OK, the Cruella/Arthur ship is inevitable. Since Arthur was a dick most of the time, I propose the ship name of Spotted Dick. British dessert humor!

Colin has remarked more than once that they seem to keep forgetting that Hook has only one hand & script things as if he has two hands. He remarked at the recent con that they do this even though they have to type HOOK over his lines.

I always pick a horse based on the name, but there weren't any names that really spoke to me this year. I think I will go with Oscar Nominated, solely because the sire is Kitten's Joy. Giant's Causeway is interestingly in the lineage of several horses.

But they already pretty much addressed that with Hook & Henry picking out the house for their future. So there's no new ground there. And it's certainly not proper payoff for a season of angst & death. Just another letdown in a long string of them. I think the most shocking thing that could ever happen on this show is proper payoff for anything.

I don't think the pics were ever on the ABC press site. The fan site that posted them has consistently gotten and posted photos that weren't on the ABC press site, so they clearly have some other source -- IMO, somebody inside ABC. Somebody who should probably be worried about their job, but it doesn't seem like there's been any repercussions so far. Well, thank God we're finally getting inside Regina's head. She's been such a mysterious and unseen character until now. The only things I'm looking forward to in the finale are the lift kiss and whatever the Charmings & Hook get up to wherever the portal sends them. Two-hour fanservice Swan Mills Family road trip and a deep dive into Regina's psyche -- no, thank you.

Ugh, I couldn't get my reply out of the quote box above. At this point, I think the hook is still there simply for branding. Zeus could totally give him his hand back, but they still want him to be HOOK.

I think some SQ are hoping for/demanding DragonQueen.

If you thought the fandom was bad before, it's gonna be even worse. The Emma/CS hate is already off the charts. I think that's exactly what A&E wanted.

Pretty sure Hades gives Zelena the crystal to kill Regina, but she turns it on Hades instead. It's not irony that CS reunites by Robin's casket. It's 100% deliberate by A&E to drive home that poor Regina has just lost her love and it's all the fault of that awful Emma who gets her True Love back right there. And, of course, to make what should be a happy and glorious CS reunion at Hook’s resurrection be instead weighed down with grief and guilt. It’s more important to A&E that fans feel bad for Regina than feel happy for Emma getting her True Love back. There is already a TON of Emma/CS hate in the fandom because of the reunion and where it takes place. Mission accomplished. Even bigger target now painted on CS. This is no doubt to usher in the return of the EQ (via Jekyll Juice), who they’ll want fans to root for to get her revenge on Emma for – in their view – getting Robin killed while her own True Love comes back to life. Get ready for SnowEmma groveling to Regina, the EQ insulting and abusing SnowEmma, frothing EQ vows of revenge on SnowEmma, and all sorts of other landmark stuff you’ve seen in about 984 flashbacks already.

I kind of love that there are rants in response to that article in like four different threads. Warranted.

Ranting about the A&E interview about CS's sexual activities or lack thereof: They are such trolls. They're deliberately withholding any confirmation just to be jerks about it. This show’s representation of sex is as messed up as the rest of its morality. Creepy/wrong/rapey sex? SURE!! HAVE SOME MORE!! Healthy sex between a loving, committed and nonvillain couple? Perish the thought! The last healthy sexual encounter with no unsavory implications shown on this show was the Snowing tacos scene in S2 -- and that was played more for laughs than anything else.

Honestly, I'm pretty sure they're just going to Zeus ex machina away every potential problem with Hook returning. Rotting corpse? Unhealable wound? Stopped heart? Zeus is a god -- he and the show can handwave ANYTHING away. He's the ultimate gauntlet.

I think it was next day. Emma was wearing the same clothes as when Hook died and she changed from Dark Swan.

My guess is that the funeral is Robin's and Emma goes to visit Hook's grave afterward, hence her crying.

I'm getting such second-hand embarrassment over her behavior. I'm flabbergasted, to be honest. That's just tacky, and could give Sean the reputation of being unprofessional or affect his job prospects if potential future employers see it. Did the show handle Robin Hood well? Hell, no. But taking to social media is a bad idea. I mean, actors are let go from shows all the time. It's constantly happening. Look at the main characters killed off shows just this season! This isn't some great, special, different injustice.

It starts in 5x22 & they come back in 5x23. It seems to cover most of both eps. Blergh. We'll probably also get some of Snowing, Hook & Zelena wherever they end up.

I'm now thinking it was speculation that in the way of fandom, turned into a spoiler.

The writing on this show makes me want to pull my hair out. The pieces are there, they just don't use them well -- and that is incredibly frustrating.

So these are the things that from spoilers have to be fit into this next ep: Reuniting with Snow; Robin reuniting with Roland; angry Emma with OQ & Merida outside the town hall; something with Emma & Rumple; Zeus (probably present day & also in flashback with Hades); Zelena, Hades, Merida, Arthur and a baby at the troll bridge; Hook looking for the book's missing pages in the UW; something with Cruella and the blind witch; Emma & Zelena fighting; something with Hook & Arthur involving stunts; a confrontation between OQ & Zades, involving the Olympus Crystal; Robin dying; the funeral; Hook returning; and possibly the CS scene outside Granny's, though that may be early 5x22 instead. Typical arc finale. It's like trying to cram a thousand clowns into a clown car.
