  1. Lots of reconciliations in this episode but still not the one I think is most needed. Walker still hasn't apologized to Stella for treating her like crap, even though he now knows that the party was August's fault. And I say this as someone who is not a Stella fan. Curious why James is treating Barnett this way. Seems to have comes out of left field. I hope we see more of Uncle Willie.

    S03.E12: Are You Mad?

Buck took repeated blows to the head with a hammer. With. A. Hammer. I'm sorry but I just don't see him (or anyone) getting up from that. Bastard killed Lulu's dad! Bad man! Glad that Walter is stepping away from Sunny. Really thought that the mobster guys had taken Emily. Never occurred to me that it might be Buck until Head Goon said he didn't take her. Well played, show. Agree that with Avery gone (yay!) Beau will most likely take the family back south and he and Carla will try again. Donno had better survive.
  3. Glad that the fight between Danny and Jamie has been put to rest. At least for now. The fact that Danny actually admitted he was wrong and apologized had me checking the skies outside for low flying pigs. Can't help but think that Danny will eventually revert because that's just who he is.
  4. Yeah, this. I also feel that poor Cormac is not long for this world but still not 100% sold that it will come at Buck's hands. I'm bracing myself.
  5. Agreed. Jamie seemed very out of character.
  6. The cake excitement was just Eddie trying to distract / diffuse the rising tensions. The cake was the equivalent of shiny keys you dangle in front of toddlers about to have a meltdown. As for the rest, I got nuthin'.
  7. I actually enjoyed this episode. Not the case so much but all the team interactions. G and Sam vs the snake, Marty and his mom, etc. Sam being impressed with Deeks' successfully handling ops and providing info.
  8. The new timeslot is a huge indicator to me that this will most likely be the last season. 10pm on Sunday nights is where CBS sends shows to die.
  9. Couldn't care less about Frank's story and hated Henry's comment that it was "God's will" that Frank be Commissioner. Insert eye roll here. I love Jamie but he definitely came off as a bit snotty and big for his britches in the conversation he had with Danny outside the house. But ... He realized he maybe didn't know everything and tried to make it right in the case and by going to see Danny with the pizza after. Danny can be incredibly inflexible and holds a grudge like nobody's business. Curious to see if this tension between the brothers will carry over into the rest of the season. I know that they had issues in the earlier seasons but I thought they had gotten beyond this.
  10. Pure speculation on my part but.... And lets not even get into the fact that all those bags of evidence would not just be left laying around in the open. It completely ruins chain of custody and would render the items inadmissible in court.
  11. With any luck this means we'll see less of her.
  12. It looks like Gus is finally being brought into the fold with the rest of the Scooby Gang. Interesting little tidbit of info about who "really" killed Liam. Not sure what he'll reveal since Abby actually saw Tom do it. Didn't she?
  13. I'm sorry but there's no way that woman would give the car back just because Stella got all emo.
  14. Once again Eddie flies off the handle and jumps to conclusions. Add me to the line of people who want to slap her. Eddie may talk a good game right now but let's face it, she is a nosy pain in the ass. I don't see her being okay with not knowing about Jamie's work in the long run. Speaking of Jamie. He looks damn good in a suit.
  15. Wasn't sure where else to put this so ....Spoiler/speculation:
  16. Good episode except for Stella. Good god, what an idiot. You take the info from the tipster and only pay out a reward if the details turn out to be valid and give positive results. After the fact. You don't pay for the info up front.
  17. I have so many nitpicks about this episode. I get that Frank and the Archbishop wanted to go incognito and that meant not using Uber but to not even bring their cell phones with them was absurd. You can make a gentleman's agreement not to use them but at least have them on you. For people in their roles to be completely out of touch was the absolute height of stupidity. I wish there had been a scene of Frank kicking himself for being unreachable when his son had been shot. And even though they don't say so I have to assume that Jamie was in the hospital for more than a few days. I don't see how he could have walked out under his own power and toddle off to Sunday dinner after having a bullet tear through him and undergoing invasive surgery right near his spine. I feel liked they skipped a lot and it felt rushed. This could have easily been a two-part story dealing with his recovery and physical therapy plus drawing out the case of the week a little more. They basically forgot all about the poor woman who had been kidnapped until she showed up in the trunk of the car. Agree with everyone else regarding Eddie's behavior. She and Jamie really shouldn't be in the same house.
  18. Agree with pretty much everything Hana Chan said. ↑ I think part of the reason they have Geri pulling back is because the actress is pregnant and I believe that her due date makes it difficult for her to film new episodes until at least late fall, if not later than that.
  19. I was confused by the fact that once the bomb was defused that no one bothered to go into the building to arrest the people who put it on her? How did they know the cops were coming? Did they assume the guy who got arrested would fold like a house of cards and blab so they cleared out after strapping the bomb to the girl and leaving her there?
  20. I can't recall us ever hearing about Sam's dad before. Is this a first or did I just miss it?
  21. So much to unpack here. Can't help but wonder if Nate told Denise the same thing he told the Walkers and she chose to ignore it and arrest Bonham. Didn't apologize for arresting him after learning that he tried to save Marv's life, either. And they actually moved into the Walker house even though they have a very nice of their own at the Davidson Ranch? A home that's been in their family for as long as the Walkers have lived in theirs? That struck me as ... petty. To be fair, I like the Walker house better. Much brighter and more open. The Davidson house looked dark and claustrophobic to me. Wonder if that was a deliberate choice on the part of the show's production team. Geri better not end up sympathizing with the Davidson's but I can understand her having some questions. I know that Abelene said it wasn't her secret to tell but once Marv was dead, she could've (and IMO should've) told What's Her Name about what Marv confessed. That info might've gone a long way towards smoothing things between the two families and helped to heal the rift. Knowing that her daughter was still alive and that she shouldn't be wasting her time weeping over her asshole husband who lied to her and ditched their kid. And seriously, how does an infant just disappear in this day and age? If she went into labor at the ranch, they would've called an ambulance or driven to the hospital. Or at the very least, had a mid-wife present. Someone would've seen that baby. I'm sure her OBGYN would've asked some questions. And all of their friends and family would've noticed that she'd given birth. If the baby "died" or was stillborn, wouldn't there have been some sort of funeral or memorial service? This would've been the 1980s, not the 1880s. Okay, maybe the 1970's but you get my point. They weren't hundreds of miles from civilization and it wasn't the stone age. I hope Cordy and Geri don't split up over this. That she doesn't end up resenting Abelene (and the rest of the Walkers by extension) for not saying anything, I wasn't originally on board with this particular ship but now that they're together, I actually like them as a couple.
  22. Me three! And yes, it's more than past time for Jamie and Eddie to be at different precincts. Her snotty comment about the saluting thing (even though it netted them a cop impersonator) and then bitching about not having any friends at the station seriously irked me. Jamie can be friendly and cordial with the men and women under his command but ultimately, he is their boss.
