Another person says Robert and EM filmed together and Emilie filmed alone.

There's a theory going around Tumblr that Belle is being "controlled" by the glass shards, based on the fact that she, Rumple and the Snow Queen were filming today, with Rumple in his modern suit, and it's the ep after "Breaking Glass." The timing makes sense, though that Belle outfit looks more like a fairyback to me -- unless the Snow Queen gave her new cold-weather gear because she was disgusted with Belle's gun-moll miniskirts. But the modern Rumple clothing throws me, unless there were separate scenes -- Rumple and Snow Queen now, and Belle and Snow Queen then. I mean, it's a safe bet some duo is going to embody the Kai/Gerda roles in the Snow Queen tale. I was really hoping for Hook/Emma, so Emma could follow him across realms like he's done for her. Of course, there are still five eps after this one in the half-season, so there will be more Snow Queen drama to be had -- no doubt involving a frozen heart. Because, come on.

I zoomed in on the page in the storybook that Regina and Sidney are looking at. It could be Robin and Marian, or it could not. It’s too blurry to tell for sure. But it looks to me like they’re standing in front of something that’s burning — either a structure or a bonfire. And yeah, it definitely looks like Lana's standin.

I don't know what her job is, but there are certain things I can't do because of my job and would get fired if I did them. I'm not sure how fanfic would affect someone's job, but who knows what somebody might have in their contract. I can understand erring on the side of caution when it comes to one's job.

I think we can assume that 4X06 is pretty Emma-light given how long JMo has been in NY for Fashion Week.

I like this little preview of Season 4, because it doesn't mention Regina, Marian or the Triangle of Doom at all! Bless.

CaptainCronut added in regard to Emilie/Belle: So either Anna and Belle ran into each other at some point in the EF, or they were filming separate flashback scenes. I'm assuming they're on Ep. 6, "Family Business." This is the ep we meet Belle's mother, and I imagine Anna is doing something in relation to Elsa. Maybe this is when she meets Rumple?

I think that site is extrapolating about Colette being in Storybrooke. I don't think that's true. That wasn't part of the initial exclusive reveal, and I find it hard to believe that a UK site has that scoop. These aggregator websites do that ALL the time, speculating to add something to the original story, and most of the time it's bunk. OT: And please don't call the people who write these things journalists -- they're NOT. (Journalism school grad here, and I get very cranky about untrained web writers or bloggers being called journalists. It's like calling somebody who tells you to take an aspirin a doctor.)

I just had a thought. We've been thinking that the intrinsic issues from her past that were causing Emma to hold back from Hook for a bit were related to her magic. But what if it's Graham? She could be scared that Regina would take her anger over Marian out on Hook, would take his heart and crush it like she did Graham's. Now, theoretically, Emma could do magic to keep his heart from being ripped out, but maybe she doesn't know yet how to do that. (I know, wishful thinking they'd actually deal with Regina killing Graham.) They would totally have lied, in order to not get Elsa's hopes up. And since at that point Anna's memories of Elsa's magic had been removed, they wouldn't have told her the truth.

Actually, we do kinda know, because A&E TOLD Lana that Regina murdered Marian. Now, of course, they might change their minds. But as of now, from everything that has been presented, overwhelming evidence is that Regina had Marian executed. It's just another in a long line of horrible, evil things she did, so it's certainly not out of character or difficult to believe -- but at least that one is off her karmic balance sheet now.

I think all that is something we're supposed to hand-wave and not think about.

Nice call on the Prince John possibility! I was thinking more one of Hans' brothers. However, I would prefer they stay away from the historical figures. That's why I didn't like that they used Blackbeard. Robin Hood is mostly legend, but he does have links to real historical people, so I wish they hadn't brought him in, too.

Started the topic to reply to a post in another thread wondering about his lion tattoo. In legend, Robin Hood is generally associated with King Richard I, known as Richard Coeur de Lion or Richard the Lionheart. The heraldic arms of the Plantagent kings featured three lions, though it's more associated with Richard than his "evil" brother and successor, John. There doesn't appear to be a Once equivalent of King Richard, at least so far, but the lion is a very traditional symbol. So, to represent the character of Robin Hood, if he didn't have an arrow tattoo, the next choice would be a lion. Though how Once explains the significance of his choice of tattoo remains to be seen, of course.

I'm thrilled Emma will have somebody to talk to about magic who isn't Regina or Rumple, and somebody who also spent time not wanting her magic, to boot. Yes, it may be for only half a season, but I think/hope it will be a very good thing for Emma.
