids, (who looked adorable with their hair pulled up in little buns).

And this is why they need therapy separately. That one session they had together was pointless, that's why Tammy shut down.

Maybe TLC can approach Ashley for a genuine weight loss journey, I bet she might be open to it. I don't think she needs surgery, maybe just exercise and some nutrition advice.

Have we ever heard Micheal say anything more than "Yeah"? Tammy needs to do more walking and give people a break from hauling her around in that wheelchair. I like how her brother encourages her to move more. She wanted to sit right back down but he was like "No keep going", good for him. She needs some tough love, but she needs it 24/7 which Chris can't do. I hate to say it but I don't see her accomplishing much on her own. Like everyone else already said "trying to brush twice a week" is disgusting. If she's that neglectful to her mouth what condition is the rest of her body in? I can't imagine she's too fond of bathing either, it's probably difficult and tiring so she just doesn't bother.

According to Lindsey she was test driving a car and she got pulled over and there were drugs and a gun in the car, (happens to me all the time). I was hoping Scott had her arrested for ruining his stuff but she went and did it on her own.

I'm guessing her favorite salad/sandwich maker Boo Bear. This is a good catch. I'm glad at least she was in a private pool, I remember these pictures and I was wondering if she was at a hotel.

They were sad with or without the chefs. I'm not a big fan of heavy metal but they were horrible. That whole scene was cringe worthy and stupid.

Whitney must have gotten a lot of hate on her Instagram because she deleted the last two weeks of her posts. The most recent post is her modeling those plus size clothes.

I couldn't believe she said that. What the fuck does Chase's baby have to do with Whitney? Why does she need to be ready? Ready for what? And what a shitty finale. I notice each season her physical "triumphs" at the season's end become less and less. This season was the worst with everyone pushing and pulling her up the waterfall. Great accomplishment there Twit maybe for next season's finale you can drive around an obstacle course in your mobility scooter. Buddy took a lot of glee in revealing that news. I know he said it was so she wouldn't get mad at him for knowing before her but the way he just announced it says different. I can never sit through The Skinny, from the previews I see we have more Chase and more sobbing with Buddy consoling her once again, yawn.

She's trying to come off like the good daughter "helping" her mother but to me it comes off more like revenge. I get that Brittney had a shit childhood but so did her mother, you can see how all this dysfunction starts at the top and trickles down. I can't help but feel that Brittney's motives aren't as pure as she's saying. Maybe having your broken addict mother confront her abuser on national tv isn't exactly the healing tool she needs. My grandmother from Italy used to make that when I was a kid. I didn't like honey so I never ate any but she made it every year.

I agree. She needs serious help now. There is no way she could live alone. One good fall and she's bedridden. Tammy can barely move now as it is, and you can see she's having great pain. She can't do it on her own, but Amy shouldn't be responsible for her. Amy has to move on with her own family, (hey did you know she was pregnant??) But I can understand her feelings of wanting to help Tammy and being over it at the same time. Tammy would do better in a place with round the clock care where her food is monitored.

I sat through "The Queen of Versailles" twice. There was nothing glamorous or enviable about their life. He's a greedy pig and she just cares about having tons of expensive crap, like 20 boob jobs and really gaudy furniture. I don't know if the monstrosity was ever completed, I hope not. His rude comment "I wonder what the poor people are doing today" pissed me off. He made his wealth taking "poor people's" money, dumb fuck.
