  1. Meghan's step siblings were 3 of the 7 McCain children there.
  2. I noticed that too. I've started watching Inspector Morse from the beginning and in "Fat Chance" there is a 20-something WPC Louise Bright.
  3. Is she pregnant again?
  4. I just googled it and found that the cat's name is Fluffy (though it is a ginger cat). What Fluffy hears is nothing (an empty dialog balloon) LOL.
  5. Hopefully the same with MMM. I wonder if Ana or Joy pointed that out to MMM right before the Aug 3rd show - just because she signed a 1-yr contract doesn't mean she's set for 12 more months.
  6. On an HBO Special on John McCain a month or so ago, MMM's half sister Sidney said that she is a fervent Democrat but her father does listen to her opinions. I doubt MMM listens to Sidney and probably brings blue cards to family functions to spout statistics researched or made up by her husband. Although MMM loves to remind us that she comes from a huge family with 6 siblings, it is probably only the Hensley beer conglomerate side that shares her views.
  7. I liked how Avenati and Navarro were angled toward Joy for most of the show and they didn't need to look at MMM.
  8. Forget the bell and paperclips, get a No Bark Collar and give Joy the remote control to zap Meghan whenever she starts overtalking or screeching. A "debate" means each person gets their turn to speak, one at a time, but Meghan keeps butting in before the speaker gets half a sentence out.
  9. Many Snowbirds have second homes in the southern US or drive their RVs and can spend up to 182 days there (limit for favourable tax and health care status), so odds are that old people may need medical care during that half of the year. Also, voluntary surgery like a facelift is not covered by Canadian Health care, so they will pay for it wherever is most convenient. My little blue card says that Canadians live longer and have lower infant mortality rates than people in the US, so how can US health care be "the greatest"?
  10. My Library has DVDs with the full British version of each season. Typically only a few scenes are cut to make room for the thanks to sponsors.
  11. He was there and easily could have embarrassed MMM but is too nice for that. During a discussion of his podcast interviews he said he always listens and tries to understand where the other person is coming from, even if they are flat-earthers, and added "we don't have to yell at each other". Of course MMM didn't wonder if it was directed at her, but remained quiet & respectful for the most part, probably because he is similar in age to her father.
  12. If a calm, insightful, well-spoken Republican like Ana or Tara join the show, what excuse will Meghan have for screeching that she must represent all Republicans? Ana & Tara don't need to read cards or dictionaries to get their points across.
  13. Doesn't Meghan know the meaning of "hypothetical"? She kept asking "what hypothetical laws was he breaking? Laws are either real or nonexistent.
  14. I can't stand Michael Strahan so I won't be watching Sara's new 'dream job' of a show.
  15. I was in my early 30s when Inspector Morse first aired and found John Thaw to be very intriguing and sexy. When I watched the pilot episode of Endeavour a few years back, I thought to myself - this scrawny guy is no John Thaw and didn't watch again until season 5, but now find Shaun to be very intriguing and cute. So I went back and started watching from the beginning (full episodes on DVD from the library). Shaun looked even scrawnier with more wrinkles in the first season after the pilot, but less scrawny and therefore less wrinkled in Season 2 and beyond. Now I need to go back and watch Inspector Morse from the beginning.
  16. I also was distracted by Carol's very plumped lips, which moved like squirming worms when she spoke. I looked her up on Google Images and they are not natural; she had thin lips as a child actor. Whoever does the casting of bleached blondes for the show seems to like plumped lips.
  17. It is important to watch the opening scenes carefully because they are often what fill in the missing plot points during the show. I'm borrowing the DVDs from the library, which contain the full British version.
  18. I assume when the photo of the book cover was onscreen that Sara was saying everyone in the audience gets a copy, but I couldn't hear a word she was saying while JP & WG were yelling. I'd love to see a photo on social media of trash cans full of their copies.
  19. Was Sarah going commando under her see-through white pants when she escorted Miss Ida to and from the table?
  20. Now Audrey is looking thinner and Mariah fatter. A toenail fungus ad popped up with the pic of her Birks.
  21. After being admonished or ignored MMM often throws in a nose-tip twitch after a neck snap and hair-stroking before a blink blink water sip. Who does she think she is? Elizabeth Montgomery on Bewitched (who would not be caught dead in braids)?
  22. I wish Joy had told Meh-gun to stop screeching. I could barely hear a word Tara & Sunny were saying. To hell with the bell, they need a shock collar to get MMM to shut up when it is not her turn to speak.
  23. I like the dictionary idea and think Meh-gun should look up and compare the definitions of "vital" and "virile". I'm surprised that Joy didn't respond with something like "are you saying I'm growing a beard?"
  24. I liked how both Sunny & Tara were sitting angled toward Joy and didn't even look at MMM during most of the show. And twice when MMM screeched, trying to interrupt, they just ignored her and kept on talking. That's how they should behave every day. I thought Thursday's voluminous big-printed mu-mu was bad, but MMM looked like an even bigger house on Friday's get-up. The comment about squinty-eyed lizard-lips' tongue darting out was spot on, and hilarious!
  25. Meghan is no John McCain - "in a dress" or otherwise. John is known for great acts of non-partisan cooperation, not trying to tear down everything his coworkers say. She's a self-proclaimed "baby pundint" (sic), and cannot even do that well.
