Loved the cat and the actor playing the inspector. Loved the actor who played Dickie too. I thought the whole thing was superb! I didn't want it to end

I can get into clichéd romances as long as I root for the characters to get together. The issue here is the show hasn't shown why Cole would be in to Jackie. She's got no personality. The actress is cute enough but blah. I'm only on ep. 4, and I'm enjoying it enough, but I just wish the romance worked better

You're in luck because Fringe is on HBO Max. It's also on that Freevee tv. Give it another chance. It does take around mid to late S1 for the shows story to really draw you and for its mythology to begin to come together. S2 (especially mid S2) and S3 is some of the greatest seasons of tv that I've seen. Anna was terrific especially in s3!

such lazy writing. Ron repeating these stories. Sad he's never going to get fired before the show is cancelled

Marcus Hunter was like a brother to Steve. Jada and Steve and Kayla should be family but instead they have Jada hanging out with Kate??? Wtf. Ron is a hack. Why aren't Stephanie and Jada hanging out? Why isn't Kayla giving advice to Jada. What was the point of making her Marcus's daughter. Ron is such a hack. Why is Johnny in this story with Ava? Why isn't it Steve, Kayla, Tripp and Joey. That's where the history is but instead we have this plot writing just to put Johnny vs EJ. Ron writes for the Dimera and Black family. Everyone else gets scraps

Ron and his favorites. John and Marlena and the never rending Kristen the cartoon villain. Over all of it. I'll tune in when these folks aren't on. I guess Kayla is still in the hospital? Who knows because Ron has his favorites that he has to write story after story while other vets get peanuts

Why was it only John's decision regarding the cure for the 3 women?

Stephanie wasn't the problem in that John scene. John was. Or more Drake was. He was so OTT it was embarrassing. Abigail Klein was fine. Drake on the other hand... I loved seeing all the Johnson kids together. The guy playing Joey has potential. Hope he's sticking around. Cried when Steve was feeing Kayla the pizza and Kayla was crying because her entire family was there. MBE was good there. I liked Stayla story in 07 when Steve was brainwashed. I also liked Ava kidnapping Stayla and Bope in 08. Under Ron I liked Steve being blind but like all of Ron stories it never reaches its full potential.

As if the possession rehash wasn't bad enough Ron's going to rehash some old story again with Marlena and the clones isn't he? He really can't come up with his own stories and the old stories he revisits are some of the cheesiest of cheese.

I like Wendy but I wonder if she's eventually going to become annoying. I don't like Johnny and his smug face

we can't get character writing but we get threesomes. Great job , Ron. I liked that Chad and Stephanie stopped. The way they were fumbling with everything you could tell it wasn't going to go all the way. Stephanie needs better choices. We got a guy who just lost his wife and Alex the skank. In the meantime can we just see her with her parents. Her mom is supposedly dying but who would know since we never see her!

Is Kayla still dying? Why is Stephanie stuck in this Chad and Alex stuff when she should be with her parents. I hate Ron as writer so much

Did he seem like Jack though back in 11? I guess he had his moments but I think he's had his moments this run too. Probably none since we found out Gwen is his daughter but there were some moments before the worse retcon child appeared. They should put him in more scenes with Steve. Steve seems to ground him. He seems most like Jack in their scenes

MA use to be better. I never found him a good dramatic actor but he could do light stuff. He seems lost now. Combine that with Cady's Jennifer and its a mess.

Good Riddance CM as Jennifer. Once upon a time I loved Tad and Dixe but she honestly sucks as Jennifer

Does Jack even know Kayla is dying? Does Steve know Abby's killer has been found? He was supposed to be investigating until Ron forgot. Nancy is the WORSE. The actress is the WORSE. Take your cheating husband and leave forever. I can't remember the last time we've had such a pathetic character. Actually Kristen and Leo may be even worse. So much airtime being wasted on these types of characters. It's the type Ron loves to write for meanwhile the characters we actually love do nothing. I mean Kayla may be dying and the Steve we know would be tearing apart Salem to save her yet its all happening offscreen. For Jack fans. What has been worse? This return or his return in 2011? It's hard to choose.

Johnny, Allie and Chanel are so boring. Chanel is the only one who is worth keeping around. Back to yesterdays episode. They really should use Steve with Jack. Jack actually feels like Jack when he's around Steve.

Jack went from being all worried about Jennifer to ditching her when she found out about Gwen. It didn't play well at all especially when he gets to the hospital and when he finds out that Gwen is going to be ok he's like smiling and happy. I mean I get it but it didn't play right when he just found out his wife is popping pills again
